Hayley & Family were lovely hosts. Very kind and welcoming. Great communication throughout, flexible with check in, and a really nice clean, relaxing space. The annex had everything you needed and more. A great pub in walking distance, along with a brilliant Indian restaurant. There is also a tea room and shop at the end of the road. We had a great stay, and will be booking again in the future when back in the area. A highly recommended Air bnb option.

We booked Hunters Lodge as a gift for my parents and they had the best time! The lodge was exactly as described and they said it felt like a night of luxury. Kate was great at communicating and a brilliant host. Lovely local pubs and walks nearby. We hope to stay ourselves one day!

Had a lovely stay, great communication we had an issue with the boiler first thing in the morning due to a gas canister running out and this was swapped within 10 minutes. The view looked lovely although we didn't get to enjoy it much due to the cold weather, however, it meant we stayed inside the warm cosy accommodation. For everything we did the location was perfect and it was good to be able to park the car as well so close with luggage. The music and welcome note as you arrive are a lovely touch. I would highly recommend!

Our stay in Birmingham was made truly wonderful by Samantha's exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly communicative and responsive, readily available despite the four-hour time difference, which we greatly appreciated. We were initially a little concerned about potential street noise after reading a previous review, but our group of three found the house to be perfectly peaceful and quiet, allowing for restful nights. The backyard was an absolute delight, offering a serene and beautiful space to relax in the mornings and evenings. We are so grateful for Samantha's attentiveness and for the lovely experience. If we return to Birmingham, we would be absolutely thrilled to stay here again. Thank you, Samantha!

A lovely, spacious place that was perfect for myself and 2 kids. The lovely projector screen was a hit and we enjoyed watching a movie on our own big screen. Aldi was about 3 minutes drive away & it was 7 minutes to the snowdome. There was a lovely little garden at the back, parking, and it was a quiet location. Can highly recommend!

Was really well maintained and clean home, would stop again

We loved our stay at the squirrels nest. It was lovely and tranquil, just what we wanted after getting married a few days before. The hot tub, egg chairs and garden games were great and the inside of the lodge was so cosy. There was also lots to do around the area with a great train station only a short walk away. Thank you for making out minimoon cosy and perfect.

Will always use Stephen for stays. I’ve stayed in multiple of his properties now and this one was breathtaking. Will be staying here anytime I visit Birmingham
