Deuxième séjour dans cet appartement à Cascais. Très proche du centre et la mer! Facilité de stationnement, appartement en très bon état et grand. Je recommande vivement.

We had a great stay over New Year's. Ra was not there, but he was flexible and left the key with a friend before we came so we could get in. Ra was always responsive to our questions and gave clear instructions. There's plenty of good food nearby, and nice viewpoints in close walking distance. I worked two days from the office space, which was very convenient for me. As a typical Portuguese home, it's quite cold in winter due to lack of central heating, but Ra provided an electric heater to survive prolonged periods of sitting still inside. It was convenient to have access to a kitchen for breakfast and the occasional other meal at home. Highly recommend, and would come back!

Lovely apartment. As described. Walkable to lots of restaurants. Clean and spacious. A travel cot and highchair were provided and Anthony was very responsive and offered good suggestions and helped with our overall great experience in Cascais. Would recommend.

Ha accolto egregiamente me e la mia compagna. Posticipando il check in per venire incontro al nostre necessità. Durante il soggiorno si sono scaricate la pile dell'aria condizionata e Luis tempestivamente è arrivato per portare pile nuove. Inoltre ci ha fornito un utilissimo servizio di deposito bagagli al check out permettondoci di visitare la città int totale tranquillità. Veramente un host amichevole e professionale che poche volte mi è capito. Consigliatissimo! 👍🏻

We had a wonderful time exploring Lisbon from casa bay for our friends 40th birthday 😊 it was light filled with great views! We walked the neighborhood and down to Belem tower area, as well as to the Bairro Alto neighborhoods. Wish the elevator was working, as the spot is on the 4th floor, top level. And wish there was a lock box or key pad as it was a bit difficult with only 2 keys for the 9 of us. Otherwise a great lovely space!

Excelente localização, convenientemente perto da estação de metrô Intendente, fácil acesso ao ônibus, e o Etectrico 28 passar à porta é um chame à parte. A rua faz bastante barulho à noite, de fato, mas conseguimos dormir sem problemas. A comunicação com Igor foi excelente, sempre ágil e gentil. Chegamos antes do horário de check-in, Igor facilitou que deixássemos nossas malas enquanto o apartamento ficava pronto. Deixar um vinho branco para mim e outro tinto para meu pai foi um toque especial. Recomendo!

L'appartement est très joli avec de beaux carrelages. José l'a bien rénové. Nous avons été accueilli par Leonel, un ami à lui. La veille de notre arrivée, Leonel m'a envoyé un message pour connaître notre heure d'arrivé. Et le jour-même, il était à l'appartement à l'heure prévue. Il a été super gentil, nous a demandé si tout se passait bien pendant le séjour. Après le check-out, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans son magasin. L'accueil était vraiment gentil et personnalisé, ce qui est plutôt rare avec les Airbnb ! Je recommande chaudement.

The stay at Jean Michel was very good. The place is clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful, and I am very grateful for that. Everything he recommended to me, worked very well.

Natalia a été très compréhensive et bienveillante lorsque nous avons dû changer notre réservation au dernier moment. Nous avons eu besoin d’un renseignement au sujet du chauffage (qui marche très bien), la réponse a été immédiate. L’appartement est charmant, bien pensé et hyper calme. Ça doit être très agréable de profiter de la petite terrasse attenante à la chambre et a celle du rez-de-chaussée lorsque la météo est bonne (nous avons eu pas mal de pluie). Je recommande vivement le logement de Natalia. Merci Natalia !

Famille de 4 (2 adultes et 2 ados) nous avons passé 4 jours à Lisbonne, très belle ville. Le logement de Emeline est parfait si vous recherchez du calme, pas très éloigné du centre ville. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la très bonne qualité de la literie (lit king size pour un chambre, 2 lits 90 pour l'autre chambre), la très grande propreté de toute l'appartement, la sobriété du logement. La cuisine est moderne et très bien équipée, un grand frigo et un lave-vaisselle pour ceux qui restent plusieurs jours. La salle de bain est petite, mais propre. Le métro est à environ 5 min à pied pour se rendre en moins de 30 min dans l'hyper centre. . Le quartier n'est pas touristique mais vous pouvez y trouver de petits commerces bien pratiques (asiatiques, indiens, fruits et légumes pas chers). Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis avec les escaliers. Le système d'ouverture pour la 1ère entrée en indépendance nécessite de disposer d'un tél portable avec connexion. Emeline est très réactive , merci !

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist gut und man ist schnell am Wasser und mit einem Uber auch schnell in der Innenstadt. Und doch kann man auch seine Ruhe haben. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und angenehm. Was man sich bewusst sein sollte, ist das nur bedingt Tageslicht in die Wohnung kommt. Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber ich habe es nicht direkt so auf den Bildern wahrgenommen. Der Kontakt war freundlich und schnell. Das passt so :)

On a vraiment aimé l'appartement. Il est situé dans un tres beau quartier touristique. L'appartement est vraiment joli et lumineux. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La seule chose que je n’ai pas aimé c'est l'odeur d'égout qui vient des toilettes. Je pense que c'est parce que la maison est assez vieille (même si l'appartement lui-même est rénové), donc l'odeur était impossible, surtout le soir. Mais ça n'a pas affecté nos vacances, donc ma note est de 5 sur 5. Si je retourne à Lisbonne, je reviendrai dans cet appartement.

This was the first visit to Portugal for my wife and me. We are so pleased to have chosen this AirBnB. The location was perfectly located and the apartment was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Vitor, also was very helpful and gave us dining recommendations that were fantastic. We will definitely book another stay the next time we are in Lisbon.

We had the most wonderful stay for our 40 anniversary in this outstanding apartment. Everything was perfect. Carlos offered advice on where to eat and where to go. We have loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.

We hadden een hele fijne tijd. De locatie was heel knus en rustig. Zo snel je de deur uit bent, ben je direct in de kleine straatjes en het gezellige leven van Sintra.

We just got back from a stay at Ricardo's apartment for 6 days. I have to say, it was a great place to stay! Ricardo was friendly and helpful, and he stayed in touch throughout our visit. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better. Supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport were all within walking distance, which made getting around really easy. It’s a lively neighbourhood, but at night it was quiet, which was perfect. Plus, parking in the garage was a piece of cake! Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming spot. Thanks, Ricardo, for a nice stay!

Was a nice place warm as it was very cold when I was there. Lots of things around restaurants there’s a bar close by so I can get a little noisy on the weekends. Other than that it was great and Tad was very helpful and accommodating!!!!

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

Posizione comoda per spostarsi e per altro vicino alla fermata del famoso tram 28. Ma la cosa più importante è stata la reattività degli host. Sempre disponibili e soprattutto con una grande celerità nelle risposte e nel soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di richiesta e/o inconveniente. Fortemente consigliato

This is my third time staying here. The flat is extremely convenient, being close to bus stops, a subway station, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It is fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. Thanks to close communication with Jorge, I had a comfortable and worry-free stay this time too. I sincerely appreciate his support and hospitality. I would like to recommend this flat to everyone. I am looking forward to repeating my stay here in the near future.
