Alexandra's place was beautiful... The inside space was great but the outdoor space was absolutely amazing! It is nice an quite, great view of the ocean and the ships and boats coming and going... It was quite windy while we were there so we were not able to swim in the ocean but loved the pool!

We had an excellent stay at Blue Palm Estate. I always felt safe and secure there! The Pelican Key location is great with Kim Sha Beach within walking distance, as well as several nice restaurants and a little grocery store also within a 10-15 minute walk. Janet is an excellent host! She is very responsive to any questions/concerns and is prompt to address any issues. The unit is extremely clean and well equipped including toilet paper, paper towels, tea towels, bath towels, pots, pans etc. Astrid made our month long visit a joy, with her impeccable cleaning and welcoming personality. The AC worked well and it has a lovely backyard patio with plenty of seating…. Perfect for relaxing at the end of the day! The only negative is that there was active construction in the unit next door. It didn’t cause an issue for most of our visit, but our second last day was quite noisy. Overall our experience was wonderful and I would not hesitate to return to Blue Palm Estate.

I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

Shandrika communicated well. Her place is very well kept, she gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat/ things to do. It was the perfect stay for a group trip, as it was spacious for my group of friends. I would definitely stay here again :-)

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet, the location is perfect if you have a car, and the view is beautiful. The secluded beach within walking distance was a real gem, and we enjoyed relaxing in the pleasant shaded dining area in the garden. Everything was exactly as described, and Nada was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

Perfect stay! Went with a group of 5 for my birthday absolutely loved everything about this Villa! From the views to the decor and the space. The location was close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love it!

This was one of the best places I've stayed! Yulia and Nicol were quick at responding when we had any questions or concerns. I would definitely book again in the future when visiting Sint Maarten.

Super nice villa with small swimming pool, different areas to sit, eat and drink. Kitchen well equipped and a bbq outside. The road to the house is not the best but this is pretty common on the Caribbean islands. Ale was responsive and at the house when I arrived which was nice. Till the next time

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

Villa Blu Roc was everything it was advertised to be. The setting was spectacular, the villa immaculate and comfortable. Best of all Bruno and Isabella were friendly, responsive hosts and their advice and local tips were spot on. We had a wonderful time!

Our stay was a positive experience. Starting with the exceptional communication and responsiveness of the host. From booking to check-out, he was readily available to answer questions and provide clear instructions. The property itself lived up to the online photos, showcasing a modern and clean design and is located right on Cole Bay, offering lovely sunsets over the marina. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the overall comfort of the space. The added benefits of a secure complex, including a communal pool and a well-equipped gym, enhanced our stay. Supermarket shopping is within walking distance. Things to note: While close to Port de Plaisance Marina, direct pedestrian access isn't possible, requiring a walk to the main road and entry from there. Instead, we borrowed a dinghy for the short paddle to the marina.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely studio! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a solo traveler. The front patio was my favorite spot—peaceful with a really nice ocean view, especially at sunset. Being up on a hill gave the place a serene, tucked-away feel, but it also means having a car is highly recommended to get around easily. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations (the nearby rhum distillery ran by them was a fun highlight!). Their hospitality really made the stay extra special. I’d absolutely come back!

Mathieu's place was great for our holiday. The home had everything we needed, and the location was safe and close to everything. We enjoyed the pool as well. Would stay again! Thank you!

La Casita Villa was worth every penny! Peter is an amazing host, and truly thought of everything! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need including a coffee maker, French press, blender, bottle opener, etc. And even the finer details have been thought of - for example, there is a cooler that they provide to allow you to bring things to the beach and keep cold. Peter was extremely responsive throughout our stay, and very resourceful. We had a maintenance issue with the fridge and Peter immediately had someone there to fix it. The Airbnb itself is stunning. We travelled with 3 couples and we each had our own room, 2 of which had ocean views. It’s the perfect mix of privacy with each room being separated from one another, while still allowed for the most fun and entertainment in the common areas. We spent a lot of time outside under the new gazebo because we could not get enough of the view! The pool overlooking the ocean at sunset is one we will never forget.

Roland’s place awesome. Well worth the stay. The condo is a great space. We all loved it. Great swimming pool. Not too big or deep for kids and big enough for an adult to do a few laps in the mornings. Everything is within minutes of driving. But make sure you have a car if you choose to stay here. The only issue I would have to point out is locating the property if you don’t live there. There seems to be an issue with the mailing address and gps. GPS will take you to some other property that has the same address. Once you figure this out and learn the neighborhood then it’s not a problem anymore. Anyway., my special thanks goes to Roland for his response and also to Manoj and Marianna for being extremely great accommodating hosts. Thanks again.

The place was set up so thoughtfully for our stay. Drinks, snacks, everything was clean with very nice decor. You won’t find a better host. Candie was so friendly, quick to respond and had lots of helpful tips about restaurants and activities. There is a great market, good restaurants, a spa and shops right there, which made it very convenient. Cupecoy Beach, which is walkable from the unit, is beautiful with three small beaches, but two were nude optional, just so you’re not surprised. We found it best to have a car and explore other beaches and restaurants. The variety was nice. We highly recommend.

Great stay in this familial house that is now proposed as an Airbnb by Helene. Everything matches the description and Helene answers all questions, even during the stay. Really great value for money if you want to have a stay in typical Saint-Martin house. Access is easy and can be autonomous.

Great location and also great communication with very responsive host. Easy walk to many beaches, restaurants and bar.
