Stu and Emma’s were awesome and such personable hosts, they made us feel welcome and right at home from the start. The snacks, milk and wine when we arrived was such a nice touch. The place itself is awesome, tucked away from the town in a nature reserve, its extremely peaceful and quiet at night. If you have a car, youre less than 3 min drive from centre of town. I could not recommend this place enough, particularly if youre looking from the break of the hustle and bustle

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Lovely host. Beautiful house. Great kitchen - easy to cook full meals. Lovely garden and outdoor area. We loved having home cooked dinners with all our friends while we stayed in Byron. We will definitely be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. the location was excellent, walkable to town and the beach without the hustle and bustle of town. the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and the best super comfy. we all had a bathroom, too! loved the pool for an afternoon dip. we will be booking for next year !

The suite was lovely with a beautiful outlook. Very comfortable and homely with lovely furnishings. The treats were a nice little touch!

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and exceeded expectations in terms of beauty and amenities. Jim was the most responsive host we’ve had during any Airbnb stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the house was in good condition after the cyclone. He was truly fantastic. Because of the cyclone, the private path to the beach was unusable but 200m down the road (Wareham St) was another entrance to the beach which was accessible for my elderly father. The beach is not patrolled this time of year but has shade and was still beautiful despite the erosion/accessibility issues. There was a playground next to the property which worked well for our 2.5 year old (with supervision). A 10 minute walk up the road was a great bakery/coffee, a small grocery store and a great Indian restaurant among other shops. Easy 10-15 minute drive into Byron which has a woolies and is patrolled. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem of a stay if you are looking for a quiet, private, intimate getaway in nature. The swimming hole was an absolute delight, although we were personally too cold to take a dip. We definitely want to come back in the summer to try. We enjoyed the outdoor bath and fire pit. A lot of lazing around on the deck, content with staying in with a good book and surrounded by the scenery. Stars at night were stunning. We only left to go for drives around to visit Nightcap National Park, have a pub feed at Lismore, pop into the butcher at Clunes, and a Cafe brunch at Bangalow. Beautiful drives around this area.

Johanna’s place is wonderful. The other world touches transported us to another place. We felt as though we were in some far flung French colonial outpost, with all the trimmings. Loved our stay.

Stuart immediately confirmed our booking after we were evacuated from floods late at night. He also greeted us when we arrived at 11.30pm. What a gorgeous secluded home away from home that had an instant and calming atmosphere. So many extras were supplied and scattered around the apartment to make you feel truly welcome. Beautiful tropical gardens were showcased though every window and door ... perfect for bird watching! We'll definitely tell our travelling visitors to book this lovely space.

A cute and comfy house . We had a ‘rainy’ stay but the house had lots of areas to snuggle up And read a book . Position was great . Very easy walk to cafe/ pub/ beaches

Had a really enjoyable stay despite the rain. The house was well equiped and exactly as shown in the photos. Easy walking distance to main street and beach. Fully fenced yard for dogs and lots of grass. The house was beautiful and easily big enough for 6 people. Thank you Alex and Edwina.

What a perfect little getaway! Loved the location- lots of great restaurants close by. The place was spotless & super comfortable. We loved the backyard, , especially the pool. Overall a very relaxing stay. Connor was very responsive and helpful. Me will definitely go back! Highly recommend 🙏🏻

A well presented spot within walking distance to everything needed. Had a lovely space to accommodated our dog, with a nice safe closed in space for her to be outside when needed. Very modern inside, spacious and all basics provided. Enjoyed the place for our few days away, would highly recommend and would definitely hope it is free the next time we travel to The Brunz.

We had such a fabulous stay! Jane was a wonderful host and the house was perfectly situated walking distance to town and exactly as pictured. Our beds were all very comfortable with soft linen and the air conditioner worked super well on those warm evenings. Will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Byron.

Jodie’s house was in the perfect location to explore Byron. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Wonderful place to stay!

Our anniversary weekend away. We wanted something close to the beach and a little different. We had a wonderful time staying in the beach shack. Could see the ocean from the bed, hear it at night and a very short walk to the boardwalk and into town. We had everything you could need, very private. We loved sitting on the little seat near the board walk watching the ocean. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lennex and Ot for sharing it with us.

We had an amazing stay at John and Pat’s place to escape from a rainy week when out camping! Very clean and very well furnished, felt at home right away. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the bed very comfy. Added bonus we could use the washingmachine and dryer :)

We very much enjoyed staying in this secluded and private accommodation. It is very neat, tidy and well-presented with everything required for a short to medium-length stay, including a nice bottle of wine, sweet treats and other items such as tea and coffee. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the host and then left to enjoy the beautiful surrounds with privacy. The village of Bangalow is located only a short driving distance away, and Byron Bay and other attractions are also within easy driving distance. Beautiful home in Byron Bay, across the road from the beach. Great space. Kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Bed were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and modern. Minnie was extremely responsive and was happy to support bag drops before official check-in time (the house was all cleaned so we were able to check-in early upon our arrival). We would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Minnie and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at tigerlilly! It was so comfortable. And it was a great location. Just walk across the street to the beach or to the treehouse restaurant. We had a minor issue and Lois responded right away and took action. I would go back again in a heartbeat.
