We have been very lucky in booking Rashmi and Pradeep's fantastic properties. Originally the idea was to spend our first week in the Treehouse and the second week in the Garden House. Before we arrived Pradeep was in contact so we were confident everything would be perfect for our stay. The Treehouse immediately became a very soothing and relaxing home. We became really comfortable and loved the way it had been furnished and decorated. From the double doors to the antique floorboards, every element of the house in the canopy of the trees made it a very special space. We loved the swimming pool, and after mornings spent exploring the local area we returned for many relaxing afternoons sat in the shade or cooling off in the water. Pradeep was the perfect host and regularly kept in contact. As it was our honeymoon he very kindly offered for us to stay in the main Villa for our second week. This was totally unexpected and we took up the kind offer. Amazing experience

We had an incredible experience staying at pent house and 1bhk flat. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the immaculate cleanliness of the room and the entire space. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the attention to detail was clear. The accommodation was comfortable, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The support provided by host ankita Ma’am was exceptional. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and offered great local recommendations. It felt like I was staying at a friend’s place rather than just a rental. A special surprise during my stay was the thoughtful Holi gift! It was such a kind gesture and truly made my experience unforgettable. Ankita Ma’am went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and had a memorable time. It’s a very calm and peaceful place yet close to all the amenities around. The beach is just one jump away from the house and one window away from the room😊 it’s the best place to be in peace and serenity. Had good 8 days of stay and continued couple of days extra. They have opened a surf school also within the property which is very much helpful for Watersport enthusiast. Ashwin is a good host and he gives good recommendations around the town and nearby places. Rest everything is within 100mts distance, and enjoy the waves crashing sound in the night along with the firefly dance.

First of all, Barath is the best host I have ever experienced. He is proactive, responds quickly, and is very helpful when any issues arise. I felt comfortable and at home right away. The Airbnb has the best location in Arambol – I could easily ride my scooter to the center or the beach, both within 5 minutes. The surrounding nature is incredible and really helped me relax and unwind. There were some initial issues with the Wi-Fi, but Barath quickly fixed them. The connection is very fast, which was crucial for me as a digital nomad who depends on it. I was able to take all my calls without any problems. Additionally, there is an amazing South Indian restaurant right across the street. The neighborhood is super friendly and quiet! All in all, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for peace and tranquility while still being able to reach everything quickly. Thank you, Barath, for your outstanding service!

Petit studio convivial, très propre et confortable. Le logement correspondait aux photos et était à proximité du fameux ArtAnjuna Cafe (un plus pour nous). Plusieurs restaurants et magasins à proximité. L’appartement se trouve dans un quartier un peu plus tranquille d’Anjuna alors il est préférable de se déplacer en moto. Pour le prix, nous recommandons absolument ce logement!

Our stay at Siddhartha and Pavaika's place was absolutely wonderful. The place was serene and beautiful providing the perfect escape. We felt right at home. Checkin was a breeze and the location was great, lots of restaurants and places to visit nearby. We definitely recommend staying here!!
