Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Vi hade några underbara dagar i huset som erbjöd stora utrymmen, biljard och pingisbord samt med ett mycket bra läge i närheten av fantastiska stränder. Värden svarade mycket snabbt och kommunikationen var snabb och enkel med lokala tipps. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet.

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

Die Wohnung ist absolut traumhaft - der wundervolle Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon der Unterkunft sind der absolute Hammer. Insgesamt ist alles wie auf den Bildern und Taty & Luca haben uns zahlreiche Informationen für die Gegend zukommen lassen. Die Kommunikation verlief wunderbar und wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

The day we were to arrive Mario reached out and said that we could check in early, which we did after picking up our rental car. He showed us all around the house how to operate things, and where items were that we may need. He talked about local restaurants and places to see, and he had also sent us a slew of information before we even arrived to review. He was very warm and welcoming, had a bottle of wine and snacks available for us for that first day. His house was immaculate, and it was in a great location with beautiful surroundings. During the seven days we were there we didn’t have any problems, he reached out three or four times just to see if we needed anything, and we were very appreciative for him. He made it super easy to check in and very easy to check out, we were grateful for the hospitality that he provided to us, it was like visiting family!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa in Costa Rei war wunderschön. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und hatten genügend Platz. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hatte ein Reisebett und ein Kinderwagen angefragt und beides war vor Ort als wir eintrafen. Auch durften wir den Kinderpool mitbringen und vor Ort lassen (Gepäcksorgen) Karina, die den Check-in durchgeführt hat, ist auch sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten am gleichen Tag noch einige Links von den schönsten Stränden erhalten. Karina war sehr gut telefonisch erreichbar auch in den späten Stunden :-) Ich empfehle jedem diese Villa, ob mit Kinder oder nur Erwachsene.

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Esperienza ottima. Eravamo in quattro adulti e due bambini e siamo stati comodi, giardino tenuto benissimo con tutti i comfort (griglia, doccia esterna e lettini). Appartamento pulito e spazioso, a circa un quarto d’ora da tutte le spiagge attorno a Villasimius. Lisa disponibilissima e premurosa, ci ha dato ottimi consigli e si è preoccupata più volte di come stesse andando il nostro soggiorno. Decisamente consigliato

Das Haus und die ganze Anlage ist definitiv eine 10/10!!! Die Idylle die dort herrscht kann man gar nicht beschreiben, das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Empfangen wurden wir von seinen Eltern, die sehr nett waren und uns alles gezeigt, und ganz viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben haben. Außerdem standen Nudeln und Pesto und noch weitere Leckereien für uns bereit, was uns wirklich sehr gefreut hat und was ich so bisher auch noch nie erlebt habe. Alleine diese Unterkunft ist ein Grund nach Sardinien zu kommen, kann ich nur empfehlen!!!

Walter è una persona molto disponibile e gentile, ho soggiornato due notti con mia moglie e mia figlia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la zona è tranquilla, la spiaggia e la zona molto bella, purtroppo a dicembre è tutto chiuso riguardo ristoranti e pizzerie

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

Villarotonda è stata superiore ad ogni aspettitiva. Nei pressi le spiagge piu belle di Villasimius. Spazi grandi e confortevoli. Casa fornita per ogni necessità. Un posto dove desideri tornare.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Danieles Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Alles war sauber und Daniele war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern alles was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussenküche und der wunderschöne private Strand mit SUPs. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Don’t hesitate to book this stay!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

We had a lovely stay here and lucked out with the weather so we made full use of the pool and loungers ! We wanted privacy, peace and seclusion and that's what we got but Mhatias was always on hand to answer any questions and queries answering our messages quickly. A lovely place to stay with the beaches, hills and towns in easy reach by car - this is a must !
