The house is very nice, only 20 minutes from the city center by foot. Pava is very friendly. We had a very nice time.

Very helpful host from time of booking to check out. Would highly recommend. Villa was stunning with beautiful views.

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.

Great host Karlo, very friendly. Great place, nearby Split. All stairs to reach 4th floor are worth to walk couple of times a day. Terrace is superb, perfect view. We were just lucky to have excellent weather despite the fact we were visiting the place at year end (winter time). Apartment is huge and easy to host 6 adults.

Our group of 5 had a great time! The property is clean, large and in an awesome location! The building was tucked away but close enough for a ton of walking to Diocletian’s Palace, the Green Market and the Harbor. It was very clean, had plenty of linens, towels and bathroom essentials and we loved the balconies. Will definitely stay here again and tell everyone to stay here if they are in Split! Dune was responsive, communicative and available for any questions. Check in and check out were easy and there even was a welcome gift of wine and cookies. All the little touches, the cleanliness, the location and having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone made this place wonderful! Thanks again!!!

Phenomenal host and outstanding place. Thank you Ivan. Very responsive and quickly responded helping guide us in late at night well after sunset. Had the lights on gates open and even made an extra effort to stop by when we arrived to make sure we had everything needed. As well as offering to open up his onsite restaurant/bar to cook a meal for the evening. We chose no evening meal but requested breakfast if possible and he made an amazing breakfast for us the next day. The location is off the main path near the river, extremely peaceful and quiet. What a great little spot. Thank you Ivan for everything.

Pobyt uważam za udany. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone bardzo dobrze, głównie jeśli chodzi o przybory kuchenne. Lokalizacja jest także w porządku, można znaleźć bez problemu dojazd do Split i Trogir. Samo miasteczko Kastel Novi, nie jest turystyczne więc za bardzo się tam nic nie dzieje. Lotnisko jest położone bardzo blisko więc cały czas słychać przelatujące samoloty dosłownie nad ogrodem. Może to być problem dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Właścicielka jest bardzo przyjazna i komunikatywna, ale minusem jest fakt, że jej mieszkanie znajduje się nad wynajmowanym.

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

Lovely location with instant access to the ocean, functional space perfect for accessing the festival site at the Garden Tisno. Hosts were helpful and friendly whilst also respecting your privacy, decent value for money.

Apartmán byl hned u moře. V poklidné části vesničky, děti mohly samy dojít z pláže do apartmánu, pokud něco zapomneli. Hostitelka byla vždy po ruce a moc příjemná. Dostali jsme doporučení na krásnou restauraci. Pláž byla podél celé vesnicky. Můžete si najít víc rusnou část nebo klidnější hned před apartmánem. Moře krásné průsvitné a čisté. Určitě doporucuji

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Predivnih nekoliko dana u obiteljskoj atmosferi. Draga gospođa Lidija nas je dočekala, napunila frižider delicijama ( taj dan dućani nisu radili), kupila čak i hranu za naša dva psa. Prostran, potpuno namješten apartman u mirnoj ulici, a opet u centru grada, na nekoliko minuta od rive, a s druge strane par minuta do predivnog parka. Sve preporuke, a Lidiji hvala na svemu😘

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully spacious, which made us feel relaxed right away. The house is in real life better than the pictures show! The location is absolutely 10/10, with everything we needed within easy reach. The short distance to The Garden was a real bonus for us, allowing us to easily enjoy the surroundings every day. A special thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival—such a warm welcome made our stay extra special. We had a great time and would love to come back again

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

Wir, eine siebenköpfige Familie, waren für zehn Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Wohnungen, die wir gemietet hatten sind sehr modern, schick und in einem außerordentlich guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gastfreundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Was uns Anfangs etwas irritiert hat war, dass die beiden Wohnungen keine Verbindung untereinander haben. Das hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm, haben aber eine für uns gute Lösung gefunden. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell in Split oder in Trogir und alles was man braucht ist in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußläufig sind auch einige gute Restaurants. Das Meer und eine sehr gute und günstige Bäckerei sind direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool geliebt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sofort nochmal buchen.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Me and my group of friends (total of ten people) had an amazing stay at Davor & Josipa's place for New Years

Vi har hatt en utrolig flott storfamilie ferie i huset til Marin. Vi var 12 personer. 8 voksne, 4 barn. Huset innfridde alle våre forventninger til en sånn ferie. Anbefales virkelig! Og vi er ganske sikre på at hit kommer vi igjen ved en senere anledning.

Es war super schön. Alles war einwandfrei. In der Nähe gibt es einen frei zugänglichen Strand, dem man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es gibt auch ein Restaurant was auch in der Nähe ist, was klasse ist. Die Unterkunft selber ist sauber und alles ist gut vorbereitet im Apartment. So das es eigentlich keine Fragen gab. Jagoda ist sehr freundlich und offen. Sie fragt immer wieder nach ob alles gut ist. Das macht sie in meinen Augen zu einer guten Gastgeberin. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren traumhaft. Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Personen da. Es gibt zwei getrennte Häuser. In einem haben wir Eltern geschlafen, in dem anderen unsere Kinder. Es gibt eine Boccia-Bahn mit Beleuchtung, so dass man auch spielen kann wenn es dunkel ist. Der Pool ist super und groß. Man ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und hat zwei Möglichkeiten: einmal zum kleinen Hafen des Ortes und auf der anderen Seite in eine Bucht. Auf beiden Seiten sind schöne Badestellen zu finden. Marjan ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit allen möglichen Tipps geholfen und auf Nachrichten immer sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Beste Airbnb was wir je hatten. Tolle Villa in schöner Umgebung. Großzügig mit viel Platz, top Ausstattung, alles war sehr sauber. Großer Außenbereich mit riesigem Pool. Zusätzlich viele kleine Extras: Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank, Fahrräder, Spielzeug für Kinder. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Kroatien. Kastel Kambelovac ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Trogir, Split, Krka Nationalpark sind nicht weit entfernt, gut zu erreichen und absolut sehenswert. Josip ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit einfach und unkompliziert. Josip antwortet schnell und zuverlässig. Hervorzuheben ist seine ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Danke dafür.
