House was very spacious and comfortable, right next to the beach was only about a couple seconds walk, perfect for spending the whole day there! Perfect walking distance from the shops as well

we loved staying at Clare's place, everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday was supplied. Kids loved the wii, DVD selection and board games. beds were super comfy, lots of lovely light and our dog absolutely loved the dog beach.

Lynn’s place was the standard by which all other Airbnb’s should be judged! We felt so welcome, so comfortable. The accomodation was immaculate, every detail considered. Lynn was incredibly friendly and present, and so thoughtful. Everything was to the highest standard, from the bedding and towels, to the breakfast provided. The only negative is that I think we’re ruined for all other accommodations from this point forward. She sets the bar extremely high. After a long day of travelling, this was a refreshing blessing. Her kind manner and wonderful Airbnb was a gift to travellers looking for a home away from home.

This place was perfect for us. Dog friendly with a great backyard and close walk to the beach and cafe made it a really lovely and easy place to have a weekend away with our furbabies. The place was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed to have a really comfortable stay. No complaints at all. Jaymie was really responsive and gave us a late checkout which allowed us to enjoy that little bit longer in this beautiful patch of the world.

Great place to stay as a base to enjoy the hunter with some great recommendations from Mark! Place is well equipped, clean and has a lovely deck to sit out and have a bbq in the evenings.

Ledavy's place had everything you need, so if you're here for an ocernight you can leave your toilteries in the car! It is beautifully decorated and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay with Sally and Romo was absolutely magical! Their cottage is impeccable - exactly as pictured, cozy and welcoming. Walking in to find freshly baked bread, homemade cookies and cakes was just the beginning. What makes this place extraordinary are Sally and Romo themselves. Their genuine warmth, joy and desire to connect made us feel like longtime friends rather than guests. Romo's personal tour of nearby towns and pubs was a highlight, as was the enchanting riverfront on their property. Our dogs had the time of their lives exploring the fields and meeting farm animals. The entire experience was filled with thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. Our only regret? Not staying longer! We left with treats, memories, and new friends. Without doubt, this was our best Airbnb experience ever - we're already planning our return! Sally and Romo aren't just hosts, they're the epitome of hospitality and human connection.

This has been a place I keep returning to as its just so wonderful.. beautiful quiet cosy wood cabin with a log fire at a very reasonable price!

We had an amazing stay at Riverdance in Nabiac! It’s the perfect place for nature lovers, surrounded by the soothing sounds of birds from morning till evening. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Kerrie, the co-host, surprised us with a delicious homemade cake for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. Eamonn was incredibly helpful—he set up the firewood for us, guided us around the property, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is a paradise for animal lovers. They have the cutest dogs, playful goats (including an adorable baby goat!), and a beautiful horse. Guests are welcome to feed them, which was such a lovely experience. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided. With breathtaking views, kind-hearted hosts, and the beauty of nature all around, Riverdance is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!!

Fantastic property with thoughtful hosts; a wonderful choice for families and kids of all ages. Well maintained amenities and attention to detail made our stay with extended family a delight. The heated pool was a hit - even when it rained - and it was easy to get in and out safely for both the toddler and senior in our group. The wood fire pizza oven is definitely worth cranking for dinner or just to hang in the mini-amphitheatre. The playhouse, car and trampoline kept our little one very entertained. Every room was immaculate and beautifully designed. We were even treated to some local produce courtesy of our host - thanks Lauren! A magical location and very peaceful. Just 10 minutes walk to town and if you’re up for exploring, follow the ‘secret’ track to Wreck beach via the bushland at the rear of the garden. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! We had a lovely peaceful stay at Jen’s house. It was brilliant. Sparkling clean, had everything we needed. The BBQ was great. It was so relaxing. Our little dog loved his stay too. Jen is a fantastic host

This place was absolutely perfect for our large group of adults and kids Tanya was a great host, came over to say hi and introduce herself. the amenities were great, we didn't feel the need to leave the house for the whole weekend. Kind of house you wished you stayed an extra day in. will defs be back

John and Kylie are the most incredible hosts. Their home is a true hidden gem. The location is ideal, in our opinion! Walk to beaches, a cafe down the road, quick drive(less than 5min) to 2 good size grocery stores and kmart! John is unbelievably quick to help if you have any questions at all and offered so much valuable information for the area and even a little history too: ) The kitchen is my personal favorite part. The windows are anyones dream to wash dishes and prepare a great meal. Absolutely everything you could need is there, even take a way containers if you are running late and need to pack a quick sandwich for a child because they would not get out of the pool to eat beforehand : ) Really good internet, comfortable beds, incredible pool...what else could anyone possibly want? Wonderful home and amazing hosts! We will dream of coming again one day!!

If you’ve got pets and/or children it is a great option. The space feels very homely and liveable. It doesn’t feel like you’re on egg shells worried if the kids were to make a mess as all floors as floating floor. Close to cafè’s, little shops and entrance to diamond beach, We really liked it and found it a perfect stay for the week.

Our stay at Karen's property was fabulous, just the right peaceful mini break that we so needed. The whole property is beautiful, peaceful, and well looked after, you can even have a few shots of golf. We all loved the pool such a nice added Bonus, we were there every day after going to the beach (or even before some days haha), it's lovely at night with the lights. The guest house is exactly as per the photos in the ad, actually, it feels a bigger space than the photos. The kitchen is well stocked to do some cooking if needed. Our 8 yo boy loved spending time with Zoey (their dog), who is just gorgeous and has such a lovely nature, he also really enjoyed being in charge of feeding the chickens and checking for eggs :-). Karen and Richard are lovely hosts, super accommodating and friendly but also respectful of your privacy, the perfect balance. It was a lovely stay and we hope we can be back soon, our son has already asked when we can go back. Thanks again Karen and Richard :-)

Deb’s place is gorgeous and clean, perfect for a stopover during a long road trip. Easy, flexible check in. This place is incredibly dog friendly and easily accessible off the highway. Traffic was a bit loud overnight but on the balance of everything we’d stay here again :)

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect— a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The outdoor decking area was a real highlight, providing a great space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was especially nice to have such a great outdoor space for our dog, who loved exploring the area. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Amazing hosts!! Made our little family feel right at home and even had a few sneaky treats for the dog. Great location close to everything but far enough away you have peace and quite! Any question we had, Nathan responded prompt and was happy to help.

Lovely little home perfect for our family of 4. The kids really enjoyed the toys provided and there was so much space for us to all hang around playing and resting in the lounge room. Very cozy, very clean. We even arrived early and the host adjusted the check in process so we could check in early.

This is a great house. We spent a week there with our adult children and their partners and it was perfect. Lots of space and a gorgeous location looking out over Smith's Lake. The house was clean and well set up with everything you could want. When there were a couple of minor issues during our stay, Alex was extremely responsive and efficient in sorting them out. The path down to the house is very steep, as the listing says, so that might be an issue for people with limited mobility. Otherwise, I have no hesitation in recommending this house.

Simon is an amazing host. Very friendly and welcoming. My wife and I stayed along with our Beagle and felt extremely comfortable. Very happy with the accommodation. Simon's place had everything we needed plus more. I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay in Newcastle. Simon won't let you down!!
