I enjoyed staying in this peaceful retreat located in the forest. I appreciated the location as it was easy to get to Freeland and central to the rest of the island for the activities I had planned for the weekend. Our stay at Amy and Dans place far exceeded our expectations. They are so warm and friendly and extremely welcoming as well. They offered help if we needed it as my husband has walking issues. They were super attentive. I absolutely loved sitting on the private deck and the view is lovely.

Jim and Cassie were super nice. when we arrived Cassie was right there and she and Jim showed us into the room. for our second night we asked for a mattress topper which they provided. they answered all questions quickly. this place was just a walk down the hill to water Street in the restaurants and galleries. it was very close to aldrich's food store which also had coffee at 7:00 a.m. which worked great for me.

The decor and atmosphere of the cabin was so artsy and fun, and the hosts were kind and helpful. The cabin was super cozy and had just enough amenities—a huge step above camping but charming and grounded in the natural environment. It was a perfect spot to spend extended time in, or to unwind at the end of a long day exploring.

Enjoyed my stay here, the space was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent, beds were comfy, and the location was close to amenities. Would stay here again for sure!

Charlotte and Ben were awesome. Very friendly upon arrival. Their place was really cute. We booked this place as we were seeing a concert in Seattle, we came from Canada. My husband and I, along with two friends, stayed 1 night. Though we all wished we could have stayed longer. It was very peaceful. Our friend Andrew was hyped about how many movies and tv shows they had on dvd as well as a wide verity on prime. He watched star wars all night after we got home 😂. We hope we’re able to visit this place again together and explore more of the area.

I can’t say enough about Tom and Jennifer‘s place! Quality craftsmanship throughout – from the cabinets, to the little bench, to the dining room table. Everything is exquisite and pure quality. Easy to find, nice to have a parking spot right outside the front door. I was in transition moving out of my Bellingham house, and this was the perfect spot to rest in between packing and moving. My only regret is that I didn’t get to spend enough time there, hopefully I will be back. Great hosts, always responsive, in fact in my haste to leave early in the morning to drive to Portland, I left my iPad charger at their cottage, and Tom was kind enough to put it in the mail to me quickly, for which I am most appreciative! This place is a real gem and represents all things beautiful about Bellingham. Thank You Tom and Jennifer! 🙏

Loved staying at Alexandria's place! She's a great host who went above and beyond to make our stay special :) The place is just a stone's throw away from the river, and a less than 5 minute drive from Rockport State Park with some nice hiking trails.

My husband and I love this place! A beautiful property with the creek right out side the cabin I have a service animal and a pup and they loved it. This is our second time staying there. A little getaway. Thank you

Fabulous place with breath taking views. Secluded and charming. Would stay there again. We spent 4 days and I wish we had longer. Kitchen and barbecue made eating in easy and local grocery store had high quality specialty foods, and great fish. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated.

The cottage was perfect! It was exactly as the listing showed plus some more! We had a wonderful stay. Spent mornings down at the river and it was so relaxing. This is a beautiful little spot with lots of small details making the stay that much better. If back in the area i would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Between Two Madrona’s was such a magical stay for me and my girlfriend’s 5 year anniversary. From the incredible views and quaint, cozy feel of the 1930s cottage to the surprise animal visitors we encountered (deer, a kitty, and a bald eagle) and Lisa’s thoughtful considerations (flowers, a greeting card, and delicious muffins), our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you for everything, Lisa! We can’t wait to come back.

My partner and I had a lovely, peaceful stay at the little cabin on Susan's property! Susan and her husband came out to greet us and she showed us around the cabin and the garage/full bathroom (which had 2 types of shampoo & conditioner plus body wash). The cabin had many windows (great for air flow & sunlight), good insulation & heating, a toilet (no door for those who may be shy), sink, microwave, dishware & towels, kettle with tea bags, coffee machine with k-cups, mini-fridge, some snacks, a comfy chair, and desk space. It was a cozy little space that was very well stocked, and the surrounding area was quiet with a well kept garden. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy to stay there!

This was such a cute and cozy little place to stay perfect for my families trip to Washington. Made us feel right at home😊 Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to stay at Alexis's place. The studio is well-furnished, clean and has a spacious bathroom. The neighbrhood is quiet and great for walking in the morning.

It was a cute and cozy getaway for my daughter and me. Katie’s tiny house was adorable, comfortable and had generous amenities. Even though it was a tiny house, the bathroom and kitchen worked just like a regular house. We had strong WiFi and tv to keep us entertained, and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you!

Ike was very communicative and responded quickly whenever I asked. It was very private feeling and just 5 minutes from Meadow Greens. Luxury sheets and towels and everything immaculate. Although not a scenic neighborhood, it is close to many things in Lynden.

We just had the most relaxing and memorable stay at Rick’s property. The amount of love he’s poured into his place and the ways he intentionally makes you feel cared for as a guest are so special and rare. From the moment we connected to meeting him in person, we’ve never had a more generous and kind host (and I say this as a well-traveled, frequent AirBnB guest). Rick’s place is immaculately clean. He has thought of every detail and even treated us to snacks, wine, and more which were truly above and beyond. From luggage racks to extra blankets to quality pillows to having a fan (my husband needs white noise to sleep), we were so impressed! The views and sunset are absolutely stunning and Rick’s place lets in a ton of natural light, while still respecting your privacy. My review doesn’t do the property or Rick’s hosting justice, but all of this is to say that we had an amazing stay and are already planning our return! I wish we could this 10 stars! Thank you for having us, Rick!

This cottage was everything and more to make our trip AMAZING. It is so cute, so cozy, so clean. The space is utilized so great. The location was perfect. The furry four legged beauties running around in the backyard was such a pleasure. The host was amazing, very communicative and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay! As a female traveling alone with another female; my best friend and I felt very safe. Thank you Robynne and Dotti.

This is the prefect little guest house for a weekend getaway from all the hustle and bustle. The view is outstanding, especially being able to watch the sunset from the hot tub. Even though the airbnb is behind the host’s home, it is very private. It was also very clean and well stocked in all the towel, linens, and pillows that anyone could need. The goats in the barn were a pleasant surprise and so cute to watch. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, as long as you can climb ladders. Thank you, Marie and Alex, for being wonderful hosts.

Fantastic stay and very private. Great views of the water close by as well as easy access to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.

My friend recently had surgery on his knee so we spent a lot of time during our trip just lounging around the house and basking in the sun in the backyard. This place was cozy and located in lovely neighborhood. Felt just like home! 10/10

This was our fourth time with James, third time with this particular unit. For two people this is perfect. Everything needed for a peaceful stay was available. While there we encountered a heavy snow storm and the hosts shoveled our walkway and cleared our path to the street. We were very happy with our stay.
