Absolutely beautiful stay! The apartment had stunning views, and everything was just as pictured. We did run into a small issue with the drain, but as soon as we informed the host, they were quick to respond and resolve it, which we really appreciated. Other than that, everything was perfect. The location is fantastic—close to great places, super convenient if you want to stay on the Dutch side, and not too far from the French side either. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

My husband,son and I loved our stay. The location was fantastic right on the water with beautiful crystal clear waters. The apartment is even better in person than in the photos. It’s very spacious, luxurious and clean. The location is awesome you are right on the boardwalk with many shops and restaurants around. It’s right next to the marina so a great location to do a boat ride at the neighbouring islands. Jolanda our host was fantastic with outstanding customer service and very flexible and accommodating with the goal for my family to enjoy our vacation. I would without a doubt stay here again. We loved the nights with breezes though the balconies listening to the waves ease us to sleep.

Great, private location with beautiful views while still being walking distance (20ish min) from the main strip. The walk to the strip is through some run down areas but felt safe and walked to and from every night with no concern. Beach access & beach chairs easily accessible and found everything we needed for an easy stay. I would recommend a rental car to visit other parts of the island. Airplane noise was no issue as it’s only prevalent during daytime hours. Would stay again.

Absolutely stunning views of Grand Case right from your balcony. You cannot beat the location. A very short walk to amazing restaurants but the beach outside your door is very private and quiet. Best of both worlds. My husband and I had an amazing time. We had family staying in two other units and they loved the location and building as well. We never had to reach out with a question or problem because the instructions were very clear and outlined ahead of time. Whenever a message was sent, the response was always very quick.

Alex’s place was the perfect place to stay for our trip. It was roomy, comfortable and the washer and dryer was a huge help! It is walkable to so many great restaurants. We went to The Palms multiple times. Greg, the chef and owner, was fantastic! The beach was practically ours. There was maybe 1 or 2 other groups there whenever we went. The view from the patio was unbeatable! We spent so many of our breakfasts and lunches out there enjoying it! Alex was a great host and checked in every few days to see if we needed anything. We’ve never had such an attentive host before and it was nice to know he cared so much about our experience at his place and on the island.

Amazing stay!! So cozy and peaceful. Amazing views and a very relaxed vibe. The living space is gorgeous. We loved the many amenities that were offered! The pool is amazing and the private beach is a beautiful oasis. Isabelle is very lovely to interact with and was quick to respond to any questions. I would 100% recommend and hope to stay there again in the future!

This location was absolutely perfect. You could walk to more than one food market if you want to cook in, or many restaurants if you want to eat out. There is great shopping within walking distance, all the excursions are right there and there was a car rental right across the street so we were able to rent a car for one day and see the whole Island. There was one day where there were 5 cruise ships in port, but the people are spread through out the island so it didn't seem busy. If you want nightlife, it's just down the boardwalk, and if you want quiet, it's far enough away that it doesn't bother. The view when you wake up or go to sleep is breathtaking from the second story bedroom. We enjoyed our time here and if we ever come back we will certainly want to stay here again.

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes pour un séjour à 3 personnes pour 3 nuits. La vue est magnifique (Par chance, nous avons pu voir une baleine au loin, remonter vers la gauche entre St Barth et St Martin !). Le logement est grand, propre et la douche très agréable. La literie était bonne et le linge de toilette très bien (serviettes de bain + serviettes de plages). La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus fournie. L'accès est oppressant (très raide et non bétonné par endroits) , comme décrit dans l'annonce, mais la voiture passe malgré tout. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, sans avoir pu prévenir Mélissa (absence de réseau mobile ni de GPS). Heureusement Mélissa avait envoyé les directives d'accès par anticipation ce qui fut très utile. N'ayant pas pu être prévenue de notre arrivée, Mélissa n'avait pas écarté les gros chiens impressionnants mais inoffensifs. Nous ne les avons plus revus tout au long de notre séjour. Melissa /Travis sont réactifs, serviables et accueillants.

Just spent a week in paradise with the family (2 adults and 2 teens)! Truly spotless home with a million dollar view. Was able to hike around the nearby nature preserve in the mornings. Also, enjoyed sipping espresso with the spectacular view. The pool was refreshing and this home is located near Orient Beach which is the nicest beach on the French side and great with water sports. We also loved having access to the kayaks and heading to Pinel Island to snorkel and saw turtles, iguanas, crabs and fish while leveraging the snorkel gear provided. Lots of great food nearby including French bakeries, Pepe pizza and we had the most amazing last dinner at Le Gourmet which is in nearby Anse Marcel. Also enjoyed the Lolo’s in Grand Case. We also cooked in some nights, including leveraging the grill and found everything needed including seasoning and olive oil etc. There also were special little touches like the island rum, fresh juice and fruit upon our arrival. I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

Brian’s listing exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfectly described and highly appealing. Very clean, private and close to all of the local restaurants. They had all of the accommodations to make you feel at home on vacation. I highly recommend and will definitely rebook on my next visit.

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

This place is ideally located with many restaurants and amenities nearby. The host was very kind with a few welcome items (loved having the wonderful rose upon arrival). The private beach is out of this world, giving you peace and serenity seldom seen anywhere around the world. The view from the pool is amazing. We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

Very nice accommodations. Bars, restaurants, beaches and casinos all walkable, which is what we love about this location. Check-in was very easy. Our host was very prompt with response to anything we needed. The pool area and gardens are lovely.
