Airbnb should creat a term higher than Superhost only for Rickard. We had a absolutely perfect stay at his place. The place is just paradise, fresh fish coming to you everyday, you don't have to move, some children are always hanging around ready to help you if you need anything. His goat Javier is the loveliest goat on earth and his dog Panther.. well I fall in love with that cute dog, she is the best as Rickard and Nieva his girlfriend. We couldn't wish a greater stay. They showed us secret rover with no tourist at all they helped us with absolutely everything. I have no words to describe that stay it was spot on!! Thank you again Rickard we felt at home for 5 days and we were so sad we had to leave.. we will come back for sure!!!! Miss you guys already!

Juvy’s beach house is a relaxing place to stay. The beautiful beach is just on the front hard. The house is fully equipped with cooking wares, and utensils. She provided free water to drink. It is a place you can call a home away from home. My family and I had a great time during our stay.

We booked this the day before arriving and Tia and her team were incredible at getting the property ready for us at such last minute! The family that look after the property are amazing and so hospitable, always a message or conversation away (they live up the hill from the hut) and even have a little shop that you can buy essentials from such as eggs, snacks etc as it’s a short distance from the town. Would recommend to rent a motorbike from the property to access the island yourself as it’s tucked away in the jungle further out from the town of Lazi. There are a lot of rescue animals on the property such as dogs and cats but are very friendly from our experience. There are also lots of bugs and lizards etc, but this is expected in a remote property in the middle of the jungle so have this in mind! Nonetheless an amazing place to stay and made our trip to Siquijor unforgettable. Will definitely be back if we get the chance 😊

Location is ok, the place is nice and clean ideal for family and barkadas, the place is really new not yet complete, overall is ok you can cook .

It was a great stay overall, I appreciate the responsiveness and the hosts family even welcomed us. There were some items that need to be fixed but didn’t really impacted our stay. A great place to stay if you want peaceful, quiet, and beautiful view/scenery.

Si vous souhaitez réserver une maison avec cuisine, vue sur la mer, au calme et proche des nombreuses chutes d'eau avec une bonne connection internet, la maison dAdam est idéale pour un court où long séjour, la vue sur la mer est fantastique, Adam est venu nous chercher en voiture au port et a toujours été très réactif et de bon conseil. La proximité des chutes d'eau est un plus ainsi que l'accès facile à Lazi qui est un village nettement moins fréquenté que San Juan avec un marché de fruits et légumes, poissons ainsi que pas mal de restaurants et boulangeries. La maison est très grande et bien équipée, l'internet rapide via satellite est un plus, un séjour parfait pour nous. Il est préférable de louer un scooter et Adam nous a aussi aidé à ce sujet. Hautement recommandé si vous cherchez le calme, la vue et les grandes maisons avec cuisine.

The place was very clean and comfortable . Joy was very helpful and quick to respond. Free pick up and ride to the airport are much appreciated. Location is quite far from the places we needed to get to.

We had an incredible stay at the townhouse. We were provided with all the necessities we needed, and the host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the dipping pool, which was a great way to cool off while relaxing with friends. Their internet was really strong, which was a big plus for us as we needed to work. The place was very clean, the instructions were clear, and one of the perks of staying there was the opportunity to feed stray animals with our leftovers, as we don't like wasting food. Overall, everything was great from check-in to check-out.

One of the Coolest Places I’ve Ever Stayed Probably the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. Angèle was incredibly responsive and helpful—she provided a guide, assisted with our travels, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was beautifully designed, super aesthetic, and stocked with everything you could possibly want. Kayaks were available, there was a great pool, and of course, the beachfront was unbeatable. The scooter came in clutch for getting around. The place was also really spacious—perfect for bringing friends next time. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m already planning to stay longer! An absolutely incredible experience.

I can’t praise Gloria enough. The location was peaceful and out of the way, but close to everything. The property exceeded any expectations I had. Definitely will stay again if I ever come back to Dumaguete.

Very nice, the staff/caretakers/maids, whatever you call them were top notch. They were friendly, helpful and just pleasant to be around. There were a number of places to eat within a few moments walking, there were sari sari stores next door. There was a lot of traffic on the road until about 10 pm, very easy to catch tricycle to go down to Blvde. I don't know about all the time but the other guests at the facility were very pleasant while I was there.

Très jolie maison avec piscine très propre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le jardin, très bien entretenu et plein de jolies fleurs. 5 chambres + 1 chambre extérieure climatisées. La plage à proximité n'est pas idyllique, mais la localisation est très bien : pas très loin de la "highway" sans en subir les nuisances sonores, un petit restaurant local et un restaurant de sushi à proximité sur la "highway". très facile de prendre un tricycle pour aller en ville (Dumaguete ou Valencia). Tata et Emma ont été charmants et réactifs . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

South Mountain Resort is the best place to stay in all of Siquijor. It combines all of the autonomy of a well-equipped airbnb with all the amenities of a resort. I could cook breakfast and dinner in my kitchen, or I could walk over to the restaurant and order dinner or drinks. The cleaning staff kept my bungalow immaculate and I had access to laundry services as well. I spent a month at the beautiful hilltop retreat and was able to work remotely with ease--reliable, fast wifi meant I could take video calls with colleagues back in the United States, and air conditioning in the bedroom meant I never overheated while working at the dedicated desk area. The resort itself is incredibly peaceful and tucked away from the mayhem of the ring road, but it was walking distance to dozens of cafes and restaurants. I felt so welcomed and seen by the friendly staff, and as a single female traveler, I appreciated how safe the property and surrounding neighborhood were.

This was my second long term stay at south mountain, and again, we loved the experience! The rooms are big and comfy, the staff always responsive and helpful, the property and views are breathtaking. It’s a really wonderful stay away from the traffic of town. We enjoyed the restaurant too! They have the best wine list I’ve seen on the island and their steaks are imported and of very high quality. Yum. I stayed a month twice, but even if you have just a few days, south mountain is one of a kind for Siquijor.

Napakaganda ng place. Super peaceful ng paligid and accomodating ng staff. If you dont have a ride going to this place message niyo lng si sir jade may susundo na sa inyo sa port. Napakaganda ng accomodation dahil parang nasa bahay ka lng.

We had an incredible stay at Lenie’s place! The apartment was beautifull, spotlessly clean, and in an amazing and peaceful location. We loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. The host is very responsive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ce logement restera notre coup de cœur de notre voyage aux Philippines. On s’attendait à un accès plus chaotique en lisant les avis mais Léo nous avait réservé un tuk-tuk qui connaissait le chemin, on a bien retenu le trajet c’était parfait ! Un vrai petit coin de paradis coupé du monde avec une vue incroyable. Si ça vous dérange pas de vous doucher à la bassine et d’être à 15/20min en scooter de la ville, allez y les yeux fermés !!! Et Leo et sa femme sont adorables !

We had a fantastic experience staying here! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality really stood out, and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly and accommodating host!

Sir Peter and Ma'am Marivic's apartments are great, just a little drive down the mountain and you'll see lots of good resto, the staff and the owner are very accomodating, and the cleanliness of the apartment everyday that is what we really enjoy in our stay in their apartment. We would love to recommend to the other tourist Sir Peter and Ma'am Marivic's apartment.
