Amazing place! Stayed multiple times!! 5 star!

Such a cute little place. I felt very safe. Clean, quiet and adorable. I loved the mattress. I had some trouble figuring out the space heater the first night, but they were quick to help me with it. I’m not the most tech savvy and I’m from Florida, so that’s on me. What matters is the host went above and beyond to help me figure it out, turned the main heat up and even brought me an extra heater. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wow, I thought I had a palace downstairs! $60 for 5 times the space of a hotel room. Bed was wonderful, the place was clean, large screen TV, a fireplace that worked, numerous padded soft chairs and couches to sink into, coffee, mini-fridge, microwave. Steve and I got to swap deer hunting stories. Any time that I saw them, they were so friendly and concerned for my stay.

Easy in and out for a quick overnight. Cute. Super clean. Stylish. Close to downtown. Quick communication. Helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks.

The accommodations were very nice. The only problem we had was finding the unit and what to do to check in, which we had help from my wife's granddaughter. we caller Emily and got no answer. we came to find out ,after that she was on vacation.

The place was so comfortable and felt like home the minute we entered. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Everything was great! We highly recommend this place. We will not hesitate to stay there again!

I stayed at the Oak Trail in over the summer for an internship in Wakefield, and I have only good things to say about Kristie as well as her place. She was so kind and accommodating, and not only put my mind at ease about staying in a state 16 hours away from my home, but my mom’s as well. She will make you feel at home:)

Dave and his wife were incredibly open and friendly; providing perfect instructions to things for which I asked directly and those that I had not yet asked. The property is serene; wildlife (deer, turkey, birds), flowers, trees….all magnificent. The interior of the location was just as amazing. Whether it be the open layout or the decor; you feel the care and personal touches Dave and his wife put into it.

Aubie was a fantastic host and went to extra lengths to make sure our stay was comfortable!

Thanks, the place worked great for our two night stay for my cousin's wedding. Location was central to all of the activities for the weekend.

I return to stay in Robert and Teresa’s place for so many reasons. First of all they (including Miranda) understand the importance of offering a fragrance free place and are so helpful with whatever is needed. The decor is so homey and cozy but not overdone like some Victorian places. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want, but there are so many great restaurants in Sioux Falls you might not cook much. I will definitely be returning again and again.

Nickolas was extremely on top of communicating! The hot tub was nice and the place was very clean, I enjoyed the comfortable stay and all things willing I’ll be staying there again in the future as well
