Beautiful home, wonderful host, PERFECT neighborhood, this is the perfect place if you’re looking to feel tucked away while in the heart of the town. Highly recommend! The home has a well-stocked kitchen, good lighting, comfortable furniture, and pretty village views from each window. It’s within easy walking distance of the sea, many restaurants, and a large supermarket. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and everything was perfect. Our visit was quiet, we had beaches all to ourselves, and we got to know so many wonderful locals. Also the cats in this part of the neighborhood are particularly sweet! Christmas time in Skiathos is truly magical. Oliver was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful, and kind. We would book with him again in a heartbeat! It was a privilege to stay in this home and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Skiathos ☺️

I have no words. Regina was so sweet and nice, she even has given us a lift from the port to Aerino for the check in. She showed us around, explained everything and even has given us some nice and really good recommendations for restaurants with authentic food, where you have more locals. The house is super clean, you can find everything you need, even cotton buds. Super fluffy towels and a welcome basket with coffee and lovely nice treats. Such a nice and warm welcome, that made our stay at Aerino very special. We will defently come back. The house has an amazing view and when you walk down through all this lovely narrow lanes you can find everyday some nice Walks to explore his sweet little charming town. Already miss this place so much. People are so friendly and helpful everywhere. Thanks a lot for this relaxing holyday expirience. Regina, you made it very special.

Pasamos 11 días en la casa de Spyros y Aikaterini y fue una experiencia fantástica. Desde el principio, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con recomendaciones sobre la isla. La casa es amplia, cómoda y está equipada con todo lo necesario. La limpieza impecable y la decoración acogedora hicieron que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto. La terraza es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno y las vistas al mar. La ubicación es ideal, en una zona tranquila pero bien conectada. A solo 5 minutos andando encontramos dos playas preciosas, perfectas para disfrutar del mar cada día. Además, en coche, se llega rápido al centro de Skopelos con sus restaurantes y tiendas. Recomendaríamos esta casa a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y auténtica en Skopelos. Spyros y Aikaterini superaron todas nuestras expectativas. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

Beautiful apartment at excellent location. I stayed with my family and really enjoyed privacy and proximity to the beach also very close to Skopelos town - few min drive for any supplies. There is an excellent restaurant right above the beach and 5 min walk. Very quiet place with stunning views of the Stafylos beach.

A super stay at Magic View. The host was really accommodating to take my suitcase early on my arrival day and kept it late on my departure day, which helped me to make the most of my time in the sublimely gorgeous Patitiri. The space itself was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The setting with a view over the port is special indeed. Very highly recommended!!

A spectacular position overlooking the harbour . The terrace is perfect to take in the incredible view . The house is well kept with everything you need . Mr Pantellis was really helpful and easy to communicate with . We had a fabulous time .

We had a wonderful stay in the villa of Eva and Jim. The surrounding is beautiful and very quiet. It is also very convenient to be able to walk to the beach. Eva was very kind and helpful. She informed us in advance that the supermarket was closed which was very useful and organised a taxi so we could go back to Skopelos town. If we have to mention a negative point, is that the kitchen (the fridge, barbecue, the dishes) was not very clean, but all the rest was perfect. We would come back again.

Siamo stati per una settimana in questa bellissima villa. Ogni sera regala tramonti degni di nota. Si arriva tramite una strada sterrata ma ben tenuta. La distanza dalla città e dall'aeroporto è di circa 10-15 minuti di auto. La zona in cui si trova la villa è molto tranquilla ed a due passi da Diamanti beach. Sia la casa che le aree esterne sono ben distribuite e la presenza della piscina rende il tutto ancora più piacevole. Le tre camere sono spaziose, comode per le coppie (noi eravamo in 3 coppie) e la presenza di aria condizionata in ognuna di esse è stata molto apprezzata. Konstantin e Stefanos sono stati molto disponibili e gentili.

We had a great time in the villa. It’s located in the middle of nature which makes it very peaceful to stay in. Manolis was super communicative and helpful, we had a great stay!

The villa and its courtyard along the exterior pool is great for a stay in Skopelos. Fairly close to main town by car (~10 min), a great view over Glysteri, the exterior pool is great to use in the summer, inside you have everything you need for a longer stay. A car is definitely preferable to reach the villa. The last ~300m are on a dirt road which could be considered slightly challenging only if you're not familiar with Greek islands roads, but not such a big issue.

This is one of the most beautiful and magical places we have ever stayed. This villa feels like something out of a dream with the incredible views and cosy surroundings. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back one day. We rented a car to explore the island but found ourselves wanting to be around the villa as much as possible - making meals in the well stocked kitchen, lounging by the pool, or playing the piano. We absolutely loved it here!

La maison elle-même est parfaite : que peut on espérer de plus ? Assez éloignée du port de Skopelos pour avoir de la tranquillité et une vue magnifique sur la baie (de jour comme de nuit), la maison de Manolis est tres confortable et parfaitement équipée, depuis la piscine jusqu’aux plaques à induction. De plus, » Manolis est un hôte charmant et très disponible, qui donne des conseils très avisés, c’est bien ce qu’on attend des meilleures locations AirBnB. Retenez cette adresse : c’est un must que nous vous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. A very homely and comfortably furnished apartment. The crown is a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The apartment has three floors and a lot of stairs, but the whole city is full of them :). I would come here again and I can recommend this to others as well. This house is gorgeous! Very private, incredible view and equipped with all you need. We highly recommend it- also with kids! Just a short walk from the village. You need a car to get to the nice beaches and see the whole island!

Kalliopi war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte sie alles fragen, wenn man Hilfe oder Empfehlungen brauchte. Die Unterkunft war schön. Man hatte alles, was man braucht. Vor allem der Garten hat sehr überzeugt. Vom Garten konnte man auch aufs Meer blicken. In nur kurzer Zeit konnte man zu Fuß den Strand erreichen. Auch einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Quad/Moped-Verleih waren in kurzer Distanz zur Unterkunft. Im Großen und Ganzen also eine tolle Unterkunft. Sie ist allerdings an der Straße, wodurch man den Verkehr hören konnte. Trotz dessen konnte man - auch ich mit leichtem Schlaf - gut schlafen.

Emilia’s place was perfect for our short two night stay. The apartment was very cute and nicely decorated. It was in a great location so we could walk easily to locations around Skianthos. The location of the apartment is in a maze of little back paths/ streets and for the new comer somewhat confusing. Emilia arranged for her father to meet us at a central coffee shop to take us to the apartment. He even carried my bag for me! Christine

Christina (Jane & Stavros), we’re great hosts! Staying in the beach house was very nice and our Kids felt like staying at home from the First day! The Location so close to the sea (50 meters) and the „private“ tavern with awesome food next to the house were perfect. You can find anything you need in the house and the outdoor space is huge. A supermarket you can find 2 minutes away. The contact/communication via WhatsApp and phone was perfect and very helpful! Only the combination Moskitos and the high temperature was not so easy to manage. But we came along with that and had a great stay! Thank you 😁😎

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt recht weit oben und man muss doch viele Stufen steigen, um zum Haus zu kommen, was uns nicht gestört hat. Die Terrasse ist großzügig und schön. Bei 2-4 Personen bekommt man das Geschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Wohnküche+ Dachterrasse. Die Abstimmung mit der Unterkunft war unkompliziert und super freundlich. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Es gibt laut Fotos noch ein unteres Geschoss mit kleiner Küche im Schlafzimmer (1-Zimmer-Wohnung). Dieses ist mit einer Innentreppe (inkl. Tür) mit der oberen Wohnung verbunden und man bekommt es bei einer Buchung für 6 Personen dazu. ich kann nicht sagen, ob man diese auch allein buchen kann.

Herzlicher Empfang durch Vangelis am Hafen - hat den Weg gezeigt zur Wohnung. Willkommensgruss war sehr herzlich Die Wohnung ist luftig, geräumig, noch schöner als Fotos - WLAN überall. Tolle Aussicht auf Meer und Inseln von allen Zimmern (nur ein Schlafzimmer Blick auf Olivenbäume vorne raus) Grandiose Aussicht von Terassen - überdachte Essterrasse mit Tisch ca. 8 Personen, Loungeterrasse mit Markise (dort auch Waschmaschine mit Pods) Oberste Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und 180 Grad-Blick nach Skiathos, Evia & viel Meer +++ toller Sternenhimmelblick! Alle Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet- Leselampen am Bett, genug Steckdosen, alle mit Klimaanlagen und Moskitonetzen - kaum Mücken wg. leichte Brise. 2 gepflegte Bäder - Duschgel & hochwertige Handtücher für alle. Ausserdem Bambusmatten & weitere Strandaccessoires zu leihen - sehr praktisch und nett! Fussweg kurz vor Bushaltestelle strassenabwärts gut zu gehen- aber Auto für Einkäufe und Touren notwendig! Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!
