Can is a great and warm person. He is a very helpful and chill host. I had a great time at his apartment, I felt at home. Check-in and check out times were very flexible! The bed was very comfortable and the house was nice and clean. The accommodation is located at a quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to Nisantasi and there is a good public transport connection to Besiktas, Kabatas and Taksim etc. I highly recommend this airbnb!

Alper bey her zaman ulaşılabilirdi, giriş çıkışlar konusunda esneklik sağladı yardımcı oldu. Sadece İstanbul’un en soğuk zamanına denk geldiğimiz için ısıtma yeterli gelmedi (belki biz sıcak yerden geldiğimiz için olabilir). Onun dışında ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu.

Только сегодня выехали из квартиры. С самого начала хозяин был всегла на связи и быстро отвечал на любые вопросы. Вообще, их несколько ребят. Мы сами лично видели Исмаила, который нас встретил в первый день и ло последнего дня был на связи. Они, как я поняла, круглосуточно меняются, кто- то ночью работает, кто- то днем. Когда только вошли в квартиру, на первый взгляд (возможно, из- за того что было прохладно), квартира показалась неуютной и меньше чем на фото. Но как только температуру в квартире сделали теплее, стало очень уютно. Возможно другим не будет прохладно, мы из Казахстана и привыкли жить зимой с отоплением и быть в тепле😊 Квартира современная, чистая, постельное белье чистое, все удобно и комфортно. По моему запросу, мне принесли еще одну кровать в гостиную. Есть два телевизора, посудомоечная машина, утюг, гладильная доска, фен. В квартире убирались. Любые наши запросы своевременно исполнялись. Один минус (возможно для пожилых людей), местность тут прилично холмистая.

The apartment is nice and spacious, two bedrooms and well equipped. Around lot of restaurants and small businesses shops, the local food was amazing and fresh. All the people were very friendly and welcoming to us, we enjoyed one week and very happy with our choice. Nearby a very nice family pastry shop with fresh and delicious pastries and fresh tea open from early morning just perfect for a rich breakfast. We will definitely come again! Many thanks! Stanza non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario, pulita, e in una posizione comodissima per i trasporti pubblici. L'host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile nonostante il nostro ritardo all' arrivo al check in, e si è sempre reso molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Me and my family of 8 folks and 3 toddlers stayed at Baris Airbnb for 8 days in December and It is highly recommended for family. grocery stories within walking distance. bus stop is just a few feet away. his team is extremely responsive and provides extra items if needed, such as coffee mugs. we made breakfast at home and it was easy washing machine and dish washer was working fine. I loved that we had one free cleaning car parking was easy to find outside the house loved the fact that we had hot water in the bathroom all the time. we slept peacefully, quiet neighborhood. we had comfortable beds and sofa beds and clean linen. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I'm visiting Istanbul. This is a rare find. Thanks for hosting us. one of my best Airbnb experiences.

Great location, close to local amnesties. Gym was a little disappointing since the equipment were less, but the pool, sauna and steam room makes up for it. I had an issue with the AC first night and the host got it fixed the next day. He was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

Besher a été au top de la communication et propose un logement superbe à un prix très correct, dans lequel vous vous sentirez à l'aise 😍 Il est équipé, confortable, très bien placé et nous y serions restés plus longtemps avec plaisir ! Besher est très arrangeant et m'a même permis de rester un peu plus longtemps dans le logementle jour du départ 🙏 Merci encore ❤️

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........

Alles bereikbaar met taxi of openbaar vervoer. Gebouw bijna nieuw met sauna en fitness. Restorantjes en winkels in de buurt. Beetje lawaai van de baan, maar met gesloten ramen zeer goed. Wij waren tevreden met deze appartementen. Twee badkamers, twee wc's, alle voorzieningen voor grote gezinnen. Dankuwel Nilüfer.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Istanbul. Die Wohnung ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Metro-U-Bahn) zu erreichen. Ausflugsziele ebenso. Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten.

استاذ حسام جدا خلوق ومحترم يكفي مبادرته من نفسه لخدمتك ، غير ذلك يقوم بمساندتك باي خدمه تحتاجها ونعم الرجل. ايجابيات السكن : ١- مرتب ونظيف ويتوفر في السكن جميع المتطلبات من مفارش ومناشف . ٢- اطلالة السكن جدا جميله تستحق ١٠ نجوم . ٣- ممتاز للعوائل لان المنطقة كلها خدمات . ٤ - يوجد مواقف للسيارات مجانيه في نفس المبنى هذا جدا مريح في اسطنبول. ٥- اي خليجي يشووف تعليقي يستاجر وهو مغمض عينه لان جميع الأساسيات موجودة . ٦- اعطاني الأستاذ حسام وقت تسجيل الخروج ساعات إضافية بدون مادفع شيء شاكر ومقدر له 🙏🏻
