Sithonia : locations de vacances avec brasero

The house is spacious and very comfortable to accommodate us - we were two families each with one small child. There is also another floor, clean and big, basement like where the kids could also play in rainy or very hot hours of the day. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed, the host Elpida was very responsive and we enjoyed in exploring the beaches, small cities and especially the food at the open market.

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Pyrgadikia. Nikos hat sich schon im Vorfeld rührend um alles gekümmert und uns nachts bei unserer Ankunft herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Umgebung ist weniger touristisch und wirkt wenig künstlich, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus selbst bietet viel Platz, ein paar Dinge sind etwas älter und haben nicht immer funktioniert, aber Nikos hilft sofort und das hat den tollen Aufenthalt kein bisschen beeinflusst. Vielen Dank Nikos, für die wunderbare Woche!

Голяма, удобна къща с невероятна гледка към морето. Всичко необходимо е налично за удобството на гостите. Широк и голям двор с място за паркиране на автомобила. Къщата е на комуникативно място и с кола се стига бързо до заведения и различни плажове от двете страни на ръкава. Бихме я посетили отново .

The first place we stayed that was to be more beautiful than in the pictures. Fully equipped with everything you need. There are no crowds on the beach, so you have the impression that it is your private beach. The owners of the accommodation explained everything to us, answered our every inquiry quickly, wonderful people. We will definitely come back to this accommodation again, because we felt like we were at home.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und der Blick von der Terrasse immer wieder toll! Außerdem ist Alexandros ein super Gastgeber, antwortet schnell und hat ein paar gute Tipps für die Umgebung parat! Zu erwähnen bleibt nur, dass die Unterkunft insbesondere für gutes Wetter ausgelegt ist, da es nur draußen Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt - da wir ein wenig Pech mit den Wetter hatten, hat uns das ein wenig eingeschränkt, was aber natürlich nicht an der Qualität der Unterkunft liegt!!

Mitternacht kamen wir mit dem Auto in der Unterkunft an.Die Standortkoordinaten waren klar,der Schlüssel steckte verdeckt in der Tür,sodass wir eintreten konnten.Die kleine Siedlung besteht aus charm. Ferienhäusern,einige sind dauerhaft bewohnt.Freilaufende Hunde begleiteten unser Eintreffen mit lautem Gebell,was die Ankunft etwas erschwerte.Doch bei Tageslicht merkten wir,dass diese Hunde sehr friedlich und lieb sind,und schnell schlossen wir Freundschaften mit ihnen.Sie werden von den ansässigen Bewohnern mit Futter versorgt.Unsere Unterkunft war einladend und gut ausgestattet,mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche,einem Wohnbereich und einem funktionalen Dusch-WC-Bad.Den sonnigen Freisitz mit Tisch und Stühlen nutzten wir zum Frühstücken. In GR verbieten Tierschutzgesetze das Halten von Tieren in Tötungsstationen.Stattdessen werden sterilisierten Tiere in die Freiheit entlassen.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Ein schöner Strand ist in ca.10 Min. erreichbar, Savvas war stets hilfsbereit

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

The flat is really clean, comfortable and has a large bed (my boyfriend is 1,93m;), nice balcony with sea view. communication and check-in /check-out were perfect. The fllat is equipped with all the necessary things. it is a small quiet town with good restaurants. the best restaurant "Ouzo sarantis" is directly on the opposite side on the street;) we had a perfect stay at George's flat, we would come here any time again. besides we got homemade jam from George, very delicious :)

Afrodite, her husband and her parents are all so nice, every morning they say calimera and smile. Although speaking with them english was a bit hard we understood them and they were very nice and lovely. we enjoyed the yard and the silence at the area with just a few minutes walk to the beach. we had so much fun and had a very nice time there.

We stayed at both Xrysa's apartments and we were thrilled with everything. The location, the apartment with perfect backyard and amazing host. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy Nikiti.

Andrea, çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Ev, fotoğraftakilerden daha güzeldi. Çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Çok zevkli döşenmişti. Andrea, gelmeden önce bizimle iletişime geçtiği için hiç zorluk çekmedik. Evde çok güzel bir dosya hazırlamıştı , çevre ile ilgili bilgiler yer alıyordu. Evin bulunduğu yer çok huzurlu, sakin ve merkezi bir yerdeydi. Çok yakınında çok güzel bir kumsal bulunuyordu.Restorant ve market yürüme mesafesindeydi. Gerçekten kaldığımız süre boyunca çok keyif aldık. Bir daha Halkidiki’ye gelsem kesin yine burayı tercih ederim. Mutlaka gelin ve bu güzel taş evde keyifli zamanlar geçirin! Sithonia da genel olarak huzurlu ve sakin bir yer. Thanks Andrea for everything 🙏

Помешкання охайне та чисте. Повітря свіже. Нові електроприлади в будинку, паркування Чудовий краєвид та тиша Раджу на 100%

This is our second time in Villa Kappa, and it was just as good as the first time! The place is located in the quiet area of Nikiti where there are a lot of private houses so it’s more serene and authentic experience. The apartment is in a beautiful garden with all the needed amenities and is an easy 5 minutes’ walk to the beach. It is very clean and specious and can easily accommodate a family with a couple of kids. Konstantinos and his parents are very welcoming and are always there to assist if needed, so we felt right at home! We highly recommend the place to all those looking for a quiet and peaceful time in Nikiti with close access to the beach. We will definitely come again when back in Nikiti!

Stavros went above and beyond our expectations! Very friendly and easy to get along with host. During the check in, first thing you will certainly notice is how spotless the villa is. Not to mention all the kitchen and bathroom amenities we were provided with. And by that I don’t mean the average host supplies like a soap and toilet paper, I mean everything! We even had a first aid kit in the bathroom. On top of Stavros warm greeting, the little gifts like a fridge half full of water, bottles of wine and jars of jam (local production) made us feel even more welcomed. Stavros was very kind to recommend us various beaches and places to eat that he considers the best by sending us a map with pins of the exact locations plus internet links of each spot. Throughout our stay he reached out multiple times to check on us if we need anything which was very kind of him. Thank you, Stavros! That’s how it’s done. It was a true pleasure staying at your villa!
