lovely 4 bed house, plenty of parking space on the drive. Close to shops. So convenient for getting around. A few minutes to the motorway. 10 minutes to get to center of Wolverhampton. Would be great for a much longer stay.

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Stayed as a family of 4, with dog, and really happy with everything. Good location, felt nice and private, and right next to the bus stop for getting into city centre. Also lovely park just around the corner to walk the dog, which was a bonus! Nice to have been left some essentials for our stay (milk, croissants etc.) which made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Really easy check-in & out - a great base for everything we needed to do, and would definitely come back here again - a lovely place.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.

Great location for us to visit our daughter in Kings Heath. Everything needed had been thought of. A nice touch to supply cereals, croissants, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Clean, cosy in a pleasant neighbourhood. Lee is a friendly and attentive host. We hope to come back.

Absolutely beautiful place and stunning grounds - I’d say it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was the perfect place for the 10 family members to gather for a birthday. Maggie was so helpful and allowed us to check in a little earlier! We drove 5/10 mins down the road to some local walks to see the stunning countryside. We highly recommend driving down the road to The Bakery at Hampton Manor as it has absolutely incredible pastries for breakfast! Also highly recommend the Barn @ Berryfields which is also just down the road and has probably the best Sunday roasts we’ve ever had! Overall beautiful home on stunning grounds!

This a brilliant air BnB for families, we loved the homely feel, it was warm, plenty of space for everyone and great facilities. I loved cooking in the kitchen with everyone sat around the island. The pool was warm as described and kids loved it. Thank you for a wonderful break over New Year

We had an absolutely fantastic two-night stay at this incredible property! From the moment we arrived, it exceeded all expectations. The listing was accurate, but in person, everything was even better than described. The cottage itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were highlights of our stay—luxurious, private, and perfect for relaxing. The games room and tennis court added so much fun, especially for some friendly competition! The surrounding views were breathtaking, with fields and scenic walks right at our doorstep. It truly felt like an escape into nature while still being close to all the comforts and luxuries one could want. The hosts were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always available for any questions or needs. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the stay even more special. This is easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return :)

We had a lovely relaxing few days at the Owlet. We had all we needed. The hot tub was great, the supply of logs were appreciated and the heated mattress was so cosy. The location was perfect so peaceful and only the sound of birds. The lake was lovely to walk around and had some good size fish. My husband’s only regret is he didn’t get to fish. We have already recommended The Owlet and would return. Thank you Sarah and family.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

We had an amazing stay at Louise's place. it was so peaceful in lovely surroundings. We just wanted to relax for a few days without doing a great deal and it was an ideal place to do exactly that. The guide to the local area and amenities was especially helpful. slightly disappointed with the... weather! but only to be expected in the UK! still managed a dip in the pool which was superb!, tried a game of tennis and enjoyed the hottub. it really was a lovely stay, waking up to the ponies and wildlife was amazing too! would highly recommend Louise as a host

Lovely stay at The Owl House! In beautiful private surroundings, very peaceful and quiet; however it is very isolated, so you need to come fully stocked and need a car for getting everywhere. It was extremely clean, and the beds were insanely comfortable (best we have ever slept)! The hot tub was so lovely, and just what you need to relax especially in the evening while star gazing. The hosts were very useful and kind; we couldn’t fault them. The only thing we would note is, it’s perfect for 2 people, would say for anymore it’s a bit snug.

Lovely clean accomadation with everything we needed for a short 2 night stay Gordon was extreamly welcoming and very pleasent and gave us great instructions on how to easily walk to the NEC which was great to avoid the massive pick up ques after Michael Ball and Alfie Boe. It was very easy to find and check in, Communication was great on route and when I emailed to say we would arrive an hour early, It was no problem and he was very quick to answer If there was one small thing we didn't realise that we would have planes going overhead but it all added to our adventure and we quickly got used to them All in all a great first Air B&B experience, Thank You

House was just as pictured and Dan was an extremely helpful host. Check in was easy and the house came with all the items you would need for a great stay. Very close to Birmingham international station so very handy

This was a repeat stay for our sales team attending NEC for a trade fair. We stayed same time in 2024. The fact we returned to Northfield Cottage is all you need to know! It's a really good location, a lovely 'getaway' from the busy NEC environment. Easy to get there, amazing communication from Rebecca and Dan. Spotlessly clean and situated within walking distance of eating out (1 mile) I'll be booking again for 2026!

We booked The Coach House for a 40th birthday surprise - it was superb! The perfect ‘home from home.’ The host Robert was a great communicator from the start of the booking process to the end, and even left a couple of welcome gifts on arrival for us. The house itself and the outside area with its hot tub and bar area was perfect for our group of 9 to enjoy a few drinks and some music on the evening. The next day, we took a stroll into the lovely town and visited a couple of the nearby pubs and shops. Overall our stay here was exactly what we wanted- relaxed, fun, private and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a couple of quiet nights away in the countryside, friends, families or for special celebrations. My first stay in an Airbnb, Nick and Terri are great hosts and their place has set the bar at a very high standard to beaten by any future Airbnb's I stay in going forward. The house is beautiful and clean with everything you need to just settle right in, the hosts are very friendly and helpful.
