Dès notre arrivée, Skip et sa conjointe étaient présent pour nous accueillir et nous expliquer où le tout était. Ils sont super gentils! Beaucoup d’accessoires pour la plage, ce qui est super! Tout y était pour cuisiner, nous avons manqué de rien! En plus la vue était sublime du logement! Honnêtement j’ai aucun point négatif à mentionner, merci pour tout Skip!

I have been coming to Saint Martin four years in a row — Grand Case is the spot to be, and Tibo’s place is right in the heart of it all. Seconds away from the beach, while still feeling private. Tibo is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me when a previous landlord for a separate place cancelled my long-standing reservation last minute. The place is clean and cozy. The bed is AMAZING, as someone who has severe back issues I’ve never had this incredible of a mattress at an Airbnb. All in all 10/10. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks again Tibo x

Fantastic place, well beyond our expectations! Beautifully designed and staged, felt like a luxury hotel! The location is great also, only a few minutes from the beach. Pauline was wonderful, gave us all the information necessary, and was available to address any question. Our new absolute favorite spot, we only want to stay here going forward.

An amazing stay in a jewel at Orient Beach. Virginie was responsive, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Her place is perfect in every way-the location simply cannot be beat. If you haven’t been to Orient Beach, come and stay in this convenient and adorable apartment home. I do hope to be able to stay again soon. Merci!

We had a great time staying at her place at the Sapphire. The people that work there are very friendly people and the people that stay at this resort very friendly. Most of them come back every year. The restaurant and pool bar were great !! There were a lot of activities every day made a few friends which made it fun and the pool is very peaceful, beautiful location and walking distance to everything. We did have a car so we did travel around the island. We’ve been going there for 34 years and love it. We definitely will stay there again. Her place is very clean and well kept. The staff was great ,can’t wait to go back . This island is our second home. Thank you.

Our stay was a positive experience. Starting with the exceptional communication and responsiveness of the host. From booking to check-out, he was readily available to answer questions and provide clear instructions. The property itself lived up to the online photos, showcasing a modern and clean design and is located right on Cole Bay, offering lovely sunsets over the marina. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the overall comfort of the space. The added benefits of a secure complex, including a communal pool and a well-equipped gym, enhanced our stay. Supermarket shopping is within walking distance. Things to note: While close to Port de Plaisance Marina, direct pedestrian access isn't possible, requiring a walk to the main road and entry from there. Instead, we borrowed a dinghy for the short paddle to the marina.

Greta s place was better than home. Beautiful view from the balcony nice cool breezes in the morning. View of the hills and stars at night. Greta arranged her place to reflect our 51st wedding anniversary. Greta went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. You get to see island life from Greta's balcony. The eggs she provided was a plus. Highly recommend Greta's place you will be treated with God's love and peace from her. If your missing the USA a McDonald's is close by!!! Thanks again Greta for a 10 star anniversary.

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Binkie and Inis place was amazing! Their instructions on how to find their place were very clear and made the process easy. Their local recommendations were great as well! Would definitely this Airbnb!

Absolutely stunning views of Grand Case right from your balcony. You cannot beat the location. A very short walk to amazing restaurants but the beach outside your door is very private and quiet. Best of both worlds. My husband and I had an amazing time. We had family staying in two other units and they loved the location and building as well. We never had to reach out with a question or problem because the instructions were very clear and outlined ahead of time. Whenever a message was sent, the response was always very quick.

A bright, modern, well appointed apartment with everything needed for a great stay. It is very quiet and spacious for two people. The location does require a car to best access and explore other parts of the island, but with a car, the location proves ideal.....away from the tourist crowds but still with easy access to the most popular beaches and villages etc. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay!! So cozy and peaceful. Amazing views and a very relaxed vibe. The living space is gorgeous. We loved the many amenities that were offered! The pool is amazing and the private beach is a beautiful oasis. Isabelle is very lovely to interact with and was quick to respond to any questions. I would 100% recommend and hope to stay there again in the future!

Ma soeur et moi avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet appart. Salon comfortable, cuisine bien équipée avec épices et tout le reste. 2 chambres au 2e ; avec télé, lit on the harder side ; l'autre plus petite avec un lit plus comfo. balcon donnant sur une rue assez passante, ce qui veut dire aussi super bien situé, proche d'excellents petits restos, marchés, magasins, lolos, lieu historique. On peut trouver de tout à la marche, et plusieurs espaces de stationnements sont accessibles, surtout le soir venu. Je recommande!

Racha est une super hôte : réactive, bienveillante, amicale et conciliante. Nous avons reçu son aide et ses recommandations sur les activités et commerces accessibles à pied ( nous n'avions pas de moyen de déplacement ) et Racha à également été ultra flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ ! L'appartement quant à lui est moderne, neuf, fonctionnel et super propre. La cerise sur le gâteau : la belle piscine spacieuse et peu fréquentée !

The appartment was just perfect . Loved that it was in a secure private area . The view was amazing . And just near orientbay and grand case . With a nice bakery nearby and grocery store ! .. Florence was super kind and responds really quick . Thank you

Amazing views. Excellent location for retreat near hotels and beaches. Very secure, located on a gated neighborhood. One of the best spots on airbnbs that I’ve stayed at. I would definitely come back 100 times if possible. Host is very accessible.

Mariana and Manoj’s place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Sapphire Beach Club staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

Véronique place was absolutely perfect, even better than the pictures! It’s walking distance from the beach and from all the restaurants in Orient Bay. Highly recommended

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Maia’s apartment. The views were immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so peaceful that some of us often fell asleep on the balcony. Maia and her team were very responsive when we had questions. The desk attendants at the property were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and am already planning my next trip.

We loved our first trip to the island so much we had to come back! It was an easy choice to stay at The Perch for a second time. The location is amazing, very private with beautiful views and an abundance of nature. The deck is perfect for taking a night off of going out, providing ambiance for sunset dinners and drinks in the jacuzzi. The location is fairly central, making it a great jump off point to explore many parts of the island. If only we could have stayed longer!

Had a great stay. Glen was always responsive when we had questions. We walked to a few places nearby for dinner and also got some groceries and made a few meals in. When the wind picked up really strong a few afternoons it was nice to have the option to leave the beach and finish out the day by the pool.
