Wow! This was everything we were hoping for and more than we imagined!!! The home feels like welcoming family the moment you open the door. It has everything you'll need, or want during your stay. The beds were warm and cozy. The kitchen has everything you could need. The shower though quirky at first, works like a champ. Water pressure was perfect too. There are views of the water from almost anywhere you are inside the home, from the bedrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen! The windows are floor to ceiling in the dining room, making the view to the water impossible to miss! Even the kitchen sink windows view, make cooking or dishes feel peaceful. The deck! Priceless! We spent most of our days sitting on it, the view is AMAZING! You could throw a rock from the deck and hit the water. Its framed beautifully by two large fir trees, with a view of Jack island center. Just a short walk through the yard and your feet are in the water. And Agates galore! There is a calming silence here, day or night. No road noise, no sirens, no barking dogs or obnoxious neighbors. In fact, the whole islands has a unity of togetherness to it. People wave, and drive with courtesy for one another. You'll see fresh eggs, produce and fruit for sale along the roads, at the end of resident's driveways for sale in coolers etc. It's wonderful. There is only one clock that I noticed, on the stove, leaving time to become unnecessary. Here, you can exist without time pressuring you to move faster, or reminding you that it exists. While in the Turquoise home, it is YOUR time. Priceless!!! Jerry was an exceptional host. He was easy to get in touch with, and responded quickly anytime I contacted him. He is easy to talk with and very accommodating. He checked in on us to make our island experience the best it could be, shared tips for hikes, beaches to visit, and where to pick wild blackberries too. If you read this review, do your soul a favor, and book it. You'll be so very grateful you did. It is the perfect place to let go, feel calm return and find a smile on your lips from just being alive. Wow, just wow!!! Thank you Turquoise home.🙏

We had a wonderful time at Wendy’s place. My family had a blast sitting on the porch looking out at the pond. My son and husband went fishing in the pond multiple times a day. We appreciated the amenities such as shampoo and body wash provided, coffee pods, spices and lots of towels. It was nice to soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. We utilized the bbq a few times and worked great. I would suggest bringing some paper plates to heat food in the microwave, since there wasn’t many bowls or plates that were microwaveable safe. The home was perfect for our multi generational family spring break trip.

Connie's place is the perfect place to go to unplug. Very quiet, easy to get to, cozy and still close to all the local things. The water is steps away and you can fall asleep to the waves crashing onto the beach. The mornings are wonderful to just sit in the living room with your coffee and watch the sun come up and the area wake up before heading out. Connie was very responsive and suggested places to eat in Anacortes. Highly recommend !

Joshua and his wife are thoughtful, communicative hosts and their home was the perfect accommodation for our trip to explore the surrounding area. Their home has the best view you could ever imagine and we enjoyed it with our morning coffees and an evening glass of wine at sunset. Their home was well stocked and offers high-quality finishes and premium bedding. Highly recommend staying at their home if you're looking to explore the area or just sit back and enjoy a beautiful view!

This gem had a beautiful view, fantastic beach and town access and the most comfortable and peaceful setting! The kitchen was top notch with everything you could want to create delightful meals.

The skoolie was an awesome place to stay! We had two small children and they thought the bus was the coolest place they have slept! Bobbie was very quick to respond and the place was clean! Totally recommend.

The cottage was small, perfect for two but very charming. The studio had everything you would need, coffee maker, toast, small stove and oven, cute refrigerator, a small desk, cozy little area to watch tv, and everything you could think of. I was very impressed with the little things like a couple of extra toothbrushes just in case you forgot to bring them with you, extra socks (haha) in case you didn't pack enough? light bulbs, just in case. Very comfortable little place. We went to the beach access but it was later in the afternoon, and the tide was high. We wanted to go in the morning but didn't have time. We had our late afternoon walks around the neighborhood. It was a very nice weekend stay. Thank you.

What a hidden gem!!! If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, this is the place! We sat on the porch in the mornings, drinking coffee and watching the birds on the water. We will surely be back and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

My third time back (and now I wish I was back again)! What a special place, both the area/neighborhood and the house itself. To me it stands out from other airbnb experiences because of the clear care, thought, and pride the hosts have put into the entire property. The way the guest units, main home, and landscape flow together is very unique. It’s easy to feel comfortable and at home; also have plenty of privacy. This time I was working remotely for most of my stay and the wifi handled all meetings without issue. Kevin and Earlene were kind and flexible about changing dates. Thank you!

The Coho Cabin was cozy and the surrounding views were breathtaking! Anita made things so easy with clear instructions and fast responses. Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful escape!

This beautiful, peaceful, accommodating home was more than we could have imagined. We were in town navigating through a serious health issue with a family member. Coming “home” to this residence was so calming and peaceful. The views are spectacular. Every need was met from salt and pepper to shampoo and conditioner. The beds were so comfortable and the space inviting. Thank you for such a delightful place to call home for the week. We will definitely be back.

What a great spot. The front window looks right into the water. Everything you need fue a couple’s retreat, or to home-base for birding the area. Very close to the famous Short-eared Owl corner near Bow-Edison. Nice kitchen, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom and shower. Very private but very accessible.

Michael and JoAnne were gracious hosts, proactively reaching out to provide detailed information for arrival and check-in the day before our stay. We had a short phone call to prepare for the challenges around a walk-on-only passenger ferry. When we arrived, JoAnne and Michael greeted us warmly and explained every detail of the space and surrounding area. We found ourselves instantly comfortable and at home in the Seldom Inn. It's quite cozy, but Michael and JoAnne, having sailed boats, have skillfully organized the space in such a way that it functionally feels twice as large as its actual footprint. The care and attention to detail are apparent in the cupboards and closets, where everything you could ever need is perfectly puzzle-pieced into its own space -- not crowded or cluttered. The gorgeous piece of land is situated across the water from Cypress Island, offering the most stunning sunsets I've seen in my 24 years in Washington. Could not recommend enough, hope to return soon.

Home was just as described. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities for either indoor or outdoor activities. Crystal was proactive in reaching out to make sure there weren't any issues with access or the house condition. Would highly recommend this host.

Fantastic spot for single families or a group of friends (One Queen and 3 Twins). This unit is the perfect place to spend some time away from the city. Views/scenery were gorgeous and the cabin would definitely be considered "luxury" (.. as far as cabins go). Noise from mid-week Navy aircraft flyover was minimal (approx.. 5-6 times a day) but cleared to 0 during the weekend. Management was communicative and very easy to work with. TLDR - Would book this place again, in a heartbeat. Thanks for an amazing stress free weekend! Cheers!

Andrea's place was perfect for our large group. The check-in instructions were very clear and we had no issues finding the place or getting in. The cabin was in great condition and everything was clean. There were many personal touches and everything we could possibly need was provided. The location was superb, and we particularly enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub out back. Andrea was very communicative and made sure we had a great experience. We would happily stay here again. House was great. Kitchen is amazing and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was a nice and relaxing weekend for our family. The only complaint we have is the driveway. What the picture showed vs what it was when we were there was completely different. There was 1-2ft of sand so one of our family members who arrived first got stuck. If you are driving a car beware of that. Hopefully they get it cleared, it causes a lot of sand to be tracked inside where we removed our shoes.

Great home for our family’s weekend trip. The location on the water is relaxing with nice views and the sound of the waves. House was spacious and well stocked along with comfortable beds. We would recommend the house to others.

I planned a long holiday weekend at this home and my family of 15 LOVED It!! Plenty of space. Wifi (if you must but I recommend you don’t - look outside!!) Amazing beach front that calls even to the “city slicker” to come walk with the waves, comb the beach and breathe in the fresh sea air. The ferry broke down and we had to get our cars back to the mainland on the barge - and … we couldn’t have cared less. After such a perfect 5 days - we chalked it up to the luxury of island life. Stuff happens. The minor uncontrollable glitch could not wash away the fact that everyone forgot about work, stayed off social media and spent quality time with their loved ones. Note: no real grocery store on the island so plan accordingly… because once you get here you will not want to waste any time going back to the mainland (though - if necessary- the ferry ride is only 5 min. & the house is only a few short miles to the ferry dock). We WILL be back… soon and often!!

Here’s a review you can use for Airbnb: Overall, the house was excellent, with a stunning view, and we had a wonderful stay. However, the internet connection was almost non-functional, which was a big issue for us as we planned to watch movies during our New Year holidays. Additionally, there weren’t enough supplies for washing dishes or using the dishwasher. Apart from these two points, everything else was fantastic. Thank you!
