Was a great place to stay for the weekend d. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house as we were out with family but would have been just as great to hang there all weekend!!

Many private spaces. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could want. Kitchen had everything and a comfortable dining area. Will be staying again.

Kayla’s place was great! She is a fantastic host with timely and friendly responses. There weren’t outrageous rules or check-out instructions, which I really appreciated! Everything requested was very reasonable and understanding. The house is decorated beautifully, has lots of space and SO many things to do in the area! I would highly recommend booking your weekend getaways here!

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious place. Location was great given the event that brought us into town. Would definitely rent again.

I stayed at Sheva’s place for work and felt very safe as a solo traveler. The building requires two access codes, and the area is well-lit with security cameras, which was reassuring for early mornings. The space is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, with all the essentials provided—including a designated workspace and Netflix on the TV for added convenience. Although the oven wasn’t working during my stay, Sheva quickly provided a griddle as an alternative. Just a heads-up that this is a triplex, so you may hear some noise from other units.

I believe this was my fourth stay at the Carriage House - it is a beautiful, peaceful place and spotless. Laurie and Harry are wonderful, warm hosts. I so appreciate the ability to walk around their land and by the river. I look forward to my next stay with them.

This was a really good find! I can see why it’s rarely available. Alex and Laurie were very communicative and check in at the right times. We loved this eclectic unit and would recommend this to anyone!

Nice little cozy spot, but plenty of space for multiple adults.. felt like I was renting an apartment with the set up. place was clean and organized. plenty of natural light. super close to downtown, and plenty of food options close by. highly recommend for a multiple night stay.

I really liked this place. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I read some reviews saying it was in an assisted living complex, wondering whether Airbnb guests would be intermingled with assisted living residents and nurses, but these apartments are a separate and great repurposing of an empty building converted to what seems to be some general short and long-term rentals. It has everything a person could want for practical living and served as a great home base to complete my business in the region. I enjoyed the contactless check-in and out, and the ease of living in the space. The only down sides: non-cable type TVs always confuse me and vinyl mattress covers cause me night sweating. Overall, these are minor preference issues when compared to the big picture, which was a convenient place to stay, with practical amenities, for a fair price. Thank you!

We had a good experience overall and plan to stay again in the future. Some tips for future guests: Beds are full size, not that it was a problem but I must have misread and thought they were queens, so my 13 and 8 year old decided against sharing and the couch was a good option. Also, want to point out to other guests that there are not dressers to unpack. We have acclimated to living on the West Coast, so we were freezing during our March visit (hahaha) and the extra blankets were very thin, so bring blankets or extra layers if staying during winter months. We brought a fan but they did have one to use on property. Our stay was wonderful and we fully plan to book here again. I will recommend anyone to stay here. The things I pointed out are not complaints, just fyi's. Thank you Angie!

We visit the area to see family every month or two and alway stay with Cora. The space is perfect and always so clean. The garage is a great bonus especially during the winter months. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely happy with our stay at #5 condo. It was extremely clean and the decor was absolutely adorable. The bed was super comfortable and had really nice linens. Also, we appreciated the nice kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely stay here again. The host was extremely responsive and very kind .

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Sioux Falls! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cozy, modern farmhouse decor and thoughtful touches throughout the space. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and designed for comfort. The heater kept me wonderfully warm during the frigid weather, making it a perfect retreat after a long day out. One of the best perks was having a garage spot for my rental car, which was a lifesaver in protecting it from the harsh winter elements. The location was fantastic being close to shopping mall, restaurants, and grocery stores, yet tucked away in a peaceful area. The host, Cora, was responsive and made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Sioux Falls. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town! Thank you, for the great experience and stay!
