We enjoyed our stay. The wife and I had a great stay . The house was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. Kitchen was well stocked. The water view was very nice and people coming up and down canal were friendly. Great location between Biloxi beaches and New Orleans.

Great place to relax and entertain. We sat through an awesome thunderstorm on the patio, relaxed on the superior furniture in the living room, cooked great meals in the kitchen, had fun competitions on the ping pong table and Pac-Man arcade game and slept well in the comfortable beds. It was a great stay.

This house was absolutely beautiful and right in the lake which was amazing! Huge living space which and great fishing dock. The house is on stilts so it shakes a little which took a bit of getting use to but 10/10 would go again.

Everything was perfect. The home was top notch and very modern. It was a beautiful weekend stay!

Great place to relax, family of 5, we used it as neutral ground between activity in New Orleans and Picayune, MS. Would love to have stayed longer just to hang out. We appreciated the fresh water and ice!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! We loved the river and spent an entire day kayaking and hanging out at a nice little secluded sandbar. It was a fairly short drive to New Orleans and shopping. Would definitely return!!

I live in a different state now, but I'm originally from the New Orleans Westbank area, so "On Bayou Time" was a great place to stay while visiting "home." The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the drive through Lafitte and Barataria has the most beautiful scenery, if you love the view of the raw Southern Louisiana landscape, such as hundred year old Oak trees covered in Spanish Moss and wooded areas covered in palmettos. The house was like home away from home, with a kitchen that had all the utensils you needed to make an at-home meal. The bathrooms had fluffy towels and plenty extras (q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The beds were real beds (king, queen, full and twin, not just a ton of bunkbeds), and they were pretty comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer. FYI...If you love seafood, be sure to visit Salvo's in Belle Chasse. They have a different all-you-can-eat seafood every night of the week!

My family and our lovedddddd Caroline’s place! The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house was super clean and welcoming. The outside area was a 10 and my family and I definitely enjoyed being able to fish, hang outside and cook while watching tv or playing games. I rate this home a 10 and will definitely be booking again!

Anna was very responsive and eager to help and answer any of our questions. The property was beautiful and a secluded. Plenty of privacy. I would recommend Anna and her properties to anyone looking for a hassle free experience and top notch accommodations. We will always look for her properties first whenever we’re in town. Very nice home and am planning on booking again. Very clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Easy access to everything in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Well worth staying here!

ReelLucky is a beautiful home featuring incredible water views. Large patio with comfortable seating looking out at the water. Host offers cages for crab catching and everything you would need once you catch them. We loved the time we spent there. Just remember to stop at a grocery store while you are still in the heart of New Orleans. 15 to 20 min drive to nearest store from the house. We loved returning to ReelLucky’s tranquil setting after spending time in the chaos of the French Quarter.

This large, lovely home with all it’s amenities, was just as described and photos were accurate. They even decorated it for Mardi Gras and welcomed us with a delicious King Cake and treats. Hosts went above and beyond with responsiveness and meeting any need. He even went and bought us a new blender within minutes of telling him it wasn’t working. It was more than enough private spaces for our group of 7 adults as well as large living room to gather. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable in every bedroom, including daybed and trundle beds. Large master bath had 2 showers and a jacuzzi tub. Lots of nice towels. Plenty of space in the kitchen and places to sit and eat or visit. Quiet area in a cul-de-sac with lots of space outside including a great views out the front from the large kitchen and views of the open backyard and the bayou right out back. Lots of parking for cars in the private driveway. We had three and could have fit even more. We would certainly stay there again!

Nick was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The home was cozy and clean. The property and bayou scenery was peaceful.

Absolutely incredible stay at The Rose Mound on the Blood River! Steven was an outstanding host—super accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for me and my crew of six. The peaceful nature setting was exactly what we needed. We spent time relaxing by the river, exploring the Indian mounds, and just soaking in the vibe of the place. The log cabin living room had that cozy, rustic charm, and the outdoor deck was the perfect spot for hanging out and enjoying the view. We had an absolute blast and are already talking about our next trip back. Can’t recommend The Rose Mound enough!

We came into town looking to buy a boathouse and this one would have been perfect for us. Happy to have them be my new neighbors! There are limited spaces for rentals in the marina area and this one is awesome. The views are so beautiful from both sides. It is very expensive for the time of year (nothing really going on between Superbowl and Mardi Gras and too cold for boating) but it isn't worse than getting 2 rooms somewhere!! And you get these amazing sunsets.

BR Cabin was perfect. Love love her place, quiet, peaceful, nature with a lake in the back of property. Well stock with extra treats for us. Highly recommend and will definitely be back when in the area.

We were so lucky to get to stay at this beautiful house at the last minute on our way home to Texas. The house was clean, Bob gave us great local recommendations, beds comfy, books and games to look at and play, fishing charter recommendations, and just the peaceful night of rest we needed. Looking for a quiet place a little off the beaten path- look no further!

This place was absolutely amazing to be able to come and relax and get away from the big city. We enjoyed the views of the Bayou along with being able to sit outside at night and being able to enjoy the sound of nature. I would recommend this place to anyone.
