The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

I truly enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific Serviced Residence. It's directly connected to MRT Somerset and a large shopping mall Somerset 313, it means you can save a lot of time either commuting for work or eating out. Pool and gym was so clean that I could enjoy peaceful evenings there. Room was crystal clean and was cleaned everyday. Reception staff Marvin was so kind that I could feel like home. Breakfast buffet is of high quality so it is a must try if you have time in the morning. Definitely would stay here again if I come to Singapore.

Great place, central location around Chinatown. First time visiting Singapore and this location made it easy to walk everywhere I needed to go. Room is small but exactly as described, perfect for me for me as a solo guest looking to explore. Room was super clean. Bed is very comfy and cosy too. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. The stay at Moulmein Suites was fantastic on every level! The rooms are so clean and well equipped with wonderful bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, water, coffee, tea and all bathroom amenities. It is quiet and nice location close to transportation and shopping. My favorite aspect was the property manager, Cathy, who was on site and ready to help in any way possible. Cathy was so accommodating, professional and kind. The owner YiYi is terrific to work with; and communicates quickly and clearly. I can't wait to come back again!

We really enjoy our stay in Wilby Central. Prior to check-in, the communication has been smooth & efficient. Love that the room is fully equipped with all the necessity (laundry & kitchen utensils & umbrella etc) & ample room for big luggages & window that can be opened. Wifi connection is fast & secure. Breakfast is provided every non public holiday weekdays. Finally, special thanks to the lady name Valli (apologize for misspelling) from housekeeping team for ensuring our stay comfortable throughout.

This unit lives up to its 5 star rating. The convenience to the MRT makes getting around a breeze -the staff is always ready to help. I enjoyed the neighbor views out the wall to wall windows. I stayed in a front unit so the nearby construction was not an issue for me. Two stops away at the Marine Parade Area you will find all the essentials.

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

Wei and Cathy were both nice and responsive. The place was good overall with minor problems like the drying did not work (hanged clothes on the rack instead) and a bit far from the station (10 minutes, difficult if feeling hot or with heavy rain). The place was closed to a main road but still quite because of the thick curtain. The mattresses were comfortable but the pillows were meh.. We had a good experience staying in your place. Thank you!
