Simonswood : locations de vacances

Just spent a couple of days for the new year and this lodge is beautiful, well appoointed and so nice and homely in a lovely location and within a few minutes drive of Lytham which we all loved as there was an array of nice shops and restaurants and there is a bus stop right outside the park which was very handy as I left my car at the park and went in by the bus, we would definitely be happy to stay here again and Hayley is so helpful and contactable and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely chilled out break in nice surroundings with the added bonus of Lytham just minutes away.

Debbie is a fantastic host. She accommodated all our needs in a very professional and timely manner. She left bread, biscuit, butter, milk and tea for us which was really great. The caravan is really spacious, clean and cosy. We'd love go back to her place again in the future.

Expensive but luxurious house very close to West Kirby beach, at the end of a cul-de-sace, with views over the Dee estuary, Hilbre islands, Royal Liverpool golf course. In close (walking) proximity to the West Kirby marine lake, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, with fast access to train/metro into Liverpool or towards Chester/Cheshire. The house is very spacious, many rooms and beds to choose from. The kitchen diner is particularly nice as it is located at the back of the house, looking onto the garden & terrace, with cooking island, induction cooker, several ovens and microwave, lots of cooking utensils, trays, pans etc. Outside space is very quiet, all you hear are bird sounds & occasionally a golfer teeing off :-) Beds are very soft (not everybody will like that)! Private parking space for 2 cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would return in future when visiting the area again

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Drift Barn while visiting family in Liverpool. Lovely accommodation - nicely converted barn. Easy to find with great directions from host. Good layout downstairs and everything provided for a comfortable stay. The host even left us fresh bread, milk and butter so we didn’t need to dash to the shops on arrival - local amenities are less than a 5 minute walk away. As there were only to two of us we used the largest bedroom, which was spacious with such a comfortable bed! However, the other bedroom looked lovely too. Since our return we have also recommended it to a friend who is due to visit Liverpool shortly. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Tip: if planning on travelling across the Mersey Gateway toll bridge into Liverpool, do download the Merseyflow app to automatically pay for your crossings.

Apartamento ótimo com linda vista para o rio. Móveis novos e sofá-cama excelente para dormir. A roupa de cama era impecável. A cozinha bem equipada. Só faltou ter uma máquina para lavar roupas. No mais, o apartamento atendeu a todas as necessidades. Tivemos que pagar uma taxa de late check-in que não nos pareceu necessária, pois é auto check-in.

Great flat, excellent location and super host!!! Really good place to spend time

Our wish for visiting Liverpool was to be located outside the city centre so we could safely park our rental car for 2 nights and use nearby, easy transportation. Sarah’s place was PERFECT. Her Orrell Park flat had off-road parking and the train station was 30 seconds around the corner! You couldn’t hear the trains at all. We got into the city centre in 15 minutes. Her flat was up two short sets of stairs and had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and the couches (different than in the listing photo) were comfortable and had USB ports inside them! The Wi-Fi worked well. Portable heaters in most rooms quickly took the chill away. You can tell the flat has had updates. The bathroom (different than in the photo) needs new flooring and tiling, but renos take time and it was clean. The area seemed safe when we walked two minutes around the corner to a convenience store and a great takeaway fish and chips shop (huge pieces). You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Olu's place was perfect for what I and my family needed for a weekend. Everything was as described and very clean. Thanks for a great stay.
