Stanley is a great host - he is very quick to respond, and super friendly. His place was beautiful and cozy. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Nice quiet space. Within a short walk to many restaurants on a well lite sidewalk. The onsite washer and dryer are convenient but pricey at 5.75 per load.

This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for an easy and relaxing beach vacation. The condo is decorated immaculately. It’s is extremely comfortable. The condo is located in a hotel located directly on singer beach. It is extremely convenient for a walk to the beach vacation with the option to have hotel amenities. The best of both worlds. The hotel has a restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner a smoothie and espresso/coffee bar. Anything we needed we called the hotel and they ran it up to us even though we were in an Airbnb. What you will not get by renting this place : a cute neighborhood with restaurants nearby. Places to walk and shopping nearby. The restaurant is always dead and there’s not much buzz happening in the hotel, they’re still trying to find their footing by creating a brand and identity. But the food is very good although insanely expensive. Pros : you’re only 15 minutes away from Palm Beach with all the insane shopping and food you need.

Michael was an exceptional host. Despite a minor issue during check-in, which he promptly addressed, the entire stay was seamless. The unit matched the description perfectly, featuring all the listed amenities and a well-equipped kitchen. Michael’s prompt responses via the app ensured clear and efficient communication throughout. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

It was a beautiful beach location. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. The home was newly renovated and very clean. We will definitely return if we are in the area.

We had a marvelous vacation! Our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Fantastic views of the ocean. I was able to watch the sunrise from my bed. All was perfect!

This is an amazing spot, we loved the space and the views are amazing. The staff are amazing and the amenities of the pool and private beach will make us come back again.

First and foremost, I want to thank Eduardo for his quick response and making our time in Royal Palm Beach the best it could have been for the Eason we had to go down. Myself and three fellow officers needed a place in a hurry to attend and pay our final respects for the three palm beach county motor officers who tragically lost their lives on November 21st. I found Eduardo’s places and immediately messaged him. The Airbnb site said the host would typically respond within an hour. This was not the case. Eduardo immediately responded and did not hesitate to work with me. Eduardo made his home available to us with no questions asked and kept in touch with us the entire time. If I ever have the need to go back to the area, I will definitely reach out again and stay in his home. The pictures actually don’t do the inside justice, because it is absolutely beautiful in person. Thanks again for everything Eduardo. You and your team get an A+++++!

This location is ideal for a Florida trip as it’s within walking distance of a grocery store and just over the bridge is the beach. We loved the outdoor patio area and enjoyed the proximity to many things.

Just a very smooth process and easy check in and check out. The home is lovely and comfortable. Pool was very enjoyable for my 12 year old son and pretty grounds. The area has close supermarket to shop and accessible to 95. Neighborhood was quiet and offered privacy . Great home for family or couples . Not critical but I own a business and love feedback on maybe some improvements . I would add some nice pool floats for kids and maybe replace some outdoor seating. But again not being critical just offering a tip . Overall , my family loved it and felt at home !!

We loved our stay. Perfect location and spacious space for three couples + babies. Hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Loved sitting outside in back yard. Very quiet and peaceful, allowing us to catch up with one another in a lovely environment. One member of our group walked 5 miles around the area, discovered a lovely preserve very close by. House was immaculate. Beaches and good restaurants within a short drive. All in all, a great stay.

We had a nice time during our week at the property. It has ample inside and outside space, both in the way of a porch around most of the house and a fence around the rest of the property. It is a shared lot so it takes some coordination with pets, but the neighbors were nice/responsive. The location is secluded, but you're only 10 minutes from grocery/restaurants and the highway so it's a nice balance.

We had a wonderful and pleasant experience at Javier and Iramis' home. It was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The air freshener was so good, I researched it and purchased two for my home. There were more amenities than we could use. Everything was thoughtful and considerate. We appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary snacks and wine. I'm thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of this place and all the table tennis, mini golf, billiards, and board games. We could not use everything but glad to know that there were lots to do right there in the home. We explored the beaches and parks in the surrounding area. However, I highly recommend Javier and Iramis' home. We thank you both for sharing it with us.

Wonderful place to stay in West Palm. Central location in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home with a private backyard/pool area.

This was by far the most responsive just- so helpful and went above and beyond in providing recommendations and little luxuries like toiletries and coffee- which you don’t want to grab when you hit the beach- they even allowed flexibility at check in. The condo itself is luxury and clean. It was truly a delight with easy access to beach, private pool, restaurants, etc. stay here!!!!

Great place for the price. Clean, roomy, pool, hot tub, on the water, fitness center, free secure parking, near the beach, near cycling routes, lots of other attractions to drive to.

Nadine was available to us when we checked in at 10 AM. That worked great since we had an early flight. She gave us a tour of the whole building(s). It is a very safe community and everything uses a key fob to get to the pool and exercise room. Nadine responded to every questions we had very quickly and was very kind. I would definitely rent form her again.

The facility and its amenities were great. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans and utensils I needed to cook meals. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was stylish and well decorated. The half bath was a bonus. Everything you needed for a beach visit was provided. Would definitely stay here again

This was my first time staying at a Marriott vacation club villa. Wow was it great, beautiful facilities. Great service. Robert was easy to communicate with, easy instructions.

This was the best appointed property we have ever stayed in through Airbnb. I would highly recommend this property.
