Just finished a 7 day stay at this unit & it was as advertised ! Great location with a wonderful beach directly behind us! Wonderful restaurants in Grand Case & it was easy to travel around St. Martin from this location! Please rent a smaller car as it’s helpful. Parking was easy for our unit. Alexandra & Fanny were very helpful & answered all communication quickly. We will be back !

The location is incredibly central, with the beach and numerous restaurants just across the street. There's even a grocery store conveniently located right below, which is a huge plus. However, it can get quite noisy at night due to the music from nearby restaurants. Despite that, it's a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and enjoy a walkable area.

We loved Jean’s place. I hated leaving. The serenity, views and comfort were wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs so calming, we slept to the sound every night. We loved seeing various iguanas out the window every day. Jean informed us of some good restaurants. I just can’t see staying on a mountain or back from the beach. The water views are astounding. You will never want to get out of the shower, lol

Betty’s place was huge, bright, extremely comfortable, and squeaky clean. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos, and laid out so the 2 bedrooms are very private from each other. The thing that sets it apart, though, is the extraordinarily beautiful setting. The balcony looks over the tasteful, green pool area to palms lining the ocean beyond. It’s spectacular. The small private, sandy beach was a wonderful escape; it’s secluded by cliffs and I sat there a couple of hours each day without seeing anyone else. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculate. Other conveniences were a surprise; a nice grocery across the street and several good restaurants within a short walk. Hard to get this kind of quiet and privacy while having so much nearby. It’s a little slice of paradise.

Few places check all the boxes for a vacation stay and this vacation was amazing. Very private, beautiful view of beach, ocean, and both pools were very nice. What a wonderful community RBC has and enjoyed meeting many new friends. A perfect 10 for us. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise on a beautiful island.

This is the place to stay if you're visiting Sint Maarten. Condo is huge and immaculate. Amenities (3 pools, gorgeous private beach) are paradise. You cannot do better then this place for your stay on the island. Kathy was responsive and accommodating and generally amazing. The condo complex is in the perfect location without the crowds. We would have stayed forever if we could. Really fantastic option for families

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back! Virginie thought of everything international travelers might need for a beach getaway from the beach chairs, table, and cooler to helpful directions and welcome notes. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach and the pool was an added bonus when the beach got too crowded on big cruise ship afternoons. Highly recommend booking!

Our family of four with two small children (3 & 6) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed in the living room was spacious enough to accommodate both small children and the primary bedroom upstairs was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the pool was gated and clean with a decent size shallow side perfect for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast at Bread & Butter (just down the hill) nearly every morning, and some our favorite meals while on the island were really close by (Mama's Pizzeria and Oasis). Harold and his wife were onsite and were very communicative. While there were guests in the other villas during our stay, it still felt very private and we rarely saw other guests at the pool. As others have said, I would highly recommend renting a car if staying at this property. The only small inconvenience was that the WIFI did not work well in our villa, however, it worked fine on the patio outside and around the pool area.

The apartment is a perfect size for a couple with a large balcony and a breathtaking view. When we had questions and concerns Anna and Ash were available for help. All in all a great vacation. The only thing that worth mentioning that TV was not working but it actually made us spend more time outside and in the sun 🌞😀

Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour ce condo. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par la propreté irréprochable des lieux. C’était comme si le condo était tout neuf, jamais habité avant nous. Chaque coin et recoin brillait, ce qui a immédiatement créé un sentiment de confort et de sérénité. Un immense merci à M. Ricard, leur gestionnaire, qui nous a accueillis sur place avec beaucoup de chaleur et de professionnalisme. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a été d’une aide précieuse et a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nos hôtes ont également fait preuve d’un souci du détail exceptionnel. Tout a été pensé pour rendre notre séjour mémorable, des petites attentions jusqu’à l’aménagement parfait des espaces. On sent qu’ils mettent beaucoup d’amour et de soin dans leur accueil, et cela fait toute la différence. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune hésitation. My husband, two year old daughter and I had the best time at Severine’s place. The home is beautiful and Séverine is an extremely responsive and communicative host. The outdoor terrace was used a ton. The pool is okay- we only used it once, we were mostly at the ocean. Who goes all that way to use the pool anyway?! Great quiet little neighborhood and close to orient bay. Amazing boulangerie up the street! The only thing I’ll mention is that to get into the apartment for the first time I had to message Séverine so she could let me in remotely, so I had to keep my phone on. I was hoping to avoid having my phone on data for the entire vacation. Not a big deal but something to note! Overall would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emilie, sa proximité avec la Baie Orientale ainsi que la plage et la piscine de la résidence nous ont permis de pouvoir varier les plaisirs durant notre séjour, sans oublier qu’il est également très bien situer et proche de toute commodité (station service, aéroport, supermarché). Emilie est également une hôte très réactive et disponible. Je recommande à 100% son logement

This is our 2nd time staying at the Cliff and it was everything we remembered and more. the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Someone is always cleaning or doing some sort of maintenance to the property to keep it pristine! the pool renovation is beautiful and a fantastic spot to watch the sunsets. the beach is easily accessible and virtually private with very little interruptions other than some boats passing by. the pictures dont do this place justice. my husband made use of the spa amenities everyday with the sauna and steam room, indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach -he essentially had a hydrotherapy circuit routine every morning. this apartment itself is well maintained and was exactly as advertised. our favorite spot was on the balcony enjoying the perfect views of the ocean. We have so many spots on the island close by as far as restuarants and two grocery/markets. there are also many rest. in a close drive. when we come back to St Martin, i'm staying here again!

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

I celebrated my birthday with friends at Lesley’s place and we absolutely loved it. Lesley and the staff we interacted with were responsive and welcoming. If you stay at this location, you won’t regret it!

Great place to stay in St. Maartin. Very close to the airport with an excellent upstairs pool, perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. Unit has a beautiful view of simpson bay beach with easy access on the side of the property. Nice condo that is well furnished. Great deck to hang out on and multiple smart TV's to stream. Loved our stay here and couldn't pick a much better location.

Our stay was wonderful and the response to our needs were promptly looked after. The location was amazing and as stated was a 2 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk as well. Thank you to all who made this a great week in Orient.
