Good place in a good location. Outside the hustle and bustle of the main part of the city, but still close enough to do things. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and has a large basement area with 2 additional bedrooms. Great for my family and I to stay the night while traveling across country.

Such a beautiful home right on the water! We went to the SML wine festival and the location of the home was perfect. Host was VERY responsive to any questions we had. I love that she provided coffee, hey it’s the little things! 😊 If we come back to SML I’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks for such a great weekend! Lara & Danny

Betsy’s house on Smith Mountain Lake is wonderful. From the driveway it looks like a jiggly small cottage. You go inside and wow! What a surprise! 6 bedrooms on two floors, a screened in porch, a deck and wonderful dock and boathouse. We enjoyed ourselves so much here.

Jessi’s Air bnb exceeded my expectations! The house its self was beautiful, and the inside was very well kept up! The back deck made the perfect lounging area, as well as the boat dock! We enjoyed lots of sunshine at the dock! Jessi’s communication was amazing, checking in on us, keeping up to date and her response time made questions answerable within minutes! The location of the house is 15 minutes from restaurants which made it very accessible! The house is perched back into a cove, which made it very peaceful and relaxing! I would highly recommend Jessi’s air bnb!

Missy’s place was exactly as described—nice, cozy, and just like the pictures! She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. We felt so comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Conny's home was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was the best of all of the rental homes that we have rented. His home worked very well for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. Two of the children play ice hockey and it was just minutes away from both ice rinks. The location worked well for us, (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, theater, etc.), was so close by. Conny's home is at the top of our list. Conny responded quickly when we had any questions. We would defintely enjoy staying here again.

Jennifer’s place is such a gem. If you like being on the lake and having all the toys and amenities already taken care of for you then this is your place. I have my own kayaks but it was nice to not to have to worry about bringing them. Kayaks for adults and kids, paddle boat, paddle board, beautiful deck, multiple ladders to get out after swimming. They have board games and a karaoke machine that was so fun. The porch was so nice and relaxing. Better than the pictures. You should stay here.

Excellent location for our activities. Visited the National D Day monument along with the Bedford visitor center. The DDay monument is highly recommended

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

We enjoyed a lovely stay while in town for our son’s swim meet at Liberty University. Peaceful location. Clear instructions for a stress free arrival & departure. Everything was as described/pictured. Clean & comfy. Like home away from home. Hosts were communicative and kind. Highly recommend.

The place is a nice location where downtown is drivable or walkable depending on preference. The kitchen area was clean as was the bathroom. We enjoyed the vibe and would stay here again!

We were in town to visit our daughter for the holidays. We had a wonderful stay. We were able to walk to local shops and restaurants. The space was cozy. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen came in handy for our family tradition of baking and decorating holiday cookies.

Jamie was very responsive and kind!! Enjoyed my stay here, struggled with bug bites from some of the bedding but the stay was really nice overall and was spacious and clean.

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

I loved staying at Mariners Landing in this lovely condo. It was perfect for a peaceful couple of nights away in the "off season" though any season at Smith Mountain Lake is beautiful! I enjoyed the amenities including the indoor pool, game room, and beach area, and had a fabulous meal from Bruno's Clubhouse. The condo was beautifully decorated and I spent a lot of time on the lakefront balcony. Definitely recommend a stay here!

We loved our stay here! Such a pretty area,appreciated the comfortable chairs on the balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. Very peaceful and quiet this time of year. The unit was bright and sunny,very clean,and the decor was lovely-beautiful and calming. Nice to be able to access the indoor pool and hot tub,just across the expansive lawn at the clubhouse-and the dry sauna and steam room there as well was a bonus! The fireplace is not operational but the remote controlled candles in it did provide a cozy ambiance in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

I stayed at Matt & Krista's condo for a month in the off season (March). The view of the mountains and lake is gorgeous and pictures don't do the sunrises and sunsets justice. It was peaceful and quiet with the condo in excellent condition. It had everything I needed and was very clean. Parking was right in front of the condo and the homeowners office staff were also wonderful when I needed them to help me retrieve a package from the mailroom. This was my first time staying in the mountains and I am so glad to have found this little piece of heaven on my first trip. Highly recommend!

Convenient, comfortable and great view. Chris was helpful, flexible, and very responsive. Visited during an epic cold spell and missed the full potential of the lake access which I would live to enjoy next time

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!

The place is as pictured, comfy and clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend and stay again.
