Simonds Parish : locations de vacances

We were in the area to visit family over Christmas who didn't have space so we booked this house for a place to sleep. Can't comment on things to do in the area or walkability, etc, but it was nice, modern, with comfortable beds, and we'd definitely book again.

What a beautiful place to stay! Denise welcomed us, and took us on a tour of the house. Her house is equipped with everything you need, it was awesome. the home was clean and very comfortable. The nature cant be beat! The sky at night is of course incredible, as is the beach right across the road. Beautiful stones, a rockhound would have a ball. I cannot wait to go back!

My wife and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful location. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. The trailer was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The fully stocked kitchen was great, but the outdoor kitchen, with its BBQ and air fryer, was a standout (cooking outside with all the facilities right there). We loved relaxing on the deck, enjoying the cosy seating and propane fire table. The waterfront location was a dream, with easy access to boating and peaceful lake views. We spent our days boating (boat slip was a fantastic bonus), exploring Saint John River, and taking in the peaceful surroundings in the evening. Vaneesa, the host, was exceptional, ensuring we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Great property in a beautiful location. The cottage is large and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was great and easy to prepare meals for our group of six. Very quiet location. The rear yard is large and plenty of room for outside activities. The rear yard is right on the river and the dock makes it easy to put in the canoe. Great spot for canoeing and fishing. We had a great weekend and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Our group of six enjoyed the cottage and bunkie. There is a lot of room to spread out and pursue different activities. The deck on the lake is a highlight. There are plenty of board games and comfy seating inside if the weather isn't cooperating. It was warm and cozy when the temperature dropped in early November. We used the cottage as a base for exploring the area - Annapolis Royal, Kejimkujik Park, and Digby. The property is in a remote lakeside location in a small cottage community.

We were looking to host a family Boxing Day dinner for 14 people and then stay and relax for a couple days afterwards. Tania was receptive to our plans. She let us know there may not be enough seating for that many people to sit down so we came prepared with an extra table and some folding chairs. We had tons of room. The living room was very spacious with comfortable chairs and couch. The wood stove made it very cozy. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Nice old heritage style home rolling up onto the north mountain. Fun amenities for spending time around the house and relatively central for exploring the valley.
