We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—beautiful, convenient, and close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our daily walks to the beach. The home itself was very comfortable and made our stay relaxing and feel like our home away from home . What truly made this experience exceptional was the host. She was kind, thoughtful, and very responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Parfait pour un voyage en famille avec 3 chambres et une très belle surprise avec une mezzanine très lumineuse afin de profiter de bon moment, cela permet aussi d’avoir un coin TV pour ceux qui le souhaite. Petit piscine agréable mais non chauffé à prendre en considération. 2 salles d’eau très agréable en famille et un chambre un peu séparée pour les enfants. Très bon accueil et conseil de la propriétaire. Proche de Sintra et de l’océan avec une vraie tranquillité. Je recommande

Thank you to Antonio and his family for the warm welcome and lovely stay. We were a large group of people, for whom the house was an ideal get away. The villa is beautifully decorated inside; with a large table for everyone to have dinner, a sizeable yet cozy living room, and comfortable bedrooms for all. The outside area has a gorgeous view, great seating areas, a bbq which we enjoyed using and a nice pool. Despite some bad weather we had a great time in Sintra, the centre if which is walking distance, and both the airport and Lisbon were easy to get to via Uber. As hosts Antonio and his family where extremely kind, and responded to any messages and requests straight away. Collectively we all agreed we would go back any time, and are already looking forward to our next stay at Quinta da Paciencia!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful property with our family. The house accommodated us perfectly, offering plenty of space and comfort. The beds were incredibly cozy, and with three bathrooms, everyone had ample time and space to get ready before my sister's wedding in Sintra. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The garden was a lovely spot to relax, and the jacuzzi was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Check-in was seamless, and we were warmly greeted by a host who took the time to walk us through the property and share valuable tips about the surrounding area. This personal touch made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The pool was beautiful and the setting was stunning. The apartment was brand new and the kitchen well appointed… we especially appreciated the new Bosch laundry machine. Location is rural but convenient to Sintra and beaches. We would definitely go back again.

The house is a very comfortable space for a family with two kids. Specious enough and located in quiet area. It is well maintained and had everything we needed. The only thing is electric lightning in the living room which is too dim and not very pleasant for eyes. Very good supermarket is just around the corner, though no restaurants or cafes around. If you have a car it shouldn't be a problem as there is huge shopping mall with a great food court in 5 min drive. Particia is a great host, very helpful and friendly, she made our stay nice and cozy. All in all, we wouldn't think of any other option if we came to Sintra again. We would love to come back. I definitely recommend this place.

Nous avons passé une semaine à 4 chez Gonçalo et tout était parfait. La maison et l'extérieur sont immenses, bien équipés et entretenus, largement plus jolie qu'en photo ! La maison était très propre et la literie impeccable. Gonçalo est venu nettoyer la piscine très régulièrement. Un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Un rapport qualité/prix absolument imbattable. Rose was extremely responsive and helpful. The shower/bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony and pool were the highlights of our stay. There are cafes and supermarkets within walking distance of the place and has everything you could need for your stay. Uber and bolt are super cheap to get to places around the city also. Loved our stay and would come back again in the future

Da wir mit unserem eigentlich gebuchten AirBnB in Ericeira nicht zufrieden waren, haben wir super spontan diese Unterkunft für zwei Wochen gebucht. Und was soll ich sagen, es war großartig! Sofie und Paula waren total hilfsbereit. Und die Wohnung selber war wirklich sehr sauber und insgesamt einfach wunderschön! Darüber hinaus war die Lage für uns auch echt super - ruhig, Bio Laden direkt gegenüber und fußläufig entspannt alles im Stadtkern zu erreichen.

Great host, Prez was responsive and a wealth of information. H is apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and he thoughtfully had some snacks and fruit for us to eat. The availability of a free parking spot was so helpful in a city like Lisbon. We ate at two restaurants he recommended within walking distances and both were good. It’s not in the heart of the tourist area, but you couldn’t beat the value and quality of the unit. It’s not big but totally enough space for two. We would stay again!

It was a very cozy and spacious place. Even though it was chilly outside, the apartment had heating and was very warm. The host greeted us kindly, gave us all the necessary recommendations, and explained how to park in the underground garage. There’s a supermarket near the building where you can buy everything you need. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the coast with beautiful views, and you can get to the city center on foot in about 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt im herzen von Lissabon und ermöglicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Man hat auch kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mit Mietwagen ist die Tiefgarage natürlich perfekt. Trotz des schlechten Wetters während unseres Aufenthalts, gab es für unsere Kinder genug Möglichkeiten die Zeit drinnen spannend zu gestalten. Es gab einiges an Spielzeug und Kinderbüchern. Die Kommunikation mit Natacha war einwandfrei und sehr reaktionsschnell. Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Very roomy and pleasant apartment. The balcony with a pool and sunset view was our favourite! We felt right at home straight away and would have loved to stay for longer. The host was really friendly, gave us loads of recommendations. We could walk to the surfing beach as well as to the village so great location.

Great flat and great location! You can walk to several beaches, public transport, grocery shopping, lots of little cafes and all sorts of restaurants around, from very cheap to very high end. We went in February so didn't go into the pool but it was great to sunbathe and enjoy the garden with the baby since we could go out for just half an hour and didn't have to walk anywhere. The flat is a family home so it was perfect for our family of 3 with a 10 month old baby, specially because the hosts provide a high chair, a travel cot and a baby bath, all very comfortable. August and Teresa were also lovely, very communicative and friendly.

We enjoyed a great week in Rafa’s apartment. We travelled with our daughter (1) and the apartment was perfect for our family, with a cot and high chair provided. The apartment was clean and spacious. Rafa was a great host, very friendly and full of local knowledge. Thank you Rafa for resolving the small external issue with the wifi! We would recommend for couples and for families.

Hemos pasado unos días geniales con amigos y niños en casa de Laura. La casa está en un entorno maravilloso lleno de vegetación, los exteriores son preciosos. La casa es como se ve en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos. Es preciosa y muy espaciosa. Nosotros íbamos con 2 bebés y nos dejaron cuna y trona. Nos permitieron hacer el check out un poco más tarde sin problema. Muy recomendable.

Great host, great location, great experience, would recommend to a friend

Vanaf 8 januari verbleven wij een maand in het gastenverblijf van Jose met een baby van 5 maanden en ons hondje. Het is een fantastische plek, waar je direct het bos in kan lopen. Voor het huisje konden we ook heerlijk van het winterzonnetje genieten. Het huis heeft dubbele beglazing en elke ruimte is goed verwarmd, waardoor het erg aangenaam is, zelfs in de winter wanneer het buiten wat kouder kan zijn ‘s nachts. Jose was elk moment bereikbaar en elke donderdag kwam de schoonmaakster. We hebben heel erg van ons verblijf genoten. Aanrader!

I’m in love with the house – it’s very well-maintained, clean, spacious, and bright. The homeware is great – Susan has thought of everything (a heater in every room, a toaster, a coffee machine and much more). It feels like you’re in your own cozy home, not just an Airbnb. Susan is such a kind person; we had a long, exhausting trip and were late for check-in, but she waited for us, which we really appreciated. I can’t imagine better value for money. Thank you, Susan! P.S. There are two large dogs on the property near the house. They are friendly, and our child loved them, but if you're afraid of dogs, you need to take that into account.

Our stay at Ana and Nuno’s place was amazing! The house is perfect for 8 ladies, with a big livingroom, a nice fire place and a stunning view with large windows. The area is perfect to explore Lissabon and Cascais. We for sure will book again. Thank you for everything!

The villa is trully immaculate and was perfect for two families with kids (4 adults and 5 children). Beautiful spacious living room, useful kitchen, tons of outdoor eating spaces, a fantastic heated pool that our kids spent many hours in, great lawn space where we played badminton and table tennis. Just a gorgeous space. The maids did a fantastic job keeping it tidy on a daily basis. Carlos has been super responsive and was very accommodating with issues that came up. For future guests, I would recommend clarifying how the laundry service works with Carlos - it is not a self-operated washer/dryer unit.

Living across four countries I’ve stayed in my fair share of Airbnbs, but I can’t think of one that I’m more keen to recommend. This mill is truly special, and our only complaint was the fact that we had to leave. Thank you for a magical weekend!

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was very kind and very flexible. The house was extremely comfortable and spacious, we felt right at home. The address is confusing for reasons which are independent from the host but he was very clear and gave us very clear instructions. Thank you for a lovely stay.
