Everything went well. Instructions from Adam were very clear and our stay was smooth!

Nice place to hang out at the pool and have a bbq. Heated pool felt like therapy and my kids loved it.

Alison’s place was fantastic! It was clean and very charming. We loved the neighbourhood. Nice and close to all our planned activities. The pool and spa in the backyard were amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it. Alison keeps the pool and spa nice and warm. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Alison was always quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were extremely comfortable and there was not anything we “wanted” for. It was beautiful views and surrounding areas. Great stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

Jeremy’s place is charming, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished for guests. Had everything I needed for my young son and me. I was able to make full breakfasts for us, the comfortable bed, and appreciated the washer/dryer. For the little things I needed (eg step stool for my son to reach the sink), Jeremy was super responsive. Street parking was easy. The neighborhood is lovely, lush and peaceful. Sunset is a short (steep) walk away. As another reviewer said, because the house is on a hill, it is a flight of stairs up to reach the unit plus a couple of steps inside the unit between rooms. Was totally fine for us and would be for most, but for those with issues with stairs, I would avoid. Personally, I would stay here again!

Veronica’s home was perfect! Peaceful, beautifully decorated and attention to detail. One of my best stays in Los Angeles. Hope to stay here again.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs. Steve’s care and dedication to being an excellent host has made this the best stay I’ve ever booked. Steve is not your average host - he is the definition of a super host. When I arrived, it had been long day and I was tired and hungry. I read through the guest info and found that Steve had stocked the fridge and cubbards with a few food items in case his guest was arriving late / hungry. I can’t describe how luxurious it felt to ACTUALLY be able to relax and not worry about getting groceries on my first night. The property is absolutely gorgeous and very easy to access using code locks. The guest house provides a very generous amount of privacy while still allowing access to the front yard and pool in the back. In my opinion this stay was perfect. The location was almost too good to be true being walking distance from Trader Joe’s, target, Ralph’s, and a ton of awesome cafes and restaurants. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Chantal was an ideal host! She was easy to communicate with but also let us have privacy. I'm a bit of a space cadet and forgot the door code briefly. She immediately responded and even when I confessed to being a moron she assured me I wasn't 🤣 I am a moron, but it was nice of her. At one point she knew we were out and a festival was going on and she let us know parking was going to be a bit troublesome when we returned. I appreciated that because it helped us make a game plan. The Garden space is lovely and private I spent quite a bit of time out there. If we ever venture back to LA (It was myself my partner and my 14 year old son) I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Loved the locations. New mattress was amazing. Comfortable for 3 people. Pull out bed is better with the mattress pad. Super cute & cozy! 🫶🏼

Katja was a wonderful host and had very helpful and responsive communication. The home was very comfortable and my children loved the pool!! Also, the location is incredible with so many restaurants and shopping nearby, with a short drive to the pier and downtown Santa Monica. It was an amazing experience!!

In a decade plus of using Airbnb this has to be in my top three, if not #1, for how the host set up everything. Very thoughtful with what was available in the location, no issues whatsoever, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will look to rebook here if I visit LA again in the future!

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

My coworkers and I stayed at this place and had to extend the stay for another night. Host was easy to work with, super responsive and accommodating. We loved this place so much that we will for sure return on our next trip. Thanks for having us!
