This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

We needed a temporary home for our family and dogs while we had some restoration work done on our house. We were there for a week and it was a very pleasant stay. We felt right at home. Tom is an excellent host, and checked in frequently. I would certainly recommend Tom’s house to anyone who needs a temporary place to stay!

Annie's listing is beautiful. The location is 15 minutes away from all the sites in Newport. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The house was very clean and in a great location. The outdoor area was exceptional and we enjoyed several meals outside as a family. A walk to Pebble Beach (.5 miles) is definitely worth it! Just a lovely beach to spend some time on. We will definitely come back to this area in the future!

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Celina’s place was perfect! Spacious. Comfy bed. Great WiFi (was able to work and take zoom calls). Clean. Easy to find and close to everything I needed, including a great new coffee shop on Main St. I felt comfortable, safe and welcome. I will definitely rent this in-law unit again.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

We rented the house for nt daughter and her family (two kids ages 2 and 4, plus their dog) for their holiday visit at Christmas. It was such a beautiful house with great views and everything you could want--a bunk bed and pack and play for the kids and white noise machines with nightlights in all rooms which helped make bedtime comfortable. The dog was also very happy with the backyard and a safe morning walk. The extra touches of a coffee bar and treats plus comfortable bedding, some books and mini arcade made for an extra nice visit. And the neighbor was so nice and welcoming! We'd love to stay again in the summer to better enjoy the views and the pool.

The place was so spacious for our group of friends for a weekend away! It was very well kept and we had an amazing stay!

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Cristyn’s beautiful property. Very clean well maintained home and she was very responsive and even offered to let us check in early if we were in the area. The views are so tranquil we wish we had more time to stay. Of course the highland cows were a highlight of our trip, beautiful sunsets and it’s magical driving up to the house at night with all the beautiful lighting. It was very private and peaceful and would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the pool. Thanks Cristyn!

We had a great stay at the general store. Loved the space! Open and airy kitchen-dining-living room area with plenty of room to spread out, play games, and just hang out. Cute little outdoor hang out area too! The bedrooms are comfy & having 2 full bathrooms is key! The location is excellent. Walkable to the restaurants & shops on Thames street & the surrounding streets. Two nice parks & a little beach nearby & historic homes everywhere. The mansions are walkable too if you are intrepid. Had a great time & hope to stay again the next time we come to Newport!

We stayed a week while attending two local weddings. The house is centrally located and has easy access to a lot of the local beaches, markets, etc. We discovered a farm stand market right in the area (open Wednesday and weekend during our stay) with great produce and tasty baked goods supplied by a local baker. The second floor lounge is a fantastic space in which to relax or play ping pong.

We loved this little home away from home! It was our first time in Newport and we were super happy with how convenient the location of our stay was - it was walkable to everything we wanted to do & our pup loved it too! Cori and Luke were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they take extra care to add comfort and coziness into the space. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at the Kingston Cottage. Jackie was a wonderful host. The cottage was the perfect homebase to reconnect with friends and family in Rhode Island. Its location made it easy for us to get to and from the airport, Providence, Newport, and the ocean. We loved using the complimentary beach passes Jackie left for us. And even though it rained a lot during our vacation, there were still plenty of things to do at the cottage, like games and puzzles, and indoors around Kingston that made our trip worthwhile. The cottage's space was great for kids and entertaining relatives who stopped by to say hello. Jackie went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great experience in Rhode Island. She was very accommodating when our plane was delayed and we arrived at the cottage at 2 in the morning. And when my kids left one of their favorite stuffed animals, she graciously mailed it back to us. We had such a good time at Kingston Cottage and hope to stay there again.

The location is great and the place was clean. Mitchell was very communicative.

Grant's place is wonderfully comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant - very neat and clean with tasteful decor and furnishings. It was easy living there partly because it was so well supplied with all you might need. We particularly liked eating, socializing, and lounging on the deck. The location is great. It was a short drive to a number of lovely beaches. We definitely hope to vacation there again.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location/neighborhood was terrific. Air conditioning would have been great to deal with the dampness at times but the fans kept the place comfortable enough. We will return next vacation! Loved the area as well and the guide book that Norm provided was a great help/addition.
