Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

All very well! The only minus was that there is only one bathroom for all three bedrooms.

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr schöne Lage und sie Gastgeberin super nett und hilfsbereit. Für unsere Familie hat alles perfekt gepasst.

It was a wonderful stay. Anna’s place had a great location in the old town. It was lively in the day and evening, and very secluded and quiet at night. Will definitely come back. The hosts were great!

Clean, cozy, luxury and beautiful! Right in the center of the calm village. Love everything about this place. We will come again. Just 15 minutes from Nea Peramos.♥️

The house was very nice. The backyard was very sweet and comfortable. The host communicated well and helped us. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. There were thoughtful details in the house. We were very pleased.

Gayet huzur dolu bir konumda sessiz sakin ada tatili yapmak için mükemmel bir yer. Ev sahibi çok güler yüzlü ve cana yakın.

Je suis très content du logement où mon épouse et moi sommes restés 2 jours. Il est très grand et dispose d'un parking pour plusieurs voitures. Le logement est situé à Polystylo, petit village situé à quelques kilomètres du site antique de Philippi et du baptistère de sainte Lydie voisin que nous avons visités. La communication avec Elena a toujours été rapide. En plus, la mère d'Elena nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivée. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Voyageurs de France . 74 et 67 ans.

Wir waren als Familie für 6 Nächte hier. Die Besitzerin des Hauses hat uns sehr nett empfangen, sie ist eine sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite und freundliche Dame. Es hat einen großen Garten mit viel Grün und Obstbäumen, der zum Grillen geeignet ist, das Haus ist sauber, alles ist vorhanden, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend und sehr sauber, die Betten sind perfekt für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Das Meer und der Sand sind vorhanden Sehr schön, sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Ich möchte dem Besitzer des Hauses für seine Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit danken.

It is a functional house with plenty of space for four people and is just a stone's throw away from the beach. It has a spacious kitchen, living room, and a charming balcony with a view. We totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Tobias!

Had a wonderful stay! The host was very welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed- even a little playground for our 2-year old daughter. The place was spotless and very well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Ο χώρος ηταν εξαιρετικά καθαρός και προσεγμένος ,κάτι που έκανε την διαμονή μου ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη . Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος να με βοηθήσει ,σίγουρα θα επέλεγα ξανά αυτό κατάλυμα

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Zusätzlich eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin lief reibungslos.

Very good description of housing. No surprise when arriving. Vasilis was helpful throughout my stay and always answered quickly. Close to supermarket but if one wants to go to the center of iraklitsa one needs to be able to walk for 25min or have a car. No air condition in house but overall quite cool. Fully equipped kitchen. Would def stay here again but with car ☺️

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet – freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Bedarf wurde schnell geholfen.Insgesamt eine erstklassige Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann.
