Skiathos : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Casa spaziosa per due persone, tenuta bene, e soprattutto molto pulita. Posizione ideale anche per il sole, perché uscendo la mattina e rientrando la sera non abbiamo mai trovato l'interno troppo caldo. Evaggelia ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile ed è stata molto disponibile. L'appartamento è a due passi dalla strada principale di Neo Klima, e si possono raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi tutte le attività del villaggio. Nel raggio di pochi metri ci sono ristoranti, market, agenzie per affittare la macchina e soprattutto c'è la spiaggia, veramente molto vicina. Consigliata per chi vuole passare una settimana nel relax, e per chi vuole girare l'isola in macchina, vista la posizione centrale del paese.

We booked here last minute after our ferry was cancelled. Great price and great location, right near the port and bus stop. Check in was easy and we were helped with our luggage to the top floor. Definitely recommend.

We spend two weeks in this beautiful spot in a quiet and authentic part of the island with views and walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We enjoyed sleeping to the sound of the waves at night, going for a swim on foot in the morning and spending time on the balcony in the evening watching the stars. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very close to the other villages and beaches. Mrs. Soula is a great host and a very sweet lady who made sure with had everything we needed. Thank you!!! We will definitely come back to Milia!

We had such a wonderful week at Meltemi and were very happy to have found this little Greek gem. We were warmly welcomed by Yannis and the apartment was clean, well appointed and right next to the lovely beach. The restaurant has great food (pasta with shrimps a must!), beautiful views and friendly staff so we ate here most nights though we did have a couple of meals in the gorgeous Chora and the views from there are spectacular. It’s well worth hiring a car for a couple of days to explore, though we found our favourite spot was right where we were. We used Top Cars and Gabrielle was very helpful (book well in advance),. We can also recommend Odysseus boat trips and Nikos, the lovely taxi driver. But most of all, thank you Yannis and everyone at Meltemi for your kindness and care.

My wife, my daughter and I stayed in Isidoros' apartment for 10 days and it was just perfect. I was exhausted and it was just what I needed. Isidoros was incredibly kind and helpful. He picked us up from the harbour and drove us to the apartment and told us everything we needed to know along the way. The apartment is delightful. The beds were clean and comfortable, a number one priority for us. I'm a light sleeper but slept like a log every night. Agnontas itself is tiny, with not much going on. This was exactly what we were looking for but this might be a problem for those who want a bit of "action". The beach is 3 minutes walk away. There is a small mini-market to buy provisions. On the seafront there are three taverns. For us it was the perfect holiday. We would definitely consider coming again.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Appartment. Der Checkin war flexibel und der Preis fair. Die ganze Wohnung war mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet, was uns sehr den Alltag erleichtert hat. Es ist sehr weit oben in Skopelos, wodurch wir eine wunderbare Aussicht haben. Waren mehr als zufrieden!

Superb beachside accommodation - clean and comfortable with good facilities. Very welcoming and friendly host. Being met at the ferry and taken to the house was very helpful too.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Avgeri! Vicky and Adonis were such wonderful hosts. The location is stunning with beautiful views and it is so peaceful and private. The Villa was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. We ate in for 2 of our nights and there was everything we needed to prepare and cook family meals., We didn't BBQ due to the fire risk but this did not stop us enjoying lovely meals together as a family. The elevated terrace overlooking the pool is a wonderful spot for lunch/supper. There is so much to do and nothing is more than a 15-30 minute drive away. Our favourite beaches were Kastari and Limnonari. Agnontas is a wonderful spot for lunch. The Donkee cocktail bar in Skopelos town has great views and we ate delicious pizzas at Pizza Gousto. Panormos has a good selection of restaurants and a great spot for watching magnificent sunsets. We hired a boat for the day from Wind Speed Boats which was good value and we explored lots of hidden bays and coves.

Une maison qui se distingue surtout par sa terrasse avec une vue spectaculaire à plus de 180 degrés. Elle est particulièrement bien équipée et a beaucoup de charme. Les couchers de soleil sont fascinants. Et la piscine (petite) permet de se rafraichir agréablement. A noter que l'accès n'est pas facile (route très pentue et étroite) mais l'emplacement de la maison mérite ce petit inconvénient. A noter également la présence de chats dans le jardin de la maison. Ils sont sympathiques mais dans notre cas, notre fils étant très allergique, cela a compliqué un peu les vacances. La communication avec Helle et Christian a toujours été très cordiale et très réactive.

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

The first thing to say is that apartment has the most amazing views from it's large balcony which is a real bonus! It was like a home from home and Antonis had thought of everything even down to cottonwool pads in the bathroom and plenty of face towels. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom is a lovely size and the shower is really powerful.There is plenty of linen and towels available and Antonis is always available to answer any questions. And she checked to make sure everything was ok which was really nice. There are quite a few steps to get to the apartment but so worth it for the views. We had a wonderful stay and felt so comfortable in the apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return.xx

To say this accommodation was great would be an understatement. The flat itself was amazing and had everything you could need for a longer vacation. From a washing machine, cleaning detergents, ACs in almost every room, small complimentary catering like butter, jams, coffee to an amazing balcony with a great view of the sea for some long evening talks! The location was amazing, everything was close by and even the beach was only a minute of walk away from the apartment. The hosts were probably the best part though! They were very flexible, helpful, kind and even came to greet us and show us the way to the apartment after our arrival! We also got the best spot recommendations for our small city as well as the beaches around the island! To sum it up it was definitely a 10/10 experience and we will certainly be coming back in the future! :)

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Giannis is a kind and helpful host. The studio is located on the top of the town of Skopelos and gives an amazing view on the sea and you can also hear the musicians play traditional music in the nearby tavern every night.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή. Πεντακάθαρο, τακτοποιημένο, όλα στην εντέλεια. 7-10 λεπτά από τους κεντρικούς πεζόδρομους, μπροστά ακριβώς στο πάρκο του Αγίου Κωνσταντίνου. Άμεση επικοινωνία από την πλευρά της Χρύσας. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά και ξανά!

Martinica is our coming back place for summer vacation with friends and family. Great place to rest, good spot to discover beautiful Pelion. Hospitality of Maria and her mother is exceptional.

Casa vista mare molto luminosa appena ristrutturata, curata in ogni dettaglio. Pulitissima e biancheria in perfette condizioni. Arredata e corredata con grande attenzione verso le esigenze degli ospiti. La terrazza ci ha permesso di fare colazioni, pranzi e cene sul mare. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti della casa. L’appartamento ci è stato consegnato direttamente dal proprietario Costantin che si è dimostrato molto loquace, gentile e disponibile. La casa si trova in un piccolo paese vicino a Volos, il lungo mare offre qualche ristorante, spiagge attrezzate dove ci si può accomodare semplicemente prendendo un caffè, un paio di Market, Farmacia… il mare qui non è molto trasparente ma basta spostarsi un po’ lungo la costa che si trovano spiagge, mai piene di gente, e acque limpide. Abbiamo trascorso una decina di giorni dal 30 luglio al 10 agosto e sono davvero volati. Ora che ci troviamo in un’altra zona e in un’altra casa rimpiangiamo tutte le comodità della casa di Costantin
