Fantastic old village charm. The location is really perfect, right behind the main old town square with a coup restaurants/taverns and bar. Vrsar is a quiet seaside village and is a much slower place compared to busy Rovinj. Easy walking down the paths to the various village beaches and harbor side areas. The sunset views are just a block away. During the season, Vrsar tourist board hosts fun and engaging entertainment activities, be sure to check out their website. We found the village to be very safe and a great launching point for exploring Istria and all its rustic charm. The house itself is very authentic feeling and a good mix of modern and rustic. We appreciated the screen on windows, fans, AC, cozy living space. Don’t use the top patio very often, but loved sitting out on the street interacting with folks exploring the village. We felt right at home and our hosts were awesome!

It was a nice stay. The accomodation is great, good location and well equipped. There are umbrella and sunbeds what you take to the beach . There is also bike to ride if you want to go to the shop. The host is very friendly and supportive. The parking is rather difficult, but the host helped with the luggage and we parked at a different parking place. The house is so close to the sea that you can hear it in the room. The city is more expensive than the others at the Riviera. The beach is one of the cleanest I have ever seen.

This place is very clean neat and tidy. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to the old town maybe 15 minutes. We were 4 people so all had our own rooms and the 2 bathrooms were fantastic. Loved everything about this place, definitely recommend

Un posticino incantevole proprio al centro dell’istria, comodissimo per esplorare tutta la regione. Ivan e Tatiana cordialissimi e pronti a dare ottimi consigli di scoperta. La casa intima, raccolta, in pietra e con tutto l’occorrente per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di scoperte. Ottima esperienza!

All was really, really perfect: big house in silent street in pedestrian area. Various beaches to choose from. Kastania beach at Sky bar was our favorite. Marija's meticulous descriprion of check-in and parking place is very helpful. It all contributes to a wonderful holiday week in Novigrad!

La casa è ben servita e completa di tutto l'occorrente per 8 ospiti. Spazi interni ed esterni puliti, ben tenuti e adeguati. Vicina ai servizi principali e a Rovinjo, raggiungibile in 10-15 minuti in auto. Proprietari gentili e discreti.

Bra ställe i Istrien. I bergen en bit från civilisation men mataffär och dylikt finns på typ 20 min bilfärds avstånd, Bra vandringsleder. Vi gick ungefär en mil med våra barn (8 och 10 år). Vattenfallet ser man inte mycket av i juli då det är för torrt men vi såg många djur och hade roligt med ett vatten som fanns (ej bad). Boendet var toppen! Poolen ett stort plus. Många roliga dagsutflykter. Rekommenderar Hum.

Es war einfach von Anfang bis Ende toll. Mit manchen Menschen versteht man sich auch, ohne die gleiche Sprache zu sprechen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, zentral und doch ruhig. Es gab alles, was man zum wohlfühlen braucht. Wir können zum Abschluss nur sagen: Lepo Ospumene!

Everything was perfect! We had a really good time. The house was really beautifull aswell as the surroundings. Lots of things to do in the area. Thanks Ivona! We would definitely visit again! (They were building next door so sometimes there was some noise from that during the day, but for us it was not really a problem.)

Appartement très propre, vaste, avec 2 cours de chaque côté de l'ensoleillement, il est climatisé (heureusement pour nous car la chaleur en aout est difficile). Il est décoré et aménagé avec goût, la décoration et les éléments sont très raffinés et agréables à l'œil! La blancheur (murs et sols) de l'appartement apporte paix et sérénité, et rappelle la Grèce. De nombreuses commodités sont déjà dans l'appartement (équipement torchon, linge de lit, de toilette, pq, .....) Raffaella est très aimable, et soucieuse de notre bien être, super séjour

Accolti direttamente dall’host con disponibilità e cortesia. Alloggio pulito e con tutti i comfort, si trova in una zona molto comoda per accedere a tutti i servizi della città.

Wir waren für eine knappe Woche in dem Airbnb! Es hat uns sehr gefallen, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat auch immer gleich geantwortet :D wir würden hier wieder hinfahren!

Apartment is tidy and lovely. You will find everything you need in there, due to Olga‘s attention for detail. The location is in the heart of Izola. Also, you will receive a parking permission, which allows you to park on the public parking lots in Izola.

Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten eines alten Ortskerns mit verwinkelten Gassen und malerischen Aussichtspunkten in die Umgebung mit dem Meer und Inseln. Vor dem Haus kann man direkt auf der Straße sitzen und das alte Dorfgefühl versuchen nachzuvollziehen. Alles, was man braucht gibt es fußläufig (Strand,Einkauf, Spielpl, Park, Kneipe/ Bar, Hafen) Das Haus war super ausgestattet, allenfalls eine echte Couch/ Sitzgelegenheiten zum Ausruhen am Abend hätten wir uns gewünscht. WLAN passte. Im Haus selbst ist eine steile unregelmäßige Treppe zu den Schlafräumen, der Parkplatz ist, je nach Saison, 100- 300 m entfernt und die Sträßchen sind - historisch gewachsen - steil und uneben, deshalb fände ich das Haus für kleinere Kinder o. Gehbehinderte eher ungeeignet. Wir haben die herbstl. Ruhe in Vrsar genossen und fanden gerade den historischen Charme toll, der sich mit dem modernen Stil der Einrichtung gut verbunden hat. Für uns war es perfekt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Herzen von Izola. Wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der Parkplatz ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und befindet auf einem überwachten öffentlichen Parkplatz. Gerne wieder.

Marinko ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen freundlich begrüßt und die Gegend zeigt und Empfehlungen gibt. Wir mussten unerwartet unsere Pläne ändern, dennoch hat Marinko sehr menschlich und zuvorkommend reagiert. Eine super Unterkunft, schlicht und sauber und aufgrund der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit zwei Balkone. Alles sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Kommunikation ging schnell und unkompliziert, passende Beschreibung der umgebung mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, usw. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison typique du centre d’Izola. Tout était conforme à la description.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Teenagern (14 und 16 J.) für 1 Woche in Ninas Reihenhaus. Es war wunderschön, ruhig gelegen, alles super sauber und ein herrlicher Pool und eine tolle Sitzecke mit Grill und kleiner Außenküche. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich haben Klimaanlage, was bei 34 Grad auch gut so war :-). Nina war sehr zuvorkommend und wir wurden am 2. Tag mit einem „Willkommenskorb“ begrüßt. Dankeschön! Auch für die gute Erreichbarkeit, die Tipps für Einkaufen und Restaurants! Wir genossen vor allem den Pool und die gute Lage (15 Minuten nach Labin und 30 Minuten nach Rabac zum Meer)! Vielen Dank, wir können das Haus von Nina nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder :-)

Wunderschöne Aussicht, ruhige Gegend. Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gibt 2 private Strände die man in ca 30min-40min zu Fuß erreichen kann ( nur mit Rucksack, keine Buggy’s, Wägen etc. - der Weg ist für sehr kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen schwer zu bewältigen) . Ansonsten gibt es viele Strände die man mit Auto in 10-20 Minuten gut erreichen kann. Strand Copacabana in Plomin Luka fanden wir am besten ( nur 10min mit Auto, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, nicht zu überlaufen). Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt viel Spaß gemacht und ist einen Besuch wert

This house was indeed big with a lot of free space. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms is quite the comfort too. The only disadvantage is small kitchen but if one person at the time is cooking its enough. Also very good internet which from my expierence isn't very common in area. I would definitly recommend this place to anyone.
