We had a great stay! The place is clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We were worried about street parking, but had no problems. We were always right in front of the apartment or, at most, two doors down. They are right that the apartment is on a busy street, but the bedroom is in the back, so with white noise it was just fine. We slept really well. I have really bad allergies, but had no problems at all because the house is clean and well-maintained. It's just a few blocks from Whole Foods and Octavia books, so it's a good location. We will stay there again if it's available when we come back!

Have stayed in a variety of New Orleans Airbnb properties over the years and unlike most of the places we stayed before - in this place everything works and is modern - doors close, the floors don't tilt this way and that, there are no cracks in the floors to let drafts in, the bath is state of the art, there is always a parking spot right out front and the street is not the typical patchwork of potholes. Audubon Park - a primo place for walk or a jog is 2 blocks away as are great restaurants that you can reward yourself at after you do your exercises.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's place. A nice place, not fussy, but had everything we needed. The area is wonderful. Very walkable. Near both the bus stop and streetcar. Lots of good restaurants. We felt safe walking in the area at night. I would highly recommend staying at Brian's place for your trip to NOLA.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the beautiful space! It was very comfortable and spacious for my family vacation. It was conveniently located to everything fun to do in New Orleans, we were able to walk to every destination! It provided a peaceful, secluded evening for rest each night as well. Looking forward to staying here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this loft for three nights and had a great experience. The space was spacious, clean, and just as described. The bed was super comfy, and Brad was very communicative—he even let us drop off our luggage early while he got the place ready, which we really appreciated. The loft was easy to access and in a great location. The only small downside was some noise from the streetcars outside, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t keep us from falling asleep. Would definitely recommend!

Book this place! It has plenty of food and shopping right outside your front door and only 1 mile from all the attractions! The place is just like the pictures and in a perfect location!! The security of this place is amazing, your car will be parked in a gated area and no one can access the building without key fobs!! You can sleep peacefully here! Will make this my place every time im in new orleans!!!!!

We had a short stay in New Orleans and Blair’s place was perfect. The trolley line was right outside and was very handy as we navigated traffic and crowds on a festival weekend. The house itself was very clean, had everything we needed, and was quite spacious for 4 adults. Blair was very responsive and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The check-in instructions were straightforward and allowed for easy access. The stay was great and everything turned out how it was supposed to be. Would recommend to someone looking for a nice, clean and safe place to stay.

My brother and I came down for a long weekend to watch our Philadelphia Eagles absolutely demolish the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 59. Nicole’s place was a perfect base camp and peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of NOLA. She also provided a generous gift basket and a famous NOLA “King Cake” which was the perfect compliment to our morning coffee. We had a great trip and would certainly come back again to stay at Nicole’s place. GOOOOOOOOOO BIIIIIIIIIRDS!!!!!

We had a wonderful visit!1 The house was beautiful and well-kept. The Neighborhood was very quiet and had beautiful scenery. We loved visiting the restaurants nearby and always found great food at each stop. Putting this place on my list to visit again!!

This was such a wonderful home and place to stay! We had both of our mothers travel in with us for the Christmas holiday and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location is perfect - so close to the beach, shopping and the casinos. The house was so clean and had everything we needed and a great backyard for our dogs. Would definitely recommend and would look to stay here again the next time we’re in Biloxi.

We spent a sisters getaway here and it was perfect! Walking in the door you get an instant welcoming and comfortable feeling. There is plenty of space (there were 4 of us) and we never felt like we were on top of each other, it was very breathable. Our favorite place was the couch with the big window view. We played games, had coffee and just felt relaxed and at home! We were right next to everything and could walk across the street to the beach without issue, great location! We would love to stay here again!

Second time staying it was another great experience! Will be staying here again in the future!

Nice place with a great location. A few minor things that could improve but we’d stay again and probably will. The kitchen could benefit from a teapot of some sort. Cooking utensils were sparse. The bedrooms could use some side lamps. Overall, very nice place.

Great location! I think the reviews underestimate how walk-able the location is to restaurants, Bourbon Street, French Quarters. There are plenty of cute, little coffee shops and markets nearby, too.
