Smith County : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We were in the middle of moving into town and waiting to close on our new home. The stay here was priced right and met our needs. Thank you for making this a smooth transition by providing a home away from home.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, and spacious too. Very close to where we were working. Both Tandrea and Reg are quick to respond if you need anything, and they were very flexible/understanding with a little later check out time. Great place to stay!!

We needed a few hot pads/oven mitts. Other than that we enjoyed our stay during the Thanksgiving Holiday. Thank You.

Although it was smaller than places we normally rent, it was sufficient for our needs. Close to work, convenient to many restaurants and stores. William responded quickly to messages and accommodated with any concern we had.

I would recommend this spot to anyone just visiting or traveling. It’s clean, the host is very responsive and overall it was a great experience!

We will definitely use this location again for other horse shows!

We loved our stay at Alva's place. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. All the little touches were great; we arrived late and she left a couple of lamps on so we wouldn't be walking into a dark and unknown house, there was ice in the freezer, she even left us some snacks. The beds are super soft and luxurious. Towel also super fluffy. The office space was very convenient for us as we were working. There was a list of restaurants and activities and we tried several and all were a hit with us. They are very responsive: we had one very small issue when a smoke detector beeped twice one morning. I let Alva and her husband know and they came over as soon as possible to fix it. We had a lovely visit. I 100% recommend this place.

Our favorite place to stay near Texas Rose

This was our second stay at Rebecca's place, and it was even more comfortable than the first time. She's added many lovely amenities, and as usual is incredibly quick in responding to questions or needs. We had all we needed for our trip to the Rose Festival.

The place was comfortable and clean for the most part. I won't take a star off for the road noise, since it was in the description. But if you have a toddler or are a sensitive sleeper, this may not be a great choice. The parking could have also been greatly improved, we arrived after some rain and had difficulty getting everything from the car to inside. Overall a pleasant stay though.

Mrs.April was very kind, fast responding and very helpful. The place was very nice and clean and home felt.

Our stay at the Little Blue House was extremely comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The house is very well equipped and the appliances look brand new. Everything worked fine and the place is very peaceful and located in a safe neighborhood. Thomas was very responsive and provided clear instructions. He also was very flexible regarding our check out needs. We would definitely stay at this place again.

This was the perfect place for our large family! With two teenagers, fur babies, and my mom with us, the two separate houses made for the perfect stay. Aubrey was EXTREMELY helpful and if anything came up, she was responsive and handled everything quickly. This was an extremely stressful transition for our family but this air b&b made for the most peaceful stay while we combatted the stresses of moving across the country. Neighbors (though few and far between) are super kind and give that “welcome to the area” vibe! This is an old historical home that has cozy comfort needed for the escape we all want! Huge thanks to Aubrey for being so responsive and flexible! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for the nice stay. Only thing I can share is your Keurig doesn’t work. Just clicks so I made a regular pot so no biggie :)
