Η εμπειρία μας στο χώρο του Δημήτρη ήταν πολύ καλή. Οργανωμένος πλήρως ο χώρος του, τακτοποιημένος, λειτουργικός και καθαρός. Πολύ κοντά σε υπέροχη θάλασσα. Ιδιωτικότητα, ασφάλεια και ησυχία. Η "συνεργασία" με τον Δημήτρη ήταν ΑΨΟΓΗ (άμεση επικοινωνία, ευγένεια, αποτελεσματικότητα). Ήταν ευχαρίστησή μας που τον γνωρίσαμε. Προτείνω το χώρο σε οποιονδήποτε επιθυμεί να κάνει τις ήρεμες διακοπές του.

Kudos to the host, they are very kind and always at your service. The accommodation is nicely arranged, clean, large space and it means a lot when there are two bathrooms.

We have enjoyed our stay at Dimitri and Maria's place. Excellent for families with children, very close to the private beach, peaceful and relaxing location. Beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The apartment has all the equipment that you need.

Отдыхали с семьёй в этом прекрасном месте июль 2024. Могу сказать что отдых прошел превосходно. Территория комплекса очень ухоженная, много зелёни, чудесные оливы в тени которых мы любовались морем. Где бы ты не был везде открывается великолепный вид на Эгейскоге море. Это место для возрождения души и вдохновения. Хочу отметить гостеприимство Марии и её уютный дом в котором мы провели незабываемый отпуск.

Our stay in the apartment in Nea Fokea was nice and pleasant. The apartment is comfortable and functional, just as it is in the description. Communication with the hosts was quick and simple. Near the apartment there is a small wild beach with a slightly steep approach. The apartment is not in the center, but it is very close to restaurants, shops, the city beach... (about 350 meters) We sincerely recommend these wonderful, friendly hosts and their apartment.

Ity is a really lovely place. The owners are very nice and supportive people. We liked the stle of the interior of the house. Also the terrasse and garden are nicely done and give you a lot of space. We appreciated the aircondition a lot. A nice beach is only in 5 min distance. The same for some little shops where you can have breakfast and coffee. No noise from the street that is relatively close. We'd love to come back anytime!

The house is perfect for a family stay, up to 4 people. We spent an amazing week, the house was very clean and everything works perfectly! The neighbourhood is quiet and just 3-4 minutes walking you find the lively Afytos with its nice restaurants and shops. The beach is a bit far to walk to but if you go by car it’s perfect for families with small children.

Me, my family and friends are very satisfied with the vacation spent at the Πολυξενη’s accomodation. We will most likely come to the same place again next years. Πολυξενη is friendly and always at your service, the place is rarely quiet with beautiful greenery near the sea beach. A real idilicaly family place with a very kind host.

We had an amazing stay, the house is 5 mins away from the beach and the busy area of the village where all the restaurants and shops are, but still quest at night. The hosts were very warm and open people, the place had everything that is needed for a good vacation, I for sure will stay there when traveling to Kallithea again.

Anna’s place is beautifully presented, very well equipped, and in a stunning location on top of a hill with views over the sea. It is close to a beautiful wild beach (tricky access though) as well as the town of Ouranopoli which offers lots of restaurants, shops, and other services. She is a friendly and accommodating host and made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days there and would love to come back one day!

The place is amazing! The garden ends on the beach. Very calm and beautiful! Everything you need is in the house, there is enough space. Also a lot of restaurants 5-10 minutes walking distance. There are also places which deliver food and you can eat on the great terrace. It was very very nice stay, we recommend it for sure and will stay there again.

Отличное жилье для летнего отдыха. Находится в самом центре населенного пункта, до пляжа идти пешком 5 минут. Полностью оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина. Есть небольшой двор, где можно поесть на улице. Кровати большие и удобные, кондиционеры работают, все окна оборудованы москитными сетками. Хозяева очень приятные, сами встретили, все объяснили и показали

We really like it hier. It is vary close to the beach, beach bars and supermarkets.

Maison tres propre et idealement située (au calme mais a 100m d'une grande plage bordée de restaurants, et 1km de la ville animée de Neos Marmaras), on recommende!

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The place has everything you need, ac in all rooms, and was well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are beautiful and the garden has great views, we had a great time!

Our family stay in Greece was wonderful, including thanks to the well-chosen house. Everything, from the meeting with the owner to the departure, was organized at the highest level. The house is suitable for living with small children despite the stairs. the territory and location of the house are very convenient. Do not worry about silence and privacy, it is all here. From my point of view, considering that it was a quiet holiday for a family with children, the house was ideal.

Konstantinos is a responsive and proactive host. He's place is at a perfect location for anyone that loves to swim or chill at the sea a minute away from the apartment. The beach stretch is good for jogging and the place is close to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and the pier for viewing the sunset.
