Very cute rental. Has just what you need for the stay, nothing more nothing less. Location is very walkable and close to downtown for any sort of restaurants, bars or events at MSU. I would highly recommend it for a stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the peaceful lake setting and enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the backyard! We enjoyed ice fishing on the quiet lake. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

This is truly an excellent place to stay. While attending the Mankato State University High School fencing tournament, the location was ideal. It was a simple drive from campus. The house itself was a perfect combination of open floor plan with private, very peaceful bedrooms. The two-bathroom layout is a bonus. The kitchen was well-designed and filled with helpful items. It felt like every detail was considered and addressed. We even had use of the garage which proved especially useful since we have a Tesla and were able to plug in and had enough charge to make our trip back to the Twin Cities without needing to stop to charge. Another touch I appreciated was the added hand soap, shampoo and body wash, which were high-grade. I felt pampered and cared for. Jenna was very responsive and helped us with an early check-in (since the cleaning was complete) and helped us resolve an issue with the Wi fi promptly. I'd highly recommend this Black Sheep location!

We had a wonderful weekend in New Ulm visiting family. The house was beautiful and child friendly (booster chair, high chair, portacrib, puzzles & games) and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was great to cook and bake in. We enjoyed relaxing and playing in both the sunroom and living room. Can't wait to come back!

Jaci's place was perfect for our last minute trip to Mankato. We especially liked the big TVs in the living room and bedroom. The couch was so comfy, and there were lots of cozy blankets for our night watching movies. Jaci was very responsive and flexible. Because it was a last minute booking, we received a discounted rate and it was soooooo worth the money. This experience was a 10/10 for sure! We hope to be back again!

This is one of the nicer places I’ve stayed through Airbnb. The conversion to living space is done very well and is all new and well appointed. It’s a bit out of town to be aware of. Hosts were very friendly and the grounds are nice.
