This house is one of the best we have ever stayed at! Great instructions around the house, easy check in, great location, great basement full of FUN games for all! Super clean and comfortable home! I’d give this house a perfect 10! Don’t pass this place up, was worth every penny! Austin was very responsive.

The Adventure Suite

Probably one of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed at. The place was clean, instructions were printed out. The bed were very comfortable and the sheets and everything felt fresh. The bathroom felt clean as well. Check out was easy and all that was asked was to take off the sheets and take out the garbage. A lot of places we’ve stayed out before require loads of laundry and about an hours worth of cleaning before checkout. So it was a nice relief. Given the opportunity I would 100% stay here again. One thing to note: There is a train nearby but we hardly noticed when it ran through. Loved our stay!

I would like to start this review by saying the place is in an excellent location. It’s is close to the airport, and close to what appears to be a downtown area that has restaurants, a coffee shop, and a brewery. I did visit in the winter, so it was cold, but there wasn’t any snow. I also love how the place was decorated, down to the basement. There was ample towels and some small bottles of resort style body wash and lotion. There were a few things that needed to be repaired but they did not affect my stay. I would recommend!

Lookout Loft Treehouse

It was truly a perfect getaway opportunity and experience. It’s not often you’re up 20+ feet in the air with the view this location offers. Perfectly placed windows in the bed loft so you woke up to the sunrise every morning and big windows allowed for a great amount of natural lighting. We went when the temperature outside was 25 degrees - 45 degrees most nights but the treehouse loft was perfectly insulated. The space itself was great and exactly what we wanted and needed. It is fairly small so plan ahead for that and also look how to use a compost toilet in advance - we did not on accident and accidentally used it wrong but the hosts were really great about it. If you are looking for a getaway to detach from regular life this is the place. It’s also only 20ish min from a city so there’s plenty to do if you’re bored.

Main Attraction

We loved the “Main Attraction!” A friend & I traveled with our two dogs for a little girls getaway + the Rascal Flatts concert. Kari’s place supplied everything we needed & then some! It was the perfect size. I loved being able to park my vehicle in the garage, the beds were very comfortable, bedrooms had plenty of space, used the beautiful fireplace every morning/night, and the fenced-in yard was a major perk for our dogs! We walked the neighborhood several times & felt very comfortable/right at home. The home was extremely clean, and Kari was extremely accommodating and responsive! We had a little mishap with the coffee maker being on the fritz during our third morning, and Kari was so very kind to bring us a new one almost immediately upon notifying her- which we were very grateful for! My friend & I would hands-down both give our experience a 10/10, and would highly recommend the Main Attraction to anyone visiting the Sioux Falls area!

Abdou is an amazing host! He mad it super simple to check in and out and the place was amazing! Super close to everything but not congested with traffic. I would 100% stay here again. He is super quick to answer and helps with whatever you need

We felt right at home , we were passing through for the night , perfect neighborhood for a nice walk . Will stay again if heading through Sioux Falls . Bed was comfortable . Same with the couches !

Where the woods meet the prairie

Dave and his wife were incredibly open and friendly; providing perfect instructions to things for which I asked directly and those that I had not yet asked. The property is serene; wildlife (deer, turkey, birds), flowers, trees….all magnificent. The interior of the location was just as amazing. Whether it be the open layout or the decor; you feel the care and personal touches Dave and his wife put into it.

Quiet Street, very comfortable and clean house. The garage was incredibly useful! Everything was exactly as I would expect for a much more expensive rental! I stayed here for almost a week and could not have been happier. I have family in town so I will definitely be back and will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful host and beautiful home. Stephanie was the best in every area! She had homemade bread waiting for us after our long trip there. Toward the end of the week brought us more bread. The house was immaculate. The decor was cozy and warm. Great mattress’ and bedding. She had a pack and play and anything a baby would need ready for us. She also had sacks with crayons and coloring books for our granddaughters. 😘She was such a blessing to our family!!!

House By Sanford Sports Complex - Family Friendly

We were in town for a cheer competition- the location was perfect just minutes away from the Sanford Sports Complex. Also nearby was a Walmart and some restaurants. The house was clean and very accommodating for our families. It was a the perfect place for us to unwind and rest after long days in the gym. Would stay again!

This is an amazing home, and she is very nice about everything and understandable, also got to park inside the garage which is very nice for the vehicles! Amazing host would and will stay again! Completely private and easy!
