The host for is easy to communicate with. They answered all our questions leading up to the trip so we were able to prepare accordingly. They even gave us a heads up about the power outtage while we were away. The location is easy to find via Waze. The house is compact but has spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms all with bidet. The kitchen is usable, they even provided a hot n cold dispenser. Would love it more if there’s a microwave but everything is easy to heat up on a pan anyway. The tv has apps like netflix, and has karaoke! There’s no internet but Smart Data is strong enough for streaming etc. The dipping pool had the perfect temperature. Water is warm at night and cold in the morning! We set up a couple of camp chairs by the pool to enjoy the breeze, and spent a lot of time just wading around in the pool. Kuya Steve is friendly and made sure that the trash is collected in the morning, and that the pool is clean. The roof deck view is amazing! Would love to go back again!

Place is very near Las Casas if you happen to do a daytrip there. Worth the price for an overnight stay, near a church if you wish to take mass on Sunday morning.

The host is very responsive with my questions and requests. The place is peaceful and clean and is just a walking distance to Vista Mall Bataan. My friend was so happy she found a place like this to stay for a few nights. Hoping to book again this place in the near future.

Absolutely love our stay. The house is right on the beach and the view is even better than the pictures. The property is clean, spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. The host is very responsive and the staff is very friendly. You can no longer swim for free in the right side part of the beach coz you need to pay entrance fee because it was owned by a different resort. But you can access their beach below but you’ll have to pass through a rocky path first but when you get there, it’s worth it. It feels like having a private beach. If you’re looking for a peaceful and stunning ocean view, this place is perfect.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Jo's place, and it was an absolute delight. The place is beautifully designed, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The open-air concept allows for plenty of natural light and fresh air, creating a serene and relaxing ambiance. Kuya Gerry and his family took care of us during our stay. They attended to our needs right away. Miko, their little son was adorable. He took us to the beach and seemed so happy to assist whenever we asked for help. We rented a boat and went snorkeling near the beach. We were lucky enough to see 'pawikans' (sea turtles). It was truly a wonderful experience. While the open-air design does attract a few insects, it's a small price to pay for the incredible experience. The combination of comfort, natural beauty, and excellent service made it a memorable experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. :)

Sir Dave's place is amazing especially for people who wants privacy, peace and province vibe just a few hours away from Manila. Great for group of people such as family and barkada as the area is really huge. Bedrooms are clean and each has its own aircondition units. Bathrooms are fully tiled, has heaters and good water supply. The area is just near the public market and a supermarket where you can buy food. You will have no problem in cooking meals as the kitchen comes with almost complete cookwares and utensils. Booking the place and communication was very swift and hassle free as Sir Dave is very responsive. His caretaker is also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us Sir! Hope to be back again in the future.

Our stay was worth it, and my family enjoyed it, even though it was just for one night. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was clean, and the room was spacious for four adults and one child. The AC worked perfectly, and I loved how quiet it was—perfect for relaxing away from the city noise. We also had the pool to ourselves, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I loved that Caysubic Beach is just a few minutes from Villa de Loro. It wasn’t crowded, so we had a great time there as well. The only minor inconvenience was the confusion regarding the authorization letter. I thought we could sign it upon arrival, but we were told it had to be printed. Ms. Marcial wasn’t informed, so it wasn’t her fault. It was eventually resolved, though the security guard wasn’t very helpful, and it felt a bit uncomfortable because I’m not a fan of drawn-out conversations over something that could have been handled quickly. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!
