Sluis : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Wir waren in der Woche vor Ostern in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkter Zugang zum Strand, alles andere zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, leider konnten wir die schöne, ruhig gelegene Terrasse und den Garten noch nicht nutzen, es war noch zu kalt. Alles Organisatorische hat komplikationslos funktioniert. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Sehr ruhige Lage in dem sonst so quirligen Cadzand, alle Geschäfte dennoch fussläufig erreichbar. Umzäunter Innenhof perfekt für den Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dazu hat auch die tolle Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin beigetragen.

Het huisje staat ver van alles en iedereen. De enige buren die je hebt zijn koeien die je vriendelijk komen begroeten. De eerste buur woont een kilometer verder. Winkels op 5 minuten rijden. Wij hadden een aantal jonge kinderen mee. Die konden zich buiten uitleven op de trampoline of in de enorme tuin.

Chouette logement, parfaitement situé, très bien équipé et très propre. Le jardin est un plus. Informations générales et instructions d'arrivée très claires. Je recommande.

Reeds voor derde maal huurde ik dit huis. Toplocatie voor mensen die van wandelen houden. Goed ingericht huis en Jeannine is altijd zeer bereikbaar. Een aanrader!!!

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Das Wohnzimmer mit den großen Fenstern war total gemütlich. Viel Grün ums Haus und wunderbar ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Johanna war unkompliziert und äußerst sympathisch. Danke!

Fijne, rustige omgeving - het huisje heeft nog veel meer dan beschreven staat: spelletjes voor de kindjes, strandspeelgoed, comfortabele tuinmeubels etc.. heerlijk op wandelafstand van twee toffe strandpaviljoens. Proper huisje met zonovergoten tuin, aanrader!

Magnifique gîte décoré avec goût. Emplacement à 10 min à pied de la plage et le paradis pour les promenades ! Tout à disposition dans la cuisine et douche. On a juste été surpris de ne pas avoir de serviettes de bain, mais c’était noté dans tous les cas. Petit bémol, la caution pour l’électricité et le gaz. C’est la première fois que nous avons un supplément pour cela (toujours compris lors de nos précédents voyages en gîte) Mais cela n’a pas bcp d’incidence ! Juste petit tracas supplémentaire. Je dois ajouter que nos hôtes nous ont gentiment débloqué le chargeur de voiture, ce qui était bien pratique !

Appartement lumineux et parfaitement entretenu . La cuisine est très bien équipée et c’est un plaisir d’y préparer des plats . Vu le standing proposé le canapé gagnerait à être changé 😉 il a un peu vécu 😉 j’y rajouterai quelques jeux de société ( échec ou autre pour enfant) le mobilier est choisi avec goût . L’orientation de l’immeuble ne permet pas de profiter du soleil en terrasse mais on ne peut pas tout avoir , la vue de la mer est superbe et apaisante depuis la salle à manger . Tout est à proximité notamment un très bon traiteur - près du spaar- ( ne ratez pas son tiramisu au limoncelo !) je tiens également à remercier la personne qui se charge de l’accueil , très aimable et professionnel.

Location- What is better than watching the ocean, ships and sunset straight from your own balcony or living room? We loved the fact that we could be at the beach in less than 5 minutes or run back upstairs if we forgot something. Also the food options downstairs and at the beach were great. Apartment - very tastefully decorated and clean. We felt very comfortable and it felt like a true vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer & dryer, two showers, bathtub, and a guest toilet. Kids - we had our 9 year old kids with us which worked out perfectly. They slept with us in the larger bedroom. Balcony and roof top are very safe for older kids. Kids will enjoy the proximity to the beach and access to the pool. Walking disability- perfect for someone with walking impairment. Elevator access made it easy to go up and down. Apartment only had one single carpet which we put to the side. Outside, the walkways are all smooth and beach restaurants offer beach wheelchairs for use.

Superschöne große Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, Checkin sehr freundlich. Die Pool/Sauna-Nutzung des Hotels war problemlos möglich und ein echtes Highlight. Einziges Manko für uns war, dass es nur eine große gemeinsame Bettdecke für das Doppelbett gab. Wir hätten uns 2 getrennte Bettdecken gewünscht, aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Prachtig groot huis met uitzicht op de eendenvijver, mooie privétuin. Het zit op een groot park maar dat is heel rustig en netjes. Je hebt niet het idee dat je op een groot park zit. Strand en supermarkt zijn dichtbij.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house in Nieuwvliet Bad! If you like sea and beach, this is the place to be, it's walking distance to dunes, beach, restaurants, and bike and walking paths. The house has everything one needs, a full kitchen, comfortable and spacious bathroom, all very clean. There is a washer and dryer, and it's very nice to spend evenings in the cozy living room at the back of the house, which looks out on the dunes, and on a windy day, you will hear the sound of the waves on the beach. There are 3 nice bedrooms which sleeps 6 guests comfortably. We loved our stay at this wonderful place and we would highly recommend it.

Wir wohnten als dreiköpfige Familie in Isabelles Ferienwohnung und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig, so dass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Treppen zwischen den Etagen sind relativ steil - kein Manko, sollte man aber wissen. Auf dem tollen Balkon haben wir sonnige Stunden verbracht.

Das Haus ist schön und ruhig gelegen, mit einem großen privaten Garten, der Strand ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und architektonisch besonders - der Glasanbau verleiht ihm ein besonderes Flair. Frédérique ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, antwortet schnell und nett auf Nachfragen. Wir haben uns vier Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus ohne Vorbehalte empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche über Sylvester in dem Häuschen. Es ist gemütlich, sehr viel Licht kommt durch die großen Fenster, Alles ist praktisch verstaut an seinem Platz , wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit 4 Erwachsenen. Die Nähe zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Feriencenter sind ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We chose Eva's cottage because it seemed to have a unique historic character, and we were not disappointed! It is situated in a wonderful tranquil landscape which we only shared with two ponies, pheasants, partridges and hares. All amenities (supermarkets, beaches, indoor playgrounds for rainy days with kids) are max. 15min away. The perfect place to wind down and treat yourself to some well-earned time off without TV and WIFI . The living area with fire place is extremely comfortable, and the bicycles that come with the house are a great bonus! We recommend cycling to the Zwin river estuary via Retranchement, a 30min trip through wonderful Zeeuwse Flanderen landscape. In one regard guests should be prepared though, if they're asked to bring bed linen: the double bed upstairs comes with a single king-size duvet (!), the two beds downstairs have two single duvets. That aside, we had a fantastic time in this little gem!

Wir kommen immer wieder für kurze Herbst- und Frühlingsurlaube in diese gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger und strandnaher Lage in Cadzand Bad. JJ ist ein netter und gut erreichbarer Gastgeber, der uns immer sofort helfen konnte, wenn wir ein Problem hatten. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in der Wohnung von Manon und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Manon ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ich kann uneingeschränkt diese Wohnung empfehlen.
