I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.

Great location! Grocery store and many restaurants are all on the same strip in walkable distance!! Left plenty of necessities like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and dish soap. Over all great place to stay!!

We had a great time at Alicia’s place. She communicated very well and it was a great place to stay for two people. The view every morning from the balcony was awesome and the place is in a great area.

Great place to stay in St. Maartin. Very close to the airport with an excellent upstairs pool, perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. Unit has a beautiful view of simpson bay beach with easy access on the side of the property. Nice condo that is well furnished. Great deck to hang out on and multiple smart TV's to stream. Loved our stay here and couldn't pick a much better location.

Noah’s place was perfect ! Me and by bestie extended our stay originally and was able to book Noah’s BNB within minutes before arrival. Noah was very responsive and accommodating. He even upgraded our Unit, which was amazing !! Right next to the Morgan Resort which you can purchase a day pass for $60 and use their amenities. The view from the room is amazinggggg you literally Are on the ocean and can see the airplanes coming in from the clouds just beautiful all around. 10/10 recommend thank you Noah 🫶🏾

Few places check all the boxes for a vacation stay and this vacation was amazing. Very private, beautiful view of beach, ocean, and both pools were very nice. What a wonderful community RBC has and enjoyed meeting many new friends. A perfect 10 for us. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise on a beautiful island.

This was my 7th visit to St. Maarten and I would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again. It is spacious and clean and the location on Simpson Bay can't be beat. Check-in was a breeze and the host provided a welcome basket on our arrival that allowed us to put of shopping for groceries until the next day -- so we were able to hit the beach immediately. I love that we could walk to lots of bars and restaurants, as well as walk to beach clubs with the closet being right next door. Great property and great host!! If you're on the fence about this one - don't be - you're going to LOVE it!

Zsofia was a great host. There was plenty of communication up from and throughout. The Cliff location is our favorite place to stay on the island. The accommodations are luxurious and the views are to die for. The pool is great and not crowded and the restaurant on site is delicious. Underground parking is a plus and proximity to restaurants and grocery stores helps too. Can't wait to stay the Cliff again next year!

The apartment is a perfect size for a couple with a large balcony and a breathtaking view. When we had questions and concerns Anna and Ash were available for help. All in all a great vacation. The only thing that worth mentioning that TV was not working but it actually made us spend more time outside and in the sun 🌞😀

Shelly is a wonderful person as well as a great host. Shelly notifies us regularly about events on both the Dutch side as well as the French side. I would rate Shelly a 10 if you had that many stars. She replied to questions within an hour or two. Lovely unit and great hostess.

All around a great place to stay, one needs a car to get around to beaches and food stores. The views from our balcony was beautiful would recommend.

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

We had a great time at Amy’s BNB. Amy was very much reachable and helped with all of our requirements. The place had a common pool which was always available for us. We even enjoyed the private beach that was exclusive for the community members. Amy also made sure to provide pool supplies that were easy to cary. I would love to stay at this property on our next trip too!

Linda’s place is conveniently located being a short drive (or 15 minute walk) to Maho strip for restaurants and entertainment. The accommodation is in a safe gated community with a beautiful pool and well equipped gym. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful and comfortable outdoor patio.

What a special place!!! We couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful, calm, safe, peaceful and so perfect. Everything was well stocked, (even beach toys for my kids). The building felt super secure and safe. It’s incredibly quiet and comfortable and honestly one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed in.

I celebrated my birthday with friends at Lesley’s place and we absolutely loved it. Lesley and the staff we interacted with were responsive and welcoming. If you stay at this location, you won’t regret it!

Mariana and Manoj's Airbnb is fabulous! Gorgeous views of Dawn Beach and surrounding mountains. Such a peaceful and beautiful place. The unit itself is very spacious and looks and feels like a large house. Large great room with a kitchen that has everything you need. Three spacious bedrooms that were very comfortable and cutely decorated. We loved our stay here and did not want to return home.

This condo is easy to find and very well situated. Very close to the airport. Walking distance (10-15min) to Maho beach, Mullet Bay beach, the Maho market, many restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo is as pictured and the balcony is where we spent all of our time as there are great views and comfortable seating. We even used the grill! The communication with the hosts is easy and reliable. The pool at the condo is quiet and clean. Great place to stay if you want a hassle free vacation!

Le bâtiment et la propriété à l'extérieur étaient impeccables. Le site est bien aménagé, sécurisé, le personnel d'entretien très présent. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour dans ce lieu, j'y reviendrais avec plaisirs.

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn Beach. Although construction and rebuilding were happening around he facilities it was great to watch the progress that happened during our stay. We also took full advantage of a less busy pool area which ended up being a bonus for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful and took good care of us. I would highly recommend renting a car as it will allow you to explore the island to its fullest by visiting beaches, venturing to different areas, and accessing restaurants. Mullet Beach, hiking Loterie Farm, grabbing breakfast at Good Morning Cafe, making perfume at Tijon, snorkeling around Anguilla, and eating at Lazy Lizards and Pineapple Pete’s were just some of our favorites. James has an awesome place to stay- thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We made some once in a lifetime memories.
