The apartment is in a perfect location with a view over Macedonia Square from the small balcony. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is big and nicely decorated. There is a grocery store across the street and buses to the bus station. Jovan met us in person and was always quick to communicate. Highly recommend.

A perfect apartment for both leisure and work. I highly recommend it for private or business stays. Close to the city center, yet secluded from the hustle and noise.

Good location close to centre and some nice local restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away. Checkin was easy and Dimitar replied very quickly. Apartment was clean and tidy and plenty of space inside. Had all the items needed for a week's stay. Thanks again!

Dimitar was very nice and friendly. He was flexible and accommodating. The apartment is close to the bus station and easy to find.

Spent two nights and a total of three days in Milena’s very lovely and convenient apartment. The apartment itself was perfectly clean, in fact you are aware that you are entering a freshly cleaned apartment because it smells amazing :) All the amenities you might need is thought by Milena and I was very happy to find not only for body but also face towels in the bathroom. The flat itself is very much warm with perfectly functioning warm water which was very important for me. Never knew I needed a dressing room until I came across one with it, so thats a plus as well! The apartment is within 20 mins walking distance to city centre - not necessarily a short one? but after your first day you get used to it and in fact love the walk :) I never used the transportation. Finally, such easy check in and check out, my biggest thanks to Milena for her generosity and friendliness. 10/10 recommendation for everyone (the neighborhood can be loudy only that for families) LOVE Skopje! ❤️

Tekrar Üsküpe gelirsem aynı evde kalırım. Dost canlısı, yardım ve yanıtları çok hızlı idi. Ev konaklama için ideal ekipmanlar ile donatılmış ısınma ve sıcak su konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadım. Ev konum olarak türk çarşısına yürüyerek 20-25 dakika mesafede ve toplu taşıma noktalarına kısa mesafede. Ev temiz, kullanışlı ve rahattı. Ayrıca ev sahibi Gabriele her şey için teşekkür ederim.

We had a great stay with David! He was extremely friendly, very flexible and responded very quickly. The place was very clean, and in a great location! Hopefully we will be able to stay there again on our next visit!

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment in a great location and safe area, internet is fast and reliable. They have great air conditioning, comfortable beds. Cons: entry way could have been kept up better and building entry needs maintenance, the place use some extra towels and linens, lack of cleaning supplies, kitchen could use more supplies, lack of general toiletries. Parking is definitely a problem even though is reserved.

I recently stayed at an apartment in the center of Skopje, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The only minor downside was the bathroom, which is a bit old. While it’s not in bad shape and everything works fine, it could use some updating. However, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the place. If you’re looking for a centrally located apartment with a decent price and don’t mind a slightly outdated bathroom, this is a solid choice.

I stayed here for 10 days. I really enjoyed my stay. This apartment is gorgeous, spacious, and has all the amenities. Daniel was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. It was a great find for the price and I totally recommend it! Thank you!

Walking distance to the main attractions, easy check-in/access, and a responsive host. The apartment is in a typical walk up Skopje apartment building, dated but well maintained and cared for. It was well appointed, and spacious. We felt safe and the host was super responsive to any concerns (WiFi speed and hot water, which she promptly helped us to sort out). Would recommend for the value.

The place is located in a good location, in a walking distance of the city center. The host was very responsive. I stayed only one night, but looks like the place is very well equipped if you want to stay for few more days.

I had an amazing stay at Bojana’s apartment! From the moment I arrived, she was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything I needed. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Appartement petit mais joli et bien agencé, suffisamment bien équipé pour un court séjour. Pour des séjours plus longs il faudrait un peu plus de matériel pour la cuisine (il n'y a pas de four, et seulement deux plaques de cuisson). La communication a été très facile et tout s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme mais près du centre, avec toutes les commodités à proximité.

The apartment is nicely done and it has absolutely everything you may need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully functional and loaded. Parking is very convenient. The views from the 33rd floor were cool. The host was very welcoming and approachable, shared useful recommendations with us. I totally recommend the property! We went to the gym and we were not impressed - equipment and weights are a bit old and depreciated, but they can get the job done. We didn’t use the spa or the pool, but they were looking fine from a sneak peak. This is just for information of visitors, the wellness center is not operated by the host and is not a subject of my review.

Kristina was great, she manages several properties and the one we stayed at was not the same as the one we booked. It was better! She 'gave' use the apartment that would fit our needs the most. We only stayed one night and we wanted to stay close to restaurants but still be able to go for a walk to the city center, which was all possible from the apartment we stayed at. It was also more modern. Kristina was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to help us park our second car, which was not an easy task in the city center. If we come back to Skopje, I'll definitely contact her again. Thanks Tina!

Mirjana’s place was excellent is every way. Clean, convenient and great communication. The parking garage for the car was a great thing to have. When I come back to Skopje, I will first look to book here.
