Arrived to an immaculate, welcoming, homely cottage which was very spacious and had everything to hand. The view is outstanding from the cottage and the surrounding area. So peaceful and tranquil. Loved watching the sunset. Lots of places to visit within a short drive and stunning beaches. The area is dog friendly with restaurants and shops welcoming dogs. David is a very helpful and accommodating host with faultless communication. Would loved to have stayed for longer!

This house is beautiful, the best view with my morning coffee I’ve had in this country. And so much wildlife, we had deer at the front window regularly amoungst lots of other! The host was so helpful and even put a Christmas tree in the house for us over our stay… Which can’t of been easy with how rural you are! Looking forward to coming back to experience it all again in the summer

Looking forward to next visit, a little piece of paradise. Stay in and cater for yourself or go to the local pub. The shop can deliver supplies, but I like to go in as staff are lovely. So much to see and do and the Glenelg ferry is a must over to Skye. Bruce has earned his Superhost status a million times over.

Es war sehr schön bei Margaret Ann. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer auf das Meer war traumhaft und Margaret Ann war eine super Gastgeberin. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir würden wiederkommen.

What an exceptional stay. 10/10 for location, cleanliness, ease of stay, comfort and privacy. The house has all you need for your stay. We didn’t want for anything utensil / pot pan wise, as we had home cooked meals most days. The bed was the best we have stayed in, in an air b&b. Same for the sofa & chair. After a long day of hiking or walking - comfortable places to relax are a must. The bathroom floor had underfloor heating, the house in general is very warm and cosy and everything seemed very “new” user friendly. We stayed here with our two sausage dogs for a week & the outdoor space around the little house was secure. The local beach for late night and early morning strolls was breath taking. Bridget was charming and welcoming, she always had a smile on her face. Bridget was always so helpful and really made us feel at home. We will absolutely be back, as saying we have fallen in love with Cuil Bay is an understatement.

The house was very homely and in a beautiful location. We saw red deer, pine marten and badgers in the garden as well as a great variety of small birds. I swam in the bay most days and had a fabulous stay, would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

What a gorgeous location for a break away from modern life! The bothy has been beautifully finished, with high quality fixtures and fittings. The variety of interesting artwork on the walls was a great touch too. It is seriously off the beaten track, but well worth the journey. And you don't need to venture far, there's a variety of walks with stunning views on the doorstep. We loved our stay and would happily come back to explore some more.

Fantastic relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Although there is not much to do in the village, Eileen and Rob had loads of suggestions for us and we did spend one day tripping around the island. Ord is a lovely place with a great seafront when the tide is out providing a brilliant space to watch seals. The property itself was clean and inviting, very homely and Rob and Eileen were always on hand for anything we needed, although we didn’t need much! 100% would stay again when visiting the Isle of Skye. Recommended for travellers wanting a quiet few days of relaxing with the chance to do some sightseeing from a comfy base.

We had a great few days at Jason’s fab place. The beds were very comfy, it was nice and warm, the amenities are great - especially the dishwasher! Its was a Locke tough to have done shortbreads and a bottle of Sauvignon waiting for us on arrival! The Ferry Inn Isle of Harris Brewing Company was great for food and giifts. The owners were very friendly people who were happy with us turning up quite close to kitchen closing time as long as we pre-ordered - the langoustines were divine! Thank you Jason!

Wonderful location and superb bungalow. And the view!!!! Perfect location for KIntail, Eilann Donan and Skye. And did I mention the view? Super comfy accommodation, truly excellent. And the evening sunsets... and the views at dawn. In case you didn't get it....THE VIEW!

Wonderful place to stay and really well equiped. Lovely to have the wood fire on in the evening. Comfy beds and everything was catered for. Some highlights include Glenelg Village (and the pub); some lovely walks; and if you get the opportunity to take the Glenelg Ferry to Skye don't miss it. There's also a lovely wee cafe at the ferry terminal that does a lovely coffee and home baked pasties (community run). Many thanks for your hospitality Sarah and family.

Had a very nice stay. Home was very comfortable for family of 4. We had everything we needed. Location was close to downtown area and it was an easy homebase to explore Skye. Directions were simple and Baya was easy to communicate with. Would recommend to others.

Great stay with easy instructions to get in. Very tidy house with lots of heating available to keep you warm

Beautiful cosy cottage with stunning views of valley and fair glen. We loved our winter getaway stay in Skye, even though we got a bit unlucky with icy roads and council being on holiday. Ian was very responsive and helpful and the house was immaculate and warm when we arrived. Can’t wait to visit Isle of Skye again
