Awesome stay. Wonderful vibes. Just beside lake with ok ok swimming pool. Rooms are very small and bathrooms need ventilation. Overall good experience. Caretaker was very helpful.

I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

The river-facing view from this Airbnb was truly stunning and provided a much-needed sense of peace. We really enjoyed having that as a backdrop to our stay.Beyond the view, the apartment was clean and well-equipped, host was incredibly responsive. We had a wonderful two-night stay at this property from March 16th to 18th. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—well-maintained, clean, and set in a serene location with no noise, making it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, which was a major plus. The caretaker was very helpful, explaining everything in detail, and we appreciated how smoothly everything worked. Though the swimming pool is only about 3 feet deep, we still had a great time playing in the water. The only minor drawbacks were the limited food delivery options on Swiggy, so planning meals in advance would be a good idea. Also, while the Alexa-controlled setup for electrical appliances is a modern touch, we personally didn’t find it the most convenient to use. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it for those looking for a calm retreat near the beach!

It is a truly amazing stay, with all amenities which you won't get at any hotel. You can even cook your own food. The stay is situated near candolium market and beach. Very good place to stay in, wide,spacious and clean.

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

The hosts were exceptionally cordial and I was shown my room personally by them and all facilities available were explained in detail. It felt like home. The location is marvellous. I was provided keys to the main entrance as well as my room so access was so easy. I would recommend this Apartment to anyone including ladies travelling alone or with young children. Safety is also well looked after

Had a great stay at Saksham's cozy 1BHK individual house by the riverside. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is ideal — peaceful by the river yet just a short drive, from plenty of restaurants and party spots. Saksham was a great host, responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay

Location was great, 15 mins drive from Anjuna and Vagtor beach. Everything is nearby like groceries, wine shop, restaurant etc. Vinayak restaurant is a good option. Totally recommend this place.
