A shame we missed Rolf as we later found out: he left in the morning on the evening we arrived. Dini, his local manager, started communicating with me a week in advance and as we arrived late, she instructed security to help us move in. The staff was wonderful and were instrumental in making us feel absolutely comfortable, from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. We had a great and relaxing week and I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a 5 star stay.

wonderful quiet location. amazing place. very cinematic. big space. and what peace from the sound of water. everything is clean. clean bed linen. for me it is always important. high ceilings! and what a hospitable meeting! we even tried to order a massage - very cool they do it on the balcony to the sound of the surf. good roads. shops nearby. you can even walk along the embankment. super!

Our pickup from the airport, arranged by Riny was seamless. We arrived at the Villa at 1am, but we were still greeted by our night guard and shown around. We were blown away by the beauty of this place. The housemaids, Gardner, Night watch and Driver all provided an impeccable service. Dolphin tours were organised, temple visits, waterfall visits. We were cooked delicious home made meals when requested. There is a very small corner shop with beer and snacks 20m down the road. An Aftamart is a 10 minute walk away. Lovina and Sinjaraja 20-30min drive for restaurants etc. We all want to stay again!

I have lived in Bali for over 10 years and have been to hundreds of villas and hotels over the years. This Villa was one of my favorite ever. Why? Because this was one of the first villas that I have ever visited that actually felt like it was built for, and inhabited by, a family. It has every imaginable amenity that a kid of any age could wish for. And as any parent knows… happy kid, happy life! This villa over delivered on almost every level and every member of our group, ranging from 3 years old to 80 years old, was perfectly happy with everything! Yes, it’s far from anything, but that’s totally the point and I couldn’t have been happier. Also, worth mentioning is the fantastic snorkeling straight out the gate! Highly recommended!!

The treehouse was quite special and pretty, and we enjoyed our stay. If you have some adventure spirit and love an out of the box experience this is for you. You are right in the field and your lullaby will be birds singing in the tree, the wind rattling around the house and the leaves, cows in the near by shed, roosters all around, geckos call and some singing from the temple. Saying that we slept amazingly well enjoying the beautiful subrise sky when waling up feeling very close to nature. The beach is rocky and simple, mainly for fishing. The staff super friendly and responsive. We stayed 2 nights and found it a great experience.

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

Jody and her magical villa are the BEST! A dream come true. Gorgeous, home-y and magical in every sense of the word! Every inch is beautifully furnished and decorated in such great detail! So many little corners inside and outside to nestle up in! Feng shui and energy is amazing there! And the beach, right in your backyard, is warm and perfect for swimming! Kadek and the grounds crew are so sweet and friendly and keep the place immaculate! Jody herself is awesome— warm, friendly, sincere, extremely responsive and helpful — her beautiful energy is throughout the property. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would! Exceeded my expectations!!

Tim's villa was a great home away from home. I wanted off the beaten path and a chance to relax while being able to feel immersed with the local population. The space had everything I needed, including a TV to watch the Iron Bowl Game, and his staff were fantastic! They asked me what I expected and gave me the privacy I wanted without issue, answering my questions when needed. I would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable slice of paradise with ample space, the sound of the ocean, and a team that wants your experience to truly be yours.

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The staff are lovely and can arrange anything for you. The cooking Juli and Sari did was excellent and we were really spoiled. The surroundings are so peaceful and the sound of the waves so hypnotic. There is not much in the area but transport is easily arranged to take you where you want, we went on many day trips with the driver at our disposal. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the peace. The pool and gardens are great. You can go on a dolphin trip right from the beach at the house!

This was our most luxurious stay during our travels. The villa ist just as spectacular as the photos indicate. We felt really at home with the beautiful interior, friendly personal and top service. We loved every second of our stay and would have loved to enjoy this for longer (we stayed 3 nights). The restaurant has a good food selection and one evening we were surprised with live music which made it even more special. We booked massage treatments which were okay, but not as high-level as the rest of the hotel. Only remark which is not indicated in the description: you don’t rent the whole villa, just the ground floor. Someone else stays in the first floor, which wasn’t as private as we expected. Nevertheless, we would come back any time. We totally fell in love with the location 😍

Our family of 6 absolutely loved Laurent's place! Overal beautiful design of all the rooms and the garden. Easy access to the beach. The chief at the villa - Jero is great and cooked most of our meals which was cheaper than going to a restaurant and very delicious! Ngurah- the manager and driver is super nice too and drove us around where we needed to go, we even got a farewell guitar songs from him, which was so sweet. There is not much in the area that's walking distance, but that's what make this place quite and peaceful and of course Ngurah is always there to take you anywhere and answer any of your questions and take requests. Overall, I would highly recommend villa Sisi Pantai to anyone. Thank you so much, Laurent and Christine.

Great Villa with all the expected amenities and comfort. The staff is great, always available for shopping, cooking , etc The villa is amazing, it is in my sense bigger than what the picture suggests. You will need a car or driver (that is what we did) to go places as it is isolated, but that is exactly what we wanted: peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommended 😎

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Pandu verbracht. Die gesamte Anlage mit dem Garten und Pool laden zum entspannen und erholen ein. Auch das Hauspersonal als auch der Fahrer waren wirklich sehr freundlich und haben sich auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingestellt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Pandu auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Really stunning resort with lots of funky design elements that surprise you along the way. Loved the giant bathtub and pool. Restaurant was good and staff were friendly. Really good value place, felt extremely luxurious for the price!

Our stay at Villa Seaview was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality by Komang and her husband. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The villa itself had the perfect sea view, and we had everything we needed. Komang's freshly homecooked meals were delicious. Komang’s kindness and attentiveness made our experience even more memorable. She and her husband were always available to help, offering great local recommendations and ensuring we had the best possible stay. We can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you, Komang, for making our holiday so wonderful!

Our family had an exceptional experience at this excellent villa! On arrival, the place was very clean and we were greeted by Komang who was so friendly and helpful and made us feel really comfortable throughout our whole stay! The villa itself is perfect. The swimming pool has an amazing view of the never ending beach and the water temperature was really good! The garden has lots of seating areas, lights and spaces to just relax and absorb the beautiful breath taking scenery. The interior is very spacious and functional with 3 great size bedrooms, bathrooms, dining table, living room and more. Words and pictures alone cannot describe the calm and serenity one feels in this villa. We truly wish everyone could experience this at least once in their life time! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Kelly, Komang and the rest of the team! We wish you and your families the very best always! We will be recommending this place to our family and friends visiting beautiful Bali!

In the end of our vacation in Bali we decided to visit the north of this beautiful country. We found this huge villa and were really happy to stay there. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness. The staff, Dea and Ariani were very supportive and did their best to make our staying comfortable and wonderful. We asked them not to attend the villa too much, because we like privacy and being alone. And it was okay for all of us and for them too, girls and the gardener came to clean and wash villa each morning while we were sleeping. And when we awoke we saw clean and fresh territory everyday. Thank you very much, I think we will return here in a year🙏🏻

I stayed in Villa Mathan with my family (four adults and two kids) for six days. The location was perfect for us. There is much to see on the 3-hour drive from the airport and the tourist crowds of South Bali to the tranquillity of Kerobokan Beach on the north coast. Swimming on the beach is delightful; walking along it opens to lots of smiles and warm hospitality from the locals. The unique Beji Temple is within walking distance, and you can have a boat picking you up on the beach in the morning and set off for a memorable dolphin safari. The Villa itself is a gem by the beach, with a well-kept garden, a gazebo on the beach, and, not least, a vast infinity pool, where our kids learned to swim! The staff is friendly and helpful and will do anything to make you feel comfortable. They prepared all our meals, and everything was perfect. We are deeply grateful to the host for their warm communication and generosity in sharing this beautiful villa.

A stunning oasis of serenity! This villa capitalises on its amazing coastal location ensuring you connect directly to the sea. The moment you walk through the front door, the sea is visible through the huge windows from the family room and bedroom, with a stunning view across the pool and beyond. The open design of the villa means the breeze flows straight through the property, cooling it completely. The invitation to live outside, encourages guests to relax and live life at a more leisurely pace, gathering to dine, swim, and just be. The pendopo beside the beach was a great place to watch the world go by. The villa’s staff go about their duties cheerfully, understanding when to engaging with guests and when not to. The villa has everything you require and is very well designed and appointed. Suci cooks the most delicious food and catered to all our dietary requirements. Komang was very helpful, organising activities we wanted to do. We loved our time here. Thanks for having us.

Our family (four people) spent two weeks in Villa. House is even better than photos reflecting. Everything was clean and good quality—many additional facilities eg. PS5, Boose sound speaker, poker chips and cards. The view from the Villa is amazing, pool big and clean. Sunbads and furniture are very comfortable. However, the service was the most important thing that made our stay incredibly successful. Desi (our home maid) is a good spirit of this place. She is so kind and helpful. Our gardener and security man was kind and useful as well. The house is located in a rural area surrounded by rice fields and small farms. The view is incredibly serenity. One major problem - the beach is dirty with (for two weeks no one cleaned it) and water is not clear/cristal because of many streams and ditches nearby with water flowing from fields (including garbage, unfortunately ). Two dead dogs, a goose and animal bones washed up at sea during our stay. Thanks to our gardener it was quickly buried.

Cinq années plus tard nous sommes revenus et nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La villa est fantastique. Le jardin magnifique et excellement entretenu. Le personnel est tellement gentil et serviable ! Une dédicace toute particulière à Putu et Komang. Putu s'est toujours préoccupé de nous et nous a proposé les services de pickup. Quant à Komang, elle nous a préparé des repas délicieux. Je recommande vivement cette villa

Villa Belvedere was incredible! The photos don’t do the property or views justice. The team behind the property truly make the experience beyond anything you can imagine. We arrived late and Nyom and her team somehow whipped up a beautiful local feast for all of us. Day after day, we were treated to beautifully prepared and presented local cuisine (herself and the team would even do vego options in addition to spice/heat option for the kids). The garden team and security were always so lovely and with friendly smiles. Nylon’s son Gede organised many day trips for us, and was really accomodating with last minute changes. We stayed at the property for a week and if it wasn’t for another booking already in their system we would have extended. Can’t wait to return and see even more of the North in such a peaceful place.
