The place was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay there. We could see a waterfall from the living room, the kitchen was great for cooking our meals, the bedroom was comfortable, and we went on day trips to Skaftafell which was truly incredible!

The property was perfectly located in Vik, it was walking distance to restaurants/ stores (weather permitting). It was very clean, had plenty of space for my party of 6 adults. The house had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. We loved our stay!

This was our favorite place to stay during our trip to Iceland. The place was easy to find and access, it was so clean and loaded with the best amenities on our trip. The view was amazing and we were treated to an aurora display at night with an amazing view of the moon rising over the water along the horizon. An added bonus was the espresso machine in the morning.

Wir hatten einen wahnsinnig schönen Aufenthalt bei Trygve. Das Haus ist wirklich modern und sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach einzigartig. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles in einem guten Zustand. Wir würden zum Check-In persönlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Abends könnte man im Hot Tube sitzen und die Polarlichter beobachten. Es war ein wirklich unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Nochmal vielen Dank!

So glad we were able to book this place when we did. Location was superb and just what we needed during our trip — right by the Víkurfjara Black Beach. The place is as it looked in the photos. As it was by the beach, we needed a broom/vaccuum to clean the floor due to the sand that got in because of our luggages. But Samuel was very responsive to our request and got that easily sorted out. Amenities provided were very mich sufficient for our stay. Thanks, Samuel, for providing us with a home during our 4 day-stay in Vík!

Great spot in Vik! Thomasz was very responsive to all of our questions. The unit was clean, well stocked and organized with kitchen supplies and blanket. It would have been helpful to have had a binder with all the information about the unit (ex. Wifi, using the TV, where to put the towels) but that is such a small thing.

Our favorite stay of the entire trip. Lovely kitchen with lots of living room space. We appreciated how friendly and responsive Trym was the entire visit. Both this space and the town of Vik was a great experience

We definitely had the best room of the place with an extra side view to see the mountains. The balcony had stunning views overseeing the black sand beach. The entire place was clean and tidy, an easy check in & check out process. Only thing I’d hope was the check in barn offering the pastries and coffee for free. But overall it’s the best place to stay in Vik.

Amazing place to stay and enjoy the surroundings. The mountains, waterfalls and river make this place so great. Also, it was warm, clean and comfortable.

大致上都很完美～只是門有點難關，隔音沒有想像中的差。烤麵包機有點髒所以沒有使用，而且沒有大烤箱～只能用平底鍋烤麵包。

The cabin is very nice, both bed and sofa are comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. The view is gorgeous and the location around is very nice. You can hear noises from your neighbors because you share a wall with them, ours were quiet in general but it can be an issue if they are not. One thing that you should know is that the laundry is shared with the cabin adjacent and if your neighbor is already using it in the evening hours you probably will not be able to use it before the 10PM limit.

My small family had a wonderful stay at this place! It felt so cozy and homey, and everything was exceptionally clean. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we truly felt right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Gorgeous location. Very very helpful, they even plowed some of the snow for us when we got caught in a snow storm and calmed us so much. Great assistance and quickly provided. Having an actual dryer was so great, plus lots of radiators about the house to dry also. Washer and dryer is outside (can be important during winter time). Lots of amenities in kitchen, but no dishwasher. Trash sorters not inside, may be hard to sort the compostable from not-compostable without a bag. Small inconveniences, would stay again for sure.
