I have been coming to Saint Martin four years in a row — Grand Case is the spot to be, and Tibo’s place is right in the heart of it all. Seconds away from the beach, while still feeling private. Tibo is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me when a previous landlord for a separate place cancelled my long-standing reservation last minute. The place is clean and cozy. The bed is AMAZING, as someone who has severe back issues I’ve never had this incredible of a mattress at an Airbnb. All in all 10/10. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks again Tibo x

Fantastic place, well beyond our expectations! Beautifully designed and staged, felt like a luxury hotel! The location is great also, only a few minutes from the beach. Pauline was wonderful, gave us all the information necessary, and was available to address any question. Our new absolute favorite spot, we only want to stay here going forward.

Heather and her mom Kathy were excellent hosts. Really enjoyed being their guest. Even though Heather was out of town at the time, she was still very involved and was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. It was my first time using the AirBnB app and I can honestly say future hosts have pretty big shoes to fill. Thank you again Heather and Kathy for your hospitality and look forward to future visits. My family & I recently had the pleasure of staying in John’s beautiful oceanfront penthouse which happened to be an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, it had breathtaking views of the ocean stretching across the balcony. The condo was more than spacious which accommodated our party of eight. The penthouse itself is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and amenities. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, each with its own distinctive design. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal. The bathrooms were large with plenty of space although we did have a small issue of not having access to one of the full bathrooms which was a little disappointing, however we were in & out exploring mostly and ended up sharing the bathrooms that we had. Overall, John’s condo is a true gem! We can't wait to return next year to create more wonderful memories with our family!

An amazing stay in a jewel at Orient Beach. Virginie was responsive, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Her place is perfect in every way-the location simply cannot be beat. If you haven’t been to Orient Beach, come and stay in this convenient and adorable apartment home. I do hope to be able to stay again soon. Merci!

A bright, modern, well appointed apartment with everything needed for a great stay. It is very quiet and spacious for two people. The location does require a car to best access and explore other parts of the island, but with a car, the location proves ideal.....away from the tourist crowds but still with easy access to the most popular beaches and villages etc. Highly recommended.

Great stay! Simona was a great host and her place was just amazing as the photos! Every room had an AC Unit. It was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back

We loved the apt, the porch, the sliding doors, & location! Close to all necessary facilities. Rapid response each time we contacted owners. Pool area was less desirable than we were expecting. No seating; never saw anyone using the pool or even checking chemical data. Had a wonderful stay, tho, & highly recommend! We'll be back for sure!

Great location! So close to orient beach and to restaurants. Benoît was very repknsobe and helpful whenever there were questions. the place was spotless and has lots of amenities such as small bottles of shampoo, a parasol, towels , cooking items (salt/pepper/oil/pots//pans). The air conditioning and fans worked very well. We had a slight issue with the baby cot but this was resolved very quickly

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It truly lives up to its name, Sea Heaven. This property is perfectly located on the beach with amazing views of the ocean and island. The patio and views are the highlights of this property. It was incredibly relaxing to hear the sounds of the ocean throughout the day and night. It is pristine, airy, and aesthetically pleasing. It has modern appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and is well-equipped. It is close to a strip of restaurants and shops by a short walk or drive. It is safe, secure, and private. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and wish to return soon.

L'appartement était exactement comme décrit, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé pour profiter du soleil et se reposer. L'hôte était extrêmement accueillante et disponible. Le cadre était paisible et magnifique, avec une vue imprenable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour une escapade réussie à Saint-Martin !

Absolutely stunning views of Grand Case right from your balcony. You cannot beat the location. A very short walk to amazing restaurants but the beach outside your door is very private and quiet. Best of both worlds. My husband and I had an amazing time. We had family staying in two other units and they loved the location and building as well. We never had to reach out with a question or problem because the instructions were very clear and outlined ahead of time. Whenever a message was sent, the response was always very quick.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce petit paradis. Endroit très calme vue sur la mer, aucun souci tout est propre. Logement très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. La piscine et les extérieurs sont un vrai plus et super appréciée après une journée à découvrir l'île. Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons à 100%!

The appartment was just perfect . Loved that it was in a secure private area . The view was amazing . And just near orientbay and grand case . With a nice bakery nearby and grocery store ! .. Florence was super kind and responds really quick . Thank you

I had a wonderful two week vacation with my wife and kids (9 & 11). We loved the apartment and the building had many great amenities. The kids loved the infinity pool and my wife enjoyed swimming laps at the indoor pool. There was never a crowd at the pool and we were often the only people on the private beach where my girls loved playing in the waves. Saint Martin is not known for good beach snorkeling but we were pleased to find one of the best places was right in front of us between our beach and Mullet beach.

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Maia’s apartment. The views were immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so peaceful that some of us often fell asleep on the balcony. Maia and her team were very responsive when we had questions. The desk attendants at the property were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and am already planning my next trip.

There are no words to describe the view from the deck! The house had everything we needed and more. Tess, Hugh, and Naty are fabulous hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our stay was extra special. Had a great stay. Glen was always responsive when we had questions. We walked to a few places nearby for dinner and also got some groceries and made a few meals in. When the wind picked up really strong a few afternoons it was nice to have the option to leave the beach and finish out the day by the pool.
