My family and I had a truly wonderful stay in Praveen's villa in Candolim. The villa is in a perfect location, so close to all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The villa is within a small villa complex which is so peaceful and serene. Everyone is very friendly. The villa is very spacious, and is spotless. Praveen is a brilliant host, very responsive if needed and hospitable. This was our second stay here and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay.

First of all, kudos to Shubham! A fantastic host who was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. Very quick TAT and very proactive. He's a wonderful human being. About the property - Location - 10/10 Serenity - 10/10 Caretakers (Gufran) - 10/10 Breakfast - 10/10 Amenities - 10/10 Rooms - 10/10 All in all - A perfect property! This place is nothing less than a 5 star hotel! My friends and I will definitely go here again during our next visit to Goa. Can't thank enough for the hospitality!

I had a very lovely stay here. The house was absolutely beautiful and as pictured. Revati was an extremely helpful host and was incredibly responsive and polite whenever I had a question. The property is beautiful, very peaceful, beautiful pool and a nice gym. I would definitely stay here again!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and so are the bathrooms. Daily cleaning of entire house and washing of the utensils was cherry on the cake . The place is about 10-15 minutes drive from Vagator and other beaches . Ample space for car parking . All in all , we enjoyed staying there .

My husband and I had a great time. The house overlooking the river is so beautiful. The minute we came inside, we felt so calm. The house is exactly as described and Saheel is extremely responsive. We loved staying here.

A value for money villa! Super clean and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The location is perfect (Vagator). So for party lovers like me, the villa was at the perfect place. The villa had all the amenities we were looking for.

I had an amazing stay at Almas’ Airbnb near Baga Beach. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities to make it feel like home. One of the best parts was the daily cleaning service, which kept the place fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Almas was a fantastic host -friendly, helpful with recommendations, yet gave complete privacy without any unnecessary interference. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from all the best restaurants, beach attractions, and nightlife spots, making it super convenient. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and private stay near Baga Beach, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay, Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at Luis place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. Luis was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided great local tips. The location was perfect close to everything yet peaceful. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again. Great place to stay, all the restaurants and markets were nearby. Candolim beach was at walking distance. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Would love to come back again

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Had a wonderful experience. The stay was extremely clean and beautifully furnished with daily housekeeping services. Check in and check out was smooth. Co-hostess Vani was very helpful and always reachable. She also suggested good cafes which was a plus! I would definitely love to stay here next time! 😇
