Great hosts. Cabin was stocked with loads of information about the area and things to do... even a grocery discount card to use. The coffee station has brewed coffee, Keurig, hot tea - very well stocked. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The front and rear porch are very comfortable, with beautiful views. This is one of our favorite places in the mountains to visit. Close to great hiking and lake fishing. A very good value for the money.

This home was even more beautiful than the pictures! On top of that, this was the cleanest and best outfitted home I’ve ever stayed at on AirBnB. We hope to come back sometime!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We loved it so much, this was our 2nd stay. Group of 13 friends just hanging out for the weekend. Things that stand out include the absolutely pristine bathrooms and the fully stocked kitchen. All the pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, etc. you need. Lots of places I've been to don't have things like measuring cups but they have everything. When we had questions, response was fast. Nice common area for everyone to hang out in. Just a great place.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Piedmont University. Ally and Brad were great and responded to questions quickly. They let us check in early and check out late. Great stay!

The Bobber Bungalow is such a cute stay with beautiful views. Loved the back sunroom and the access to the cove. Neighbors were all very quiet. Lindsay communicated well with us before and during our stay and house was very clean when we arrived. Only wish was that there was a door or curtain between master bedroom and master bath. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Thank you!

I definitely would stay here again. It was a fun trip with my husband and it’s a nice private spot so reconnecting was easy here. I stayed only one night but wish I had put down for longer so that I could enjoy the little river that is right in front of this cabin.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was pretty cold, but well worth it. Being on the lake, makes me want to come back, with the boat, in the summer, to fully enjoy it. Great place, and will hopefully be back.

Having stayed in a number of houses on this street before, I knew it was a great location and in walking distance to town. From the start Kirk was very communicative and available to any questions or needs we had. The setup is a little different as there are two separate houses sharing common deck and outdoor space but only one of the houses has a full kitchen setup and you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another in the front house. Considering it was a "girls" trip it wasn't an issue for us but traveling with other couples it could be. Sitting outside on the deck, listening to the creek run is one of the best things about this property!

We had a great experience at Ross’s place! The apartment was extremely clean and well taken care of. It is within walkable distance to downtown Dahlonega, which made for getting something to eat or stopping for coffee very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

I stayed in one of Carolyn's other properties and loved it. This one, too, did not disappoint. It is very cute, spacious, with all of the amenities I needed. There are extra touches like some snacks, coffee pods and water bottles. I didn't need it, but there was a dog water bowl, blanket, and some dog treats. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of sheets and towels. The location includes a view of the lake and easy access to walk around the lake. There are lots of great places to eat and shop in the area. I just loved it and look forward to staying again in June.

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

I'd like to thank Don and Renie for hosting us at their mountaintop house on top of Catamount Gap. The apartment was clean and wonderful in every way. The details and extras that they put into their apartment are most appreciated and all Airbnb hosts could learn several things from these hosts. My wife has already enjoyed our parting gift several times and is a special touch. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to book and stay at this listing. Beautiful downstairs apartment with private entrance. Felt very private from the main house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large space and spotlessly clean! Lots of thought went into everything you might need. Snacks and drinks in kitchen and bath amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens and pillows top notch. Easy walking distance to beautiful Main Street with great food and shopping.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful location close to downtown Franklin, look no further! Up a quaint, winding road, nestled in the trees is a wonderful two bedroom ground level apartment waiting just for you. Once you arrive you will be warmly greeted by your hosts Dave, Barb & Beans who are always available but never intrusive. Their view is wonderful! The property exactly as described. You Can’t ask for more! And I can’t wait to go back!

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

We really enjoyed our weekend get away. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect!! You could to Main Street and to several nice little restaurants and shops. We would definitely book this little place again for sure.

Stacy was proactive and gave very clear instructions how to get inside. My GPS got confused on the location so it took a few extra minutes to find. The area is so pretty and peaceful! Lots to do in the town, it reminded us of Gatlinburg. The beds are so comfy! Plenty of space for two adults and two kids to sleep comfortably. If you plan to use the trundle bed, bring an extra pillow or two for yourself. Pirate golf down the street was a hit with our kids!! Would love to come back during the summer to go river tubing!

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Amy was really great, and the condo was perfect for our group. Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

We had an amazing stay in their townhome. Everything was clean, the kitchen was stocked, the peaceful view of water/wildlife, the 2 balconies and the private jetted tub were some of the highlights for us. It was 3 levels so make sure you can use stairs quite frequently. We enjoyed it because the kids slept on different levels than the adults. The WiFi works great but we had trouble connecting to streaming services for the kids on the tv. Not a big deal for us but just noting. We arrived at 520pm and the office had closed. We went to the after hours location across the street. They seemed a bit confused about the location and could not provide an address for our sat. Navigation. They stated it was less than a mile down the road. Rather, it is 1.7 miles away from the main office so we took awhile to find the location. That was our only issue we had during the stay. We would stay there again.

When booking an Airbnb you have no idea what you are getting. When I booked this condo I had no idea except for the photos. Once we got close to the date to check in the owner Matt reached out and I felt like it was met to be. The location, the place, the fit. And let me tell you about the bed, outstanding! We had the best time at the condo. Even the locals in the area walking their dogs were so friendly. Asking us if we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely incredible – everything I needed was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With so much to do within walking distance, I never ran out of activities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.
