Cannot recommend this place higher. Georgie was lovely and easy to communicate with. The property and surroundings was wonderful and the pubs/amenities nearby were fab. We were three girls catching up for a weekend but this property would be perfect if you had children also, there were stair gates, toys, highchair etc. highly highly recommend. Thank you Georgie x

A lovely little place in an easily accessible but quiet location. First thing to note is that this is all one space. The only door is to the bathroom, everything else is open plan. The kitchen is well appointed. No dishwasher, so factor in 5 minutes to wash up. A little milk and some breakfast items kindly provided. The bed is good, plenty wide enough and with ample bedding. The mattress is a little thin, but still very comfortable and not overly soft. The shower is an electric affair that gives enough power, but won't be comparable to a full power shower. It can be made very warm. Outdoor space is nice. The garden is quiet and there are security lights to help if you're there in the dark. The woods next door are a great place for walking the dog. There is plenty of room for parking, but the short driveway is steep and the visibility out onto the road isn't great, so recommend either backing in and driving out, or driving in and doing a multi-point turn.

Ed and Tracey were great hosts and the property was lovely. Super comfortable with everything you would need for a night’s stay. We were at an event at the golf club down the road so the location was perfect and Ed even gave us a lift to get the car back from the club in the morning!

My second stay here - can’t say fairer than already said that Louise is a great host and the place is perfect for exploring the local area!

The dairy is a very well equipped and cozy cottage set in beautiful grounds. It’s a perfect location if you are in and around the Surrey Hills with good walks nearby a nice pubs in the local village. Beth is a very responsive and accommodating host.

Matt and Vincent were fantastic hosts, they are everything that is brilliant about air b and b. Their place was cosy and perfect for what we needed. We will come back again. It's a real Jem in East Oxford - close to bars pubs and shops but also a quick uber in to the centre. The Studio is well stocked with nice coffee, fresh milk and everything we needed. Fabulous weekend 😎

We loved our stay, it was a beautiful place, and a cozy accommodation. Amanda was very welcoming and made us feel very at home, she also allowed us to walk around the grounds of her beautiful home which our 3yr old daughter took full advantage of! Thank you !

This place is ideal if you want a really easy walk (literally a few minutes) to all the restaurants and shops in Crouch End. It's a great neighbourhood, clean and the Victorian houses are so attractive. It's also really quiet too as hidden off the street with parking available if needed. Thoroughly recommended and so much better to have a lovely lounge and kitchen area, than taking a hotel room. It makes for a a really relaxing stay. The shower is lovely and the fittings etc all good quality.

Our second visit to Lawrence’s garden studio and it was excellent as before. We received friendly welcome back to this very comfortable space and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in this attractive location. Lovely to have a few provisions to make a light breakfast/hot drinks. Nothing is overlooked by these thoughtful hosts, and very comfy bed too.

Put simply Nigel's place is just amazing... everything was as described/looked in the pics and beyond. Comms with Nigel were brilliant...there was no stone on turned to say the least. The treats that Nigel left us were first class and a really nice thoughtful touch... would really love to know where the grapes were from?... actually delicious... we will be back for sure... Thanks Nigel :}

From the initial communication to the arrival with fizz to the adorable bakery drop by her youngest son. Everything felt so lovely. We really didn’t feel like we were intruding. Having felt uncomfortable with previous hosts as an LGBTQ+ couple with a child we felt safe and cared for. Alethea was very kind and approachable and the space was perfect. Like a little fairy cave with everything there and more! We even had our dog with us, who had a great time. Very courteous hosts and our only regret was not making time to sign the guest book! We will definitely be using this as a hub for our visits to the area again.

We loved staying here! We stopped here overnight to break up a long journey and Vanessa’s place was so clean, well organised and beautifully decorated. The annex was exactly as advertised and communication/check-in was so easy. We hope to visit again!

Stayed at Sue’s guest house for a friends wedding do. Sue was very friendly when we met her and had a quick chat. The accommodation was just as described and very cozy and comfortable .

What an amazing find. We’ve stayed at multiple hotels but this was our first Air BnB stay and think we’ve been thoroughly spoilt. Amy and her partner were both very helpful prior to arrival, leaving lights on for us as we were checking in at dusk and giving us suggestions of places to eat. The accommodation is exactly as the pictures show and every last thing has been thought of which really added value and ease to our stay. Such a peaceful location yet easy to get to the event we were going to in Reading. Thank you for such a lovely weekend break.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Great communication, Andrew responded immediately and was very friendly and accommodating. Directions were very clear and we found The Duck House easily in day light. Andrew met us on arrival offering assistant at anytime throughout our stay. Walking into the accommodation we knew we had chosen well, what a great little find. Everything was very clean and organised and finished to a very high standard and with all that we needed and more. The welcome pack was a very nice touch and meant I didn't need to pack anything from home (apart from conditioner) There is a main chain Superstore 8 minute drive away which houses a coffee shop and pharmacy and it was a 25minute drive to Redbridge Park and Ride to visit wonderful Oxford. We would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much Andrew & Hilary.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Extremely flexible self check in option. Beautiful property and once inside the chalet we instantly felt right at home. The place was clean and beautifully setup with a delicious breakfast provided. If we’re ever back in the UK we will definitely stay here. Thank you!

Brenda and Manuel are great hosts, very hospitable and the communication with them was a bliss! The cabin was also clean, nice and private and I enjoyed my time in it very much. Thank you for hosting me.

We had a lovely weekend break at Karen’s cottage which was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Karen was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated the flexible check in/out and the home made bread, jam and biscuits. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Karen

Geraldine’s place was perfect. Lovely and cozy bed was super comfy and the village had everything you need. I was actually gutted that I arrived after eating as there seems to be a lot of choice for food with the three pubs in the village. Geraldine is very friendly and unapproachable, not that I needed it but I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble. I would happily book to stay here again. I would recommend it.

Had a fantastic stay at Chloe’s apartment. It was exactly like the photos, and had nice welcoming touches with tea / coffee and some biscuits. Great value for money, and the area was really peaceful. The fact the driveway is gated, it felt really safe and I didn’t have to worry about my car. The bed is comfortable, yet firm, so if you have any back issues I found it was a really good night’s sleep and no back pain. The shower is really big too, with a choice of rainfall or normal shower head. In all honesty, it was a little further out of London than I thought, that’s my fault though and no reflection on the listing at all. Just be aware if you are booking with the intention of going into London, I think it was approx an hour to get to Tottenham Court Road from Gerrard’s Cross, and if there are any engineering works (like this weekend), you’re looking around 90 mins to get into London with various tube or trains.

Definitely recommend staying here! Mark and Katie were very helpful. Lots of lovely restaurants/ pubs nearby. The place was immaculate and very cosy! Perfect for couples, I would highly recommend, will be coming back. :)
