It was very good location, near the beach and about 10 minutes walk to the old town. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Big plus is that you can sit outside on a terrace and have meals there.

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment is beautiful and comfortable, the view is amazing. Old town of Kotor is in walking distance (30 mins), there's also a public bus passing by once an hour. Just a few things to keep in mind: - the organizers do not help with the registration - you will need to go to the local office to apply yourself; - one of the hosts did not always reply very fastly. I was working from home and once the internet was gone for 3 hours - the host replied late, after the Internet came back. Luckily, it didn't affect my work much, but in other days it was working well; - you need to be ready to walk a lot - the apartment is on the hill and there's a sharp path going down the hill to the seaside and the main road; - there's no washing machine in the room. The hosts allowed to check-in earlier, that was very guest-friendly, thank you! In general, it was really great, my whole family really loved the place.

Мы провели неделю в этой уютной квартире и остались очень довольны. Путешествовали с двумя собаками и кошками, и очень благодарны хозяйке, что она нас приняла. Квартира небольшая, но в ней есть всё, что нужно. Кухня и санузел чистые, а в спальне удобная кровать шириной 140 см. Места немного, но нам было комфортно. Квартира в маленьком доме с отдельным входом и террасой, где мы часто завтракали и отдыхали с нашими питомцами. Интернет был не самый быстрый, но фильмы смотреть можно было без проблем. Хозяйка — просто чудо! Она говорит на нескольких языках, в том числе на русском, встретила нас, всё показала и рассказала. Было очень приятно найти на кухне вино и фрукты в подарок. Парковка рядом с домом — очень удобно. Это отличное место для путешествий с животными! В Петроваце есть два парка с дорожками, которые ведут к пляжам — отличное место для прогулок с собаками. Рядом с квартирой также есть пекарня, рынок, магазины и рестораны. Нам всё очень понравилось!

ברנקה הייתה סופר נחמדה!!! היא הייתה זמינה תמיד וכשקצת הלכנו לאיבוד (באשמתנו - ברנקה נתנה הוראות מדוייקות להפליא) - היא יזמה לבוא לקראתנו. היא כל כך נחמדה וחברותית וכל בקשה שלנו נכנתה במהירות ועם חיוך מקסים. החדר היה בדיוק כמו בתמונות, ויש חניה מאש נוחה כך שלא צריך להוציא את הרכב ולחפש חניה כשמבקרים בעיר העתיקה או סביבה. 5 דק' הליכה מהדירה יש 2 סופרמרקט ובעיר העתיקה עצמה יש המון מה לראות ולעשות, ומסעדות נהדרות. נהנינו לשבת בחצר השקטה לארוחת בוקר שהכנו במטבחון. במקלחת היה כל מה שצריך כדי להתקלח. למרות שהמקום על הכביש הראשי, הדירה נמצאת מתחת לקו הרחוב ובחלק האחורי של הבית, ופונה לחצר ככה שלא שומעים כלום מהרחוב. כמו ברוב הנכסים בסביבה יש כמה מדרגות ספורות שצריך לרדת אל הנכס, אבל זה היה ממש בסדר. המזגן עזר לנו בערב כשהיה קר וזה היה מאד נעים! ממליצה בחום. אנחנו ממש נהנינו אצל ברנקה.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Charming old property within the Old Town. Quiet but within minutes walk of restaurants/ shops etc. Comfortably and tastefully furnished. Enchanting outside space. The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

WOW! This was the stay of my dreams! My 2nd Airbnb stay ever and Villa Elena is incredible. I was with my 16 year old daughter and we felt like we were in our own apartment. Hosts are amazing, the apt felt brand new just for me spotlessly cleaned…everything the windows, the bathrooms, the floors and kitchen. There is a small market 30 seconds walk that has everything! The ferry took us across the bay to many of hosts recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

The house is incredible and gets great sunset views from the hot tub! Hosts are incredible and very helpful with recommendations and even helped us get around town. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

The location of the house is very good. There is a parking. The hosts welcomed nicely. The view is great. I would definitely like to experience in summer. Because the house is near the sea.

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

We had a great stay at Milos’ place. It was super clean and within walking distance to the beach and old town. The balcony was perfect after a long day walking. Milos was an amazing host and would go out of his way to help us with any questions we had.

Our stay near the old town of Kotor was nothing short of perfect! The location was ideal, just a short and pleasant walk to the heart of the historic old town, allowing us to explore its charm and beauty at our own pace. The accommodation was beautiful, offering stunning views of the bay and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the beauty and history of Kotor—highly recommended!

Quite possibly the best AirBnB experience we've had. Natacha and Nady went over and above; always available, always helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated and and had everything we needed. As for the view; the pictures don't do it justice. The walk down to the old town is short if you take the steps (just before the Budva sign); we used the taxi numbers provided by Nady and Natacha for our taxis back up (all cost <€5). My boyfriend worked for the first week without Internet issues. An all round brilliant place to stay.
